As you’ve likely heard by now, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are engaged.
Taylor shared the news on her Instagram page on Tuesday afternoon, along with some photos from Travis’ proposal, which seemed to take place at a garden party.
Naturally, the carousel of pics also included an up-close look at Taylor’s ring — and fans are losing their minds at the size of the rock.

And in case the situation wasn’t already romantic enough, we now know that Travis designed the ring himself!
Okay, he co-designed it with Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry (per Page Six).
But that’s still a very hands-on approach, and we’re sure Taylor was bowled over by the effort.
According to Lubeck, old mine brilliant-cut diamonds were popular in the 18th and 19th centuries, and no two are alike.
So exactly how much did this customized bit of old-school bling set Travis back?
Well, it’s tough to say exactly, as it’s hard to determine the carat size based on the photos provided.
Historically, Lubeck’s designs range in price from $4,300 to $38,000.
But gem experts tell Page Six that Taylor’s new ring might have cost up to $1 million due to both the size and the customization.
A bright and blinged-out future
Of course, the important thing is not the bling but the love between these two.
Insiders tell Us Weekly that Tay and Trav are “on the same page,” and “want to be married and have kids in the future. They’re both genuinely ready for that chapter.”
“Taylor and Travis have settled into a real rhythm as a couple, and the more time they spend together, the more they realize how aligned they are,” the source added noting that “Travis has the best personality. Taylor thinks he’s hilarious and is never bored with him.”
Another insider noted that this past summer really “solidified Taylor knowing that she wants to be with Travis forever,” and that “during this downtime, they really noticed all the little things they have in common. They feel like they’ve found their person…. They found a lot of common ground they were not expecting, and it made their relationship stronger.”
Adds the second source, “She leaves Travis love notes and buys sentimental gifts, and he does the same thing. [Taylor] never experienced that in a partner before Travis.”
It sounds like Taylor and Travis have a lovely future to look forward to. And they just took a major step together.

Hailey Bieber is here to keep her husband in check.
On August 25, the model’s spouse, Justin Bieber, shared a pair of shirtless mirror selfies taken during a break from a workout… showing off his numerous chest and stomach tattoos while donning black athletic shorts, a white beanie hat and a gold chain.
He captioned the post with two tongue emojis before dubbing the snapshots a “thirstrap fa u hoes.”
Sort of gross, huh?
We don’t appear to be alone in thinking this.
Commenting alongside the steamy images, Hailey simply posted the eye-rolling emoji in response, writing, “🙄.”
Fans most definitely took notice of the 28-year old’s reply, with one user appreciating the blunt statement.
“HAILEY REPLYING 🙄 IS SENDING ME,” one person said.
“Girl Hailey you get to see this everyday… let us live with the picture 😂🤦🏾♀️,” another joked, while a third chimed in as follows: “Hailey said log off.”
That remark, or that word usage, certainly does seem unbecoming by Justin. Can we never refer to women as hoes please?
There has, of course, been plenty of speculation for a long time now over the state of the Bieber marriage.
There’s been a widespread belief that Hailey and Justin are going to divorce — at some point at least.
Neither star has come anywhere close to confirming these rumors, but Justin has seemingly been spiraling for pretty much all of 2025.
Across social media for many months now, Justin has talked about drugs and even come right out and posed for photos with a bong in his presence.
In June, Us Weekly delved into the relationship, citing a source who referred to the singer as a “loose canon” who Hailey must control at all times.
This damaging report described Hailey as “the stable parent and the one keeping the family together” as her husband very publicly continues to go off the rails.
“Justin’s been a hard person to deal with recently because of what he’s going through,” the tabloid source explained. “It’s been really hard on her.”
To be clear, the report also emphasized that divorce was NOT in the cards for the couple.
“Justin’s going through a difficult time, and Hailey is giving him room to get himself back on track,” the insider went on. “He’s doing his best, but it’s tough.”
Just a few days ago, meanwhile, the Biebers celebrated the first birthday of their son, Jack.
“1 year of you my beautiful boy,” Hailey wrote in a post on Instagram. “Happy 1st Birthday Jack Blues, you are joy personified.”

Is Meghan Markle striking the right tone with this one?
With the new season of With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex is on the receiving end of an avalanche of hate. As usual.
While it’s hardly universal, the critics are outspoken. And so, too, is Meghan herself.
In a new interview, she’s accusing critics of not exactly being sincere. Is she right? Or is she way off?

On an interview published Tuesday, August 26, Meghan Markle told The Circuit with Emily Chang about how she responded to the very polarized reviews to Season 1 of With Love, Meghan.
“I think I knew who I was trying to meet,” the Duchess said of her viewers.
“And so if you know your audience, you know your demographic, well, they love the show.”
Meghan continued: “And my partners love the show, and that’s why we have a Season 2 and why we have more fun coming.”
Markle, 44, claimed the haters could secretly be fans, as well.
“I think oftentimes, the negative voices are saying negative things, and then secretly going home and making single-skillet spaghetti? Possibly,” Meghan speculated. Or, perhaps, merely acknowledged.
“And that’s all right,” she emphasized. “They’re trying to pay their bills, and that’s for them to sort out if they’re comfortable doing it at someone else’s detriment.”
Meghan is right when she says that most people writing up longform criticism of her and her show are likely getting paid for it.
It doesn’t mean that they are insincere. Though … if they’re secretly enjoying what she does, yeah, maybe they’re just in it for the paycheck.
‘With Love, Meghan’ offers more than just cooking recipes for haters
Meghan Markle emphasized how she intends to “share more of” herself, “to share tips that I love in my life and to have fun.”
Interestingly, UK reviews have almost universally panned the series.
Some have scathingly compared it to “Millennial blog” which is hard for those of us born in the final two decades of the 20th Century to not take personally.
In the United States, on the other hand, the show has received much more positive reviews. Maybe it’s because the hate campaign against her has been less successful here.
Or perhaps she just appeals more to an American audience.

For example, Tan France appeared as a guest on With Love, Meghan and asked the Duchess directly: who said “I love you” first.
Meghan revealed that “he told” her first. “He” being Prince Harry.
For her own part, Meghan knew that she loved him on their third date.
They were camping in Botswana, which … yeah, if your third date involves African wildlife and you’re both fine with that, you’d better know that you love each other.

As we previously reported, Lil Nas X was arrested in Los Angeles last week after onlookers reported that he had been wandering the streets naked.
When police arrived, Nas allegedly “charged” at them and injured several officers.
Nas was released from jail after posting bail on Monday, but his troubles are far from over.

The rapper and singer has been charged with four felonies, three of them in connection to his alleged assault on police.
According to a new report from TMZ, the specifics of the officers’ injuries were revealed during Nas’ arraignment.
The site reports that “one officer suffered an abrasion on their head, another hurt his hand, and a third suffered a back sprain.”
The cop with the injured back was reportedly sent to a hospital and will be placed on disability for at least one week.
The criminal complaint against Nas also alleges that he “did unlawfully attempt by means of threats and violence to deter and prevent” a fourth officer “from performing a duty imposed upon such officer by law.”
Lil Nas X issues statement to fans in wake of harrowing ordeal
On Tuesday, Nas made his first public statement since his arrest.
He did not mention any specifics of the incident, but he did assure fans that all would be well.
“Your girl is gonna be okay, boo. Okay? S–t’s gonna be all right,” he said in a video posted to his Instagram Stories.
“S–t’s gonna be all right. S–t. That was f—–g terrifying. That was terrifying. That was a terrifying last four days. But your girl is gonna be all right.”
Nas — whose real name is Montero Hill — has pled not guilty to three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer in court.
He’ll be back in court for a preliminary hearing on September 15.
If convicted, he faces five years in prison, but such a harsh sentence seems unlikely for a first-time offender.
Hill’s attorney, Christy O’Connor, notes that even if the allegations are true, the incident was “an absolute aberration in this person’s life. Nothing like this has ever happened to him.”

Meghan Markle is opening up like never before.
First, in a new interview with The Circuit, Markle speaks openly about those who dislike her Netflix series, theorizing that many may claim this online to get engagement…
… but secretly go home and make some recipe she has highlighted on air.
And, hey, this may very well be true.
Elsewhere, in this same candid discussion, Markle gets raw and keeps it real when it comes to pretty much anyone who has hated upon her over the years.
“I think when I sit with it for a second here, I just want people to know that I’m a real person,” Markle said to host Emily Change.
The former actress, as you likely know by now, is largely considered spoiled and out of touch.
She’s been at war with disgusting websites that post naked photos of her and who generally drag her through the mud.
“I think a lot of that gets lost in what can be super dehumanizing,” she continued on this same topic.
“When you look at the clickbait culture and how much is written about someone, it’s like, no, my friends have to read those things.”
Markle really dug deep at this point. She’s clearly sick of holding back.
“Like I have real best friends, the same one since I was 17,” she said. “I’m a real mom. I have to go, I choose to go and do school pickup and drop off, but I do that under a landscape that is created that forgets that I’m a real person.
“And how would you want someone to treat a real person in your life that you cared about or loved or respected? And so there’s something about that, I think, that often gets lost.”
Amid an ongoing feud with Kate Middleton, along with many failed business ventures alongside husband Prince Harry, Markle said it’s gotten harder and harder to just ignore the criticism.
“Earlier I was saying you can compartmentalize, like I say, ‘That’s a caricature.’ Yes. But my kids will see those magazines and we all know moms gossip,” she went on.
“And so I have to make a choice to move through the world as myself in spite of all the noise that’s created. But maybe there would be less noise if people remembered that I’m a real person.”
She added, only partially in jest:
“Pinch me. I’m real. She’s real. She’s a real person.”
Markle and her spouse moved to California in early 2020, leaving their Royal Duties behind in the process.
These days, the famous couple focuses on protecting the privacy of their kids and, really, just trying to leave a normal existence.
“We go to a lot of dinners, and not just in people’s homes or private rooms; we just go into the restaurant,” Meghan says. “I really love that we can just have fun.”
