Russell Dickerson took a fall off the stage during his show at Mansfield Speedway over the weekend, but he quickly recovered and kept the show going.
On Saturday, August 8, Dickerson brought his RUSSELLMANIA Tour 2026 to the speedway located in Ohio, marking the first-ever live music concert hosted at the racetrack. It’s safe to say that this was a how fans won’t forget.
The country star was in the midst of performing the fan favorite “She Likes It” when he attempted to get even closer to fans by standing on a speaker just below the stage. He held his balance for a moment, but suddenly the entire piece of equipment fell over causing Dickerson to go down with it.
For a very brief moment he disappeared onto the ground before popping right back up and continuing to deliver the track without missing a beat. The “Happen To Me” singer laughed off the situation, fixed his hair and jumped back on stage.
A few fan videos captured the dramatic fall and Dickerson himself shared a hilarious edit to social media shortly after the show. Fittingly set to Colbie Caillat’s “Fallin’ For You,” the video showcased the fall from multiple different angles and proved that he can laugh off the moment.
The text on the video read, “Stage: 1, Russell: 0” while he noted that he “Fell hard for Mansfield last night ♥️,” in the caption.
The comment section was filled with users commending him on his quick recovery, citing that he “nailed that landing.” His wife, Kailey even chimed in, saying “CAN’T KEEP THIS MAN DOWNNNN.”
The country star continues his RUSSELLMANIA Tour 2026, with various headline shows and fair and festival dates scheduled through October, all while preparing for an even bigger adventure offstage.
