Dierks Bentley is gearing up to take his high-energy show back on the road this summer. The country star just announced that he is setting out on the OFF THE MAP TOUR, bringing him to amphitheaters across the country throughout June and July.
Joining Bentley on the road will be the legendary Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder and Kaitlin Butts, along with rising stars, Cole Goodwin, Owen Riegling and the Mountain Grass Unit on select dates. With all the talent that will be appearing on the trek, Bentley promised that some “great on-stage collaborations” are in store.

To help share the news, Skaggs joined the Arizona-born artist in a stripped-back performance of his fifth No.1, 2007’s “Free And Easy ( Down The Road I Go).” Sitting in the studio alongside a set of band members, the pair of artists plucked their string instruments, Bentley on the acoustic guitar and Skaggs on the mandolin, and together they took listeners back in time with a nostalgic rendition of the fan-favorite track.
“The band and I are so excited about sharing the road with the one and only Ricky Skaggs, as well as with the other guys and girls on the shows with us this summer,” Bentley shared in a new statement. “They were all hand picked, as I am big fans of theirs. Can’t wait to get out there and watch their shows before we get to go out and do our thing.”
The upcoming trek is named after the song Bentley released last summer, which serves as a laid-back anthem about stepping away from the chaos of everyday life and finding peace in disconnecting and seeking adventure. He hinted that the tour was built around the same idea, with the mission of creating a space where fans can escape all their worries of reality for a few hours.
“‘Off The Map’ is a song about going to that place where you take a break from it for a little bit, whether it’s a bar stool sipping something cold, or a back porch down a back road. I like to think that our shows are a place where our fans can go off the map for a few hours, and recharge the batteries,” he added.

This run will follow the multi-platinum entertainer’s stadium dates with Luke Combs taking place spring.
Tickets for the OFF THE MAP TOUR go on sale Friday, February 20 at 10 a.m. local time at Dierks.com.

If you’ve tuned into The View this week, then you know that the usual panel is being joined by a “celebrity” guest host.
We’re putting “celebrity” in quotes because Savannah Chrisley is probably less famous than most of the show’s usual hosts.
But some viewers know who Savannah is — and it seems that most of them are not happy to see her seated at the roundtable.

As you may already know, Savannah is the daughter of reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were recently released from prison after being pardoned by Donald Trump, seemingly for no reason other than that they’re famous and MAGA.
Savannah was also close friends with Charlie Kirk, and she’s been outspoken about sharing many of the late podcaster’s most controversial views.
Alyssa Farah Griffin is currently on maternity leave, and it makes sense that producers would replace her with another conservative.
But to hear the show’s audience tell it, they would’ve preferred just about any conservative woman over Savannah.

“Savannah Chrisley is a horrible choice for a co-host fill-in,” one viewer complained on X (via The Independent), adding:
“There were no other Republicans available? Are you actively trying to alienate your audience?”
“I do not support you having Savannah Chrisley guest co-host your show. She is indebted to 47 for pardoning her criminal parents. This is wrong. I won’t watch,” another viewer wrote.
“Guess I’m not watching The View this week,” a third chimed in.
“I am so disgusted by ABC and The View for giving Savannah Chrisley a platform. She and her family are entitled crooks, and Savannah brings nothing to the conversation,” a fourth wrote.

“Let’s hope she isn’t at the table again! Congrats, Alyssa, but hurry back!”
Of course, not everyone has been critical of the decision to welcome Savannah onto The View.
At least one viewer applauded the decision on X — and you better believe Savannah was quick to retweet that praise:
“Saw you on The View today. So refreshing to see a young lady with brains. You are an All Star Savanna [sic] !!!! Fantastic Job Today,” the post read.
Say what you will about the Chrisleys — and there’s an awful lot to say — they’re skilled in the art of self-promotion!

Cinde Warmington launched a repeat bid for governor of New Hampshire on Wednesday, giving Democrats their first major challenger to GOP Gov. Kelly Ayotte in the purple state.
Warmington, a former state executive councilor, ran unsuccessfully for governor in 2024, losing the Democratic nomination to former Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig who then went on to lose to Ayotte. She now enters a relatively open Democratic field, with just one other declared candidate.
In a launch video posted to her campaign website, Warmington attacked Ayotte for “making your life more expensive.” She also accused the Republican of not standing up to President Donald Trump’s attempts to open an ICE detention facility in the state.
“I’ll stand up to Trump when he jacks up health care costs and tariffs. I’ll say ‘no’ to ICE’s warehouse. I’ll work for our small businesses and I’ll make sure we don’t have a sales or income tax,” Warmington said in the video. WMUR first reported her launch.
Ayotte, for her part, has clashed with Trump. She has criticized the lack of transparency around the ICE warehouse and forced the resignation of a state official who had been communicating with the Trump administration without alerting the governor. Her refusal to redistrict last year led the White House to weigh putting up a primary challenger against her.
Ayotte spokesperson John Corbett blasted Warmington in a statement, saying the former health care lobbyist “chose to make money off big pharmaceutical companies who hurt Granite Staters, and she is absolutely disqualified from serving as our Governor.”
Democrats are bullish they can block Ayotte from a second term, emboldened by their party’s wins in the off-year elections. But they face an uphill battle in a blue-leaning battleground state that routinely elects Republican governors while sending all-Democratic delegations to Congress.
Recent history is not on Democrats’ side: The party thrice failed to unseat Ayotte’s predecessor, Republican Gov. Chris Sununu. And prognosticators rate the seat as “likely Republican” this year.
Democrats may also face another messy primary just two years after Warmington and Craig waged a bruising battle to be their party’s nominee. For now, just Warmington and Democrat Jon Kiper, who finished a distant third in the 2024 race, have declared their candidacies. But Democratic Portsmouth Mayor Deaglan McEachern has been publicly weighing a bid for governor as recently as this month.
A University of New Hampshire survey from January showed Ayotte leading both men in hypothetical general-election matchups; it did not test her against Warmington. Ayotte notched a 50-percent approval rating in the poll, though 44 percent of likely voters said she did not deserve to be reelected compared to 42 percent who did.

A newly filed lawsuit and a revived six-year-old case from environmental groups and an Alaska Native organization are challenging the Trump administration’s proposal to open more parts of the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska to oil and gas drilling.
On Tuesday, Grandmothers Growing Goodness and The Wilderness Society filed suit against the U.S. Department of the Interior, alleging that the department’s development plan for the reserve violates proper procedure and federal law.
That suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Thousands of miles away, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, the Center for Biological Diversity and Friends of the Earth updated a six-year-old challenge dating from the first Trump administration.
Despite the difference in time and distance, both lawsuits are seeking the same goal: A stop to new plans for oil and gas drilling in the reserve.
The Audubon Society, which had been participating in the older lawsuit, withdrew from the case shortly before the new complaint was filed.
It isn’t yet clear whether the lawsuits will deter a planned oil and gas lease sale scheduled to take place next month.
That sale, which will open up to 5.5 million acres of North Slope land to oil and gas drilling, would be the first in the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska since 2019.
The reserve, located to the west of Prudhoe Bay, has been eyed for possible development for decades, and — unlike the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to the east of Prudhoe Bay — has been the subject of interest by major drillers.
The sale is one of five mandated in the next 10 years by the budget and policy legislation known as the “Big Beautiful Bill Act.”
During the first Trump administration and again this year, the federal government attempted to lease parts of the reserve that are near Teshekpuk Lake, an area that had been protected under previous agreements with local residents.
The lake is the largest on the North Slope and is considered important habitat for caribou and migrating birds.
Since taking office earlier this year, Trump has emphasized his desire for increased oil production from the North Slope and other federal land nationwide, part of a strategy intended to wean America off imported oil.
If a lease sale takes place in the reserve, exploratory drilling would likely take years, and production would take years more.
Oil company ConocoPhillips acquired some NPR-A leases in 1999; its Willow Project, located in the reserve, is expected to reach full production by the end of this decade.
