Luke Combs and his wife Nicole are expecting their third baby! On the morning of Tuesday, September 23, the couple announced the exciting news using sweet, intimate video featuring their two boys – Tex Lawrence Combs, 3, and Beau Lee Combs, 2.
The country star and his wife were filmed sitting on the grass with the boys’ backs to the camera. The parents had big smiles across their faces as Nicole pulled out the ultrasound from behind her back to reveal to their sons that they would be welcoming a new sibling. Both of the boys’ hands went up in the air the minute they saw the photos, matching the excitement from their parents.

The next clip gave viewers a close-up look at the images on the ultrasound while the soon-to-be family of five held hands and walked in the opposite direction.
Their caption read, “Third time’s a charm! ✨Baby #3 coming this winter🤍
Combs’ signature vocals were used as the soundtrack to the video, as he used the big family moment to showcase a brand-new unreleased song titled “Days Like These.” With moving melodies and powerful lyrics to match, the song captures the priceless value of family.
“Days like these are worth more than gold/ But they can’t be bought/ And they can’t be sold/ On days like these/ When the sun shines bright/ I feel like it’s all gonna be alright,” he sings.

The couple met during the 2016 Key West Songwriters Festival in Florida. At the time, Nicole was working at BMI, who served as the host of the event, and Combs was a performer. Shortly after, they started dating and officially tied the knot on August 1, 2020.
They welcomed their first son Tex Lawrence on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 19, 2022. The news of his arrival was shared via social media through another set of sweet family photos.
The following year, on August 15, 2023, Nicole gave birth to their second son, Beau Lee Combs. The “Back In The Saddle” singer was unable to be present for the birth of his second child, as Beau came into the world when he was in the midst of his Australian and New Zealand leg of his World Tour.
This loving family of four will soon become a family of five.
In addition to responsibilities back home, Luke Combs is staying busy with more tour dates on the books. His next appearance is slated to take place on September 26 in London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Scotty McCreery joined forces with Hootie & The Blowfish to bring their massive summertime anthem, “Bottle Rockets,” to life in a carefree, sun-filled music video.
Filmed on the Isle of Palms just outside Charleston, South Carolina, the video finds the musical acts soaking up some rays as they strum their instruments and sing the tune around a fire with the ocean waves as their backdrop. The laid-back day of making lifelong memories continues into the night as the sun sets, offering the perfect opportunity to set off some bottle rockets into the sky.

Directed by McCreery’s frequent collaborator Jeff Ray and produced by Kelsey Pribilski-Ray, the visuals perfectly match the song’s upbeat, feel-good nature.
“Hanging out on the beach with Hootie & The Blowfish, one of my favorite bands of all time, and filming the video for ‘Bottle Rockets’ was just a perfect day for me,” said McCreery. “Darius, Mark, Dean, and Soni are not only talented, but just great guys. I’ve been so excited at all that success that ‘Bottle Rockets’ has had so far, and I’m glad we were able to get together and create this video for everyone.”
The North Carolina sets the tone with his signature baritone vocals lighting up the track while lead singer of the legendary band, Darius Rucker, intertwines the group’s warm harmonies, incorporating lyrics of their mega-hit “Hold My Hand” into the new track.
Together, they take listeners back to the days of being young and free with no responsibilities in sight. For both McCreery and Rucker, the universal feelings of young love and a newfound freedom that comes with turning 17 is rooted in their upbringings in the Carolinas.
They sing, “Bottle rockets in the sky/ Bare feet in the sand/ Bonfire in her eyes/ Cold beer in a can/ Moonlight on the waves/ Her kiss in the dark/ The smile on her face when she’d make me break out my guitar and play/ Hold my hand/ Hold my hand.”

“Bottle Rockets” was produced by Frank Rogers, and written by McCreery, Rogers, Brent Anderson, Derek George, Jeremy Bussey, Monty Criswell, Bobby Hamrick, Darius Rucker, Mark Bryan, Dean Felber, and Jim Sonefeld. The tune came out of the gate strong, and is currently #3 on the Mediabase Country Airplay Chart and #3 on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart, marking McCreery’s fastest rising single of his career to date.
The song is on the “Swim Up Bar” singer’s recently released five-song EP, Scooter & Friends, alongside collaborations with R&B icon Charlie Wilson (“Once Upon a Bottle of Wine”) and with Country music hitmaker Lee Brice (“Whiskey Said”).
Scotty McCreery is gearing up to launch his co-headlining Two for the Road Tour alongside Dustin Lynch. The tour is set to kick-off on November 6th in Saginaw, MI.

The Voice contestant Mindy Miller turned heads during the first round of Blind Auditions on Monday with her stirring rendition of Lainey Wilson’s “Wildflowers and Wild Horses,” prompting coach Snoop Dogg to use his block against Reba McEntire.
Snoop was the first to turn his chair, and McEntire, who could be seen singing along to the Wilson hit, quickly followed.

Miller’s husband and son watched from backstage, and at the end of her performance, her son sweetly shouted, “Good job, Mom!”
When McEntire realized she had been blocked, she jumped up out of her seat to confront Snoop. He ran onto the stage toward Miller, explaining, “I blocked Reba so I could only have you!”
Meanwhile, McEntire jokingly threatened him, “I’m going to take all your Skittles. No more Skittles for you!”
The contestant introduced herself before McEntire took a moment to compliment her.
“My name is Mindy Miller. I am from Damascus, Maryland, but I live in Nashville, Tennessee,” she revealed.
McEntire told her, “I think You’re fantastic. Don’t let this bother you at all. Just pretend it’s gone. Congratulations for being here.”
Michael Bublé explained why he thought Snoop Dogg used his block, telling her, “If that doesn’t tell you what we think of Reba McEntire and how much of a threat she is Snoop called a Reba Magnet Tire because people would turn, the moment they turn their eyes lock and you go like, oh no, it’s over.”

Niall Horan admitted the situation was “kind of unfair.”
“I’ll be honest with you,” he said. “I was just in two minds whether to hit the button or not. Kind of sad I didn’t, to be honest. You could tell by your voice you were so experienced, but you’re with the main man.”
Snoop Dogg was thrilled to welcome Mindy to his team.

“I heard something and when I turned around I seen something because I felt something and I knew blocking Reba would be my best chance at getting to you. And once I initiated my roadblock, I was able to pursue you.”
The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.

Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany shared a heartfelt duet of Luke Bryan‘s “Drink a Beer” in honor of Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on September 10, 2025. The couple attended his funeral on Sunday, which drew an estimated 90,000 people, according to Fox News.
They posted a black-and-white acoustic video of the performance on Instagram, captioning it simply: “For Charlie.” This marks the first time Jason and Brittany have truly gone public with a duet together. Jason took the lead while Brittany joined him on harmonies, and at one point, she stepped up to showcase her voice as Jason gently plucked the guitar.

Their performance drew praise from fellow artists and fans, with the comments section overflowing with encouraging messages as well as tributes to Charlie.
“Drink a Beer” was written by Jim Beavers and Chris Stapleton and originally recorded by Luke Bryan on his fourth studio album, Crash My Party. It was a No.1 hit for Bryan.
Like many Americans, the Aldeans were deeply upset about Kirk’s assassination. Both Brittany and Jason had previously shared their thoughts on social media and paid tribute to their longtime friend.
“This is a heartbreak so many of us will never get over. Charlie was a father, husband, son, friend and so much more,” Brittany wrote. “One of the most intelligent people we’ve ever met, fighting for everything right in this world. He put everything on the line to be a voice for those who weren’t able. I admired him. His courage, his intelligence, his faith…. there will truly never be another like him. Charlie you will forever be missed. Trying to find peace in the fact that he’s in heaven shining down on us all, because man he loved Jesus and there’s no doubt that’s what he’s doing❤️💔 Accepted into the arms of Jesus as a good & faithful servant.”
Jason shared: “It’s been a hard day not only in our family, but all over the country. Charlie Kirk was one of the kindest, smartest and bravest people I’ve ever met. I’m honored to have met and spoke with him on a few occasions. He was a man of peace and wanted nothing but the best for our country and its youth. We might have lost Charlie today but what he has done will live on forever. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, kids and the entire Kirk family.”
While some may be surprised to see Brittany Aldean singing, this isn’t her first rodeo. She famously auditioned for American Idol Season 11 in 2012, performing in front of judges Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, and Randy Jackson. The North Carolina native earned a golden ticket with her performance of “Spoiled” by Joss Stone but was ultimately eliminated before reaching the live audience rounds. She was one of 301 singers who advanced to Hollywood Week, though only 98 contestants made it past that stage.
Back in a Q&A on Instagram, a fan once asked, “Would you and Jason ever perform a duet?” Brittany replied: “We’ve talked about it for a while now… never say never.”
Jason has also spoken about his wife’s talent in past interviews.

“Brit’s a great singer,” Aldean admitted to Audacy. “It’s one of those things where, to me, it all comes down to the song. If you find the right song, I think that’s really the key. It’s definitely something I’m not opposed to at all if the right thing came along and made sense.”
Though she hasn’t yet stepped into the studio, Aldean believes Brittany would thrive in that setting. “I don’t think she’s ever done that before, that would be cool. She’d be a little reluctant until she got in there. I think she’d be great,” he shared.
Perhaps this is the beginning of more duets to come?
