Jennifer Aniston is here to take on the tabloids.
And to touch on what many consider to be the biggest scandal in the history of Hollywood.
It’s been two decades since the veteran actress announced her separation from then-husband Brad Pitt… almost entirely due to his relationship back then with Angelina Jolie.
Those familiar with this controversy will recall that it was, truly, the most talked-about thing EVER.

“It was such juicy reading for people,” Aniston told Vanity Fair in an interview published August 11. “If they didn’t have their soap operas, they had their tabloids.”
Indeed, this was the height of the supermarket tabloid.
These days, many consumers get their entertainment news and celebrity gossip from social media or websites such as this one (thank you!).
Over 20 years ago, though?
Folks would purchase magazines and read all about affairs such as the one between Pitt and Jolie, which dominated pretty much every cover for months and months.

“It’s a shame that it had to happen, but it happened,” Aniston added. “And boy did I take it personally.”
As for her mindset at the time? As for how she handled her romance being analyzed and picked apart? And then how the whole world bore witness to what many believes to have been a fairy tale marriage?
“Just pick yourself up by the bootstraps,” she explained to the aforementioned outlet. “And keep on walking, girl.”
Aniston and Pitt got married in 2000 and divorced in 2005.
The same year the spouses called things off, Pitt moved on with Jolie… and the new couple even posed for pictures together in a spread for W magazine, titled “Domestic Bliss,” depicting them as married with kids.
In the wake Pitt and Jolie’s 2005 photoshoot was released, Aniston told Vanity Fair shortly after, “There’s a sensitivity chip that’s missing.”

Fast forward all this time, of course, and Pitt and Jolie have also split up. Things remain ugly between these stars.
Aniston, to her immense credit, has never really blasted her ex in public. She’s always at least seemed to remain on decent terms with Pitt.
“Journalism back then felt more like a form of a sport,” she added this week in regard to the tabloid universe back in the day.
“There’s obviously some PTSD we all have, which is why these [interviews] scare me. How are they going to misinterpret my words or take something out of context? And one line nowadays…”

As Aniston — who also opened up in this chat about the death of Matthew Perry — noted, it’s hard not to be impacted by headlines.
“We’re human beings, even though some people don’t want to believe we are,” the Emmy winner said. “They think, ‘You signed up for it, so you take it.’ But we really didn’t sign up for that.”

Paul Staehle says that he has an obsessed stalker who’s harassing him.
And, the notorious 90 Day Fiance alum says, she’s telling people that she’s his girlfriend.
It gets worse. No, really, it gets worse.
In a video, the woman has gotten Paul’s face and name tattooed onto her actual human body.

We normally wouldn’t say this to Paul Staehle, given his 90 Day Fiance history, but … maybe he should run.
Okay, so Paul went on YouTube Live with John Yates on two nights in a row.
This is where he detailed this experience.
Yates is a 90 Day Fiance blogger. He can be controversial and has a penchant for drama to rival most reality stars, but he also has a lot of access in the 90 Day world and Paul was (as always) willing to talk.
Even though Paul and ex-wife Karine Martins have been over for quite a while, he still spends much of his time in Brazil, where being an American has made it easier for him to work.
There, according to Paul, he met a woman named Rubia.
He says that they are not dating and have never dated. Rubia, on the other hand, seems to think that the two are in a relationship — and claimed that Paul tried to knock her up.
“I mean, she’s tattooed my face on her leg,” Paul described.
“I think I seen the video of it. [She] tattooed my name on her arm.”
The woman in question, Rubia, reached out to Yates, insisting that she was “not imagining this connection.”
She claimed that Paul Staehle had suggested that she make a social media account to document their alleged relationship.
Additionally, she told Yates that Paul was only denying their romance to conceal it from Karine.
Paul strongly denied this.
He also said that he has heard from people close to him that Rubia has allegedly contacted and even threatened them.

Now, Paul did admit to having met Rubia. According to him, they met up at a mall, took what amounted to a fan photo, and “didn’t even eat anything.”
He did not consider it to be a date.
“I mean, now we’re ‘dating’ and then there’s tattoos,” he lamented.
Paul added: “She tried to say that she was, you know, blessed by God with our baby at one point. I was like, this has gone too far.”

As it happens, Paul Staehle shared that he is “already involved with somebody.” Anyone wondering if they can make it romantically should remember that the guy who wore a condom to go swimming has had a series of relationships, including a marriage.
Paul also offered the general advice that people should wait until they are in a relationship (a real one) before considering a tattoo of the other person.
Let alone multiple tattoos.
“You know, she deserves to find somebody who’s going to treat her right and treat her good,” Paul emphasized of Rubia. “That’s obviously not going to be me. … I’m just not interested, sorry.”

Last week, rapper T-Hood was shot and killed at his Atlanta home.
Now, police have identified a prime suspect in the case — and he was already somewhat famous in his own right.
Ky Lasheed Frost is the son of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost.

According to an incident report obtained by TMZ, Ky is now the prime suspect in the case, and it seems that he has not yet been taken into custody.
The outlet reports that T-Hood was dating Kirk and Rasheeda’s eldest daughter, Kelsie, and the situation allegedly resulted in some friction with their son.
Ky and Kelsie have both made appearances on LHHA over the years, usually in their role as employees of Kirk and Rasheeda’s businesses.
Both were working at Frost Bistro & Bar during a storyline about the business’ struggles.
Earlier this week, Kelsie took to her Instagram Stories to debunk the “conspiracy theory” that her family was in any way involved in
“I can’t sit back and let the narrative being created go on. The love of my life is GONE,” she wrote, according to Bossip.
“The man I lay with and cuddle every single night…is no longer here. So as I want to ask for respect and privacy, I won’t because I will always defend my baby,” Kelsie continued, adding:
“I don’t condone this s–t in any way, shape, form or fashion. I am sick to my stomach. I don’t wish this on anyone.”
Kelsie previously paid tribute to T-Hood in a heartbroken post:
“Just come get me baby please…..I can’t even type this. I love you papa. I can’t wait to hold you again,” she captioned the carousel above.
Just 33 at the time of his death, T-Hood was best known for his collaborations with B.o.B.
He also scored modest hits with his songs “Ready 2 Go” and “Percolator.”
“The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a shooting at a residence that resulted in the death of one man,” a police press release issued on Saturday, August 9, read.

“At approximately 7:00 p.m., officers assigned to the South Precinct were dispatched to a residence in the 3900 block of Lee Rd in unincorporated Snellville.
“The caller reported that a dispute took place at the residence and someone was shot.”
Kirk and Rasheeda Frost have yet to publicly comment on the situation.
We will have further updates on this developing story as new information becomes available.

Gia Giudice just can’t stand Kody Brown.
We don’t just mean the way that millions of Sister Wives viewers get the shivers when the failed patriarch is on screen.
We mean that Gia met Kody because they worked together on a show.
From the sound of things, she didn’t care for him, she’s not alone, and his haters are eager to talk about it.

Sometimes, the stars really are just like us. Gia Giudice, for example, appears to loathe Kody Brown.
Relatable! Which is not normally how one would describe Gia.
So, the two both filmed for Season 4 of Special Forces; World’s Toughest Test.
The reality series, which has strong 2004 energy, puts reality TV personalities into grueling situations.
Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia actually spoke about how Kody had clashed with other members of the cast.
(This should be familiar to anyone who has watched Kody attempt to get along with his actual wives and other family. Is it any surprise that strangers in high-stress situations didn’t find him agreeable?)
After Brianna sort of broke the ice, it was Gia’s turn to speak out.

“I can’t even name the person that I really did not get along with on this cast,” Gia Giudice admitted during the latest episode of her Casual Chaos podcast.
“There were definitely some people that would get under your skin a little bit,” she understated. “And you guys will see that on the show.”
Note that she did not name Kody Brown. However, Gia did drop a a pair of hefty hints about the notoriously off-putting TLC star.
“You guys have all been talking about him already,” Gia offered as the first clue. “So, I’m sure you could assume who it is.”
As for the second clue, she gushed about how she had grown so close to Brianna during filming.
It isn’t always true that two friends will hate the same person. But, most of the time, if a guy is really ticking off one person, those closest to them will loathe him.
This could be for the same reasons, or just out of solidarity.

Meanwhile, Brianna was much more blunt than Gia Giudice was about Kody Brown. She told her fans that she “didn’t know” who the Sister Wives villain was when they met.
“And we didn’t necessarily ~get along well~ lmao you will see,” she teased.
Special Forces might sound like the sort of show that 30 Rock would have concocted as a fake show, but the teases about this friction make for a great promo.
Conflict enthusiasts will have to wait until September 25 for the Season 4 premiere, however.

Matt Roloff and Am Roloff continue to defy the critics.
The former Little People, Big World co-stars — who, of course, are also former spouses — came together this past weekend in order to be there for a loved one.
“Amy, Chris and I celebrating Lilah’s big sporting win!” Matt the photo below, which features his ex-wife and her current husband. “At the dwarf athletic events in San Diego last July.”

Matt and Amy were married for over 26 years and share four children.
They rose to small screen fame as lead cast members on the aforementioned TLC reality show, which does not appear as if it will return with any new episodes.
Matt has continued to make headlines, however, most recently for ending his engagement with Caryn Chandler.
“Hi everyone, I have some tough news to share. Caryn and I have decided to part ways & end our engagement. Life’s a continued journey and this is the right step for us at this time,” Roloff wrote toward the end of July on social media.
Roloff and Chandler started dating way back in March 2017 and got engaged six years later, with the latter starring opposite her fiance on Little People, Big World throughout the back end of its lengthy run.

In his message on July 22, meanwhile, Roloff made a point to emphasize that things between him and his now-ex “remain amicable,” adding:
“[We] will always appreciate the many wonderful memories we have shared. Your support means the World to me and I’m committed to moving forward with positivity and trust in the path ahead. Much love to all.”
Chandler has not yet made a public comment about the break-up.
We can’t say for certain just what caused the two to go their separate ways.

Matt and Amy, to their credit, continue to put their family first.
Way back in 2019, Amy claimed that her ex cheated on her (at least in an emotional sense), an allegation that may have caused some tension between the pair. But which didn’t ruin their relationship.
“Glad to see you and Amy come together to support the grand kids in action!” wrote one Instagram user in response to the photo at the outset of this article.
Another agreed as follows: “Good to see you all together! Lilah will always remember this.”
And then a third chimed in: “Love seeing Amy and Chris with you doing family things! You are all good people.”
