Kane Brown’s Wife Katelyn Brown Reveals Whether Baby No. 4 Is in the Cards

Kane Brown’s wife, Katelyn Brown, has confirmed that they are officially done having kids. The couple is already proud parents to two daughters, Kingsley Rose, 5, and Kodi Jane, 3, a son, Krewe Allen, 1, and are happily embracing life as a family of five.

Katelyn shared the update while conducting a recent Q&A with fans on her Instagram stories. She received a question from a user asking if they will go for baby number four, to which she responded, “we are complete.”

Family lies at the heart of Kane Brown’s life and often serves as the inspiration to his music. Since becoming a prominent figure in the public eye, he’s been very open about the fact that he didn’t have the easiest upbringing with his family and as a result, he now strives to make his family of five his top priority and to be the best father he can be to his kids.

“I would say that the big success is because I never really had that family thing. I’m still learning as a dad. For me, at first, being a dad was just being there for my kids. I never had that,” the “Miles On It” singer told Jamie Laing on the Great Company Podcast.

Building a relationship with Katelyn has meant that Brown’s life has completely transformed and has given him a look into a whole different kind of family dynamic.

He continued, “And now it’s like Kate came in, she had a big family. She has two brothers, her mom and dad. They had a normal Christmas and a full family. I used to have Christmas, and what I remember is I would have Christmas, and then I would go to my room and play with what I had in my room by myself.”

The lovebirds got married in Franklin, Tennessee, on Oct. 12, 2018, surrounded by around 200 guests. Since saying “I do,” they have grown their family with three children and are working to raise them to the best of their abilities.

“I want ’em to be sweet. I want ’em to care for other people. And that’s also the dangerous thing too, is I want ’em to watch out for snakes, which is the hard fine line, but at the end of the day, if you let a snake bite you once, it’s okay, as long as it’s not a rattlesnake or something, but just don’t let it happen twice,” Brown said.

He goes on to explain how there is nothing quite like a parent’s love for their child. With each new baby that comes into their family, the hitmaker learns how to grow and evolve as a parent.

“Kids are the best. Kingsley, when I had her, it was a different thing. I have videos of me and her just sitting in a room for hours together, just chilling. I wanted the girl-boy scenario. And then I had Kodi… and I was like, ‘This is awesome,’” he recalled.

While it’s clear that Kane Brown was absolutely loving his life as a full-fledged girl dad, he experienced something “completely different” after they had their first boy, Krewe.

“With your girl, it’s like, ‘Oh, I want to protect you, fight for my life.’ With my boy, I’m like, ‘Damn, boy, your back’s big as hell. I can’t wait to get in the gym,’ or ‘You’re the next football player’ or something like that. I’m excited for him. I want to be rough with him, but also I want him to have the best life you can,” he shared.

Kane Brown is frequently on tour, putting in the hours to continue growing his name as a country star. Luckily, we often get to see his “Body Talk” duet partner and their kids joining him on the road, soaking up as much family time as possible when Brown isn’t on stage.

His stacked list of 2025 shows can be found HERE.

Jordan Davis Celebrates No. 1 Milestone, Previews New Album in Nashville

Every once in a while, you’re reminded of what makes Nashville so special: the sense of community, the perseverance, and the unexpected moments that bring songs to life. That was the case at Jordan Davis’ No. 1 party celebrating his eighth chart-topper, “I Ain’t Sayin’.”

The song marked several firsts: it was Davis’ first outside cut released as a single, and the first No. 1 for two of its writers, Steve Moakler and Emily Reid, who co-wrote it with Travis Wood and Mark Holman, despite being longtime members of the Nashville songwriting community.

Jordan Davis – I Ain’t Sayin’

A No. 1 song can be life-changing for a writer, and it was special to witness their hard work finally pay off.

According to the writers, the track came together quickly. It began during a previous session and was finished on a writing retreat in Big Sky, Montana.

Davis was at the writing retreat but didn’t hop in on this session, leaving the writers to work their magic in a close by room. After hearing their rough-cut demo after the song was completed, Davis knew it was something he had to record.

Not long after, he laid his vocals down, the song was released, and began its climb up the charts, ultimately serving as the first glimpse of Davis’ next album.

Looking back on how it all came together, Davis said, “To me, that’s the coolest thing about being in town and being a songwriter is you never know where it’s going to come from. I am fans of all these guys…I’ve been a Moakler fan for a real long time. I think all five of us…we’re blessed to get to do this and it’s just special how it all comes together…It just kind of goes to show you how crazy Nashville can be, but perseverance, and I definitely think everybody on this couch has learned that lesson.”

Following the No. 1 celebration, Jordan Davis invited friends, collaborators, and industry members to an album release party for his upcoming project, Learn the Hard Way, where he gave a live preview of the new music and its collaborations.

Treating guests to a seafood boil, a nod to his home state of Louisiana, Davis also performed several songs from the upcoming collection, including “Louisiana Stick” with Marcus King, and Mess With Missing You” with his longtime friend Carly Pearce. The father of four also performed the title track, the recently released “Turn This Truck Around,” and his chart-climbing single, “Bar None.”

Next, Davis will appear on Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! August 14 to perform “Bar None,” followed by an August 21 performance on TODAY to celebrate his new album release and preview his fall headlining tour, Ain’t Enough Road.

The tour kicks off September 11 in Greater Palm Springs, CA, with stops at venues like Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre (Sept. 18) and New York City’s Radio City Music Hall (Oct. 2). The trek features special guests Mitchell Tenpenny and Vincent Mason and will wrap up on October 25 in Estero, Florida.

Brandon Blackstock, Ex-Husband Of Kelly Clarkson And Blake Shelton’s Former Manager, Passes Away After Cancer Battle

Brandon Blackstock, a longtime talent manager and former husband of renowned singer/songwriter Kelly Clarkson, has died following a private battle with cancer. He was 48 years old.

According to a statement obtained by PEOPLE, Blackstock had been battling cancer for over three years. The family expressed their grief and extended their appreciation for the public’s support amid this difficult time.

“It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away,” a rep for the family told the outlet. “Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time.”

This news dropped just one day after Kelly Clarkson announced that she would be postponing the remaining dates of her Las Vegas residency to spend time with her ex-husband and father of her two children, River and Remington.

“Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas,” she wrote on Instagram. “While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them.”

She concluded her message by offering a sincere apology to ticket holders who were looking forward to the upcoming dates.

“I so appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding.”

Brandon Blackstock and Kelly Clarkson first met during rehearsals for the 2006 ACM Awards. At the time, Brandon was still married to his ex-wife Melissa Ashworth while his father, Narvel Blackstock was acting as Clarkson’s manager. He followed in the footsteps of his father and went on to work as a manager of artists like Blake Shelton and Clarkson. He was also the road manager for Rascal Flatts.

“This guy walks by, making everybody laugh. I said, ‘I’m gonna end up with him. I know it,’ ” Clarkson told PEOPLE in 2013.

Blackstock and the “Where Have You Been” singer got reconnected while attending a Super Bowl in early 2012 and sparks began to fly. They tied the knot in October 2013. After seeing how well he worked with Shelton, Clarkson hired Blackstock to be her manager as well.

They welcomed their first daughter River Rose on June 12, 2014, in Nashville followed by a son, Remington “Remy” Alexander, who was born April 12, 2016.

Their love story came to an end in 2020 when Clarkson filed for divorce due to “irreconcilable differences,” according to reports from multiple outlets. However, the split was not finalized until 2022. During that time, the former couple endured multiple legal disputes including the custody of their kids. Clarkson intimately received primary custody of their two children.

Despite the ups and downs of their relationship, Kelly Clarkson prioritized supporting her ex-husband in his final days.

Blackstock’s connection to the country music world doesn’t stop there. Between 1989 to 2015, country music icon Reba McEntire was married to Blackstock’s father, making him the stepson of McEntire.

In addition to the kids he shared with Clarkson, Blackstock also welcomed two children in a previous marriage, Savannah and Seth. He is survived by all four of his children, along with his grandson Lake, father Narvel Blackstock and siblings Shelby, Shawna and Chassidy.

‘The Possum’ and ‘No Show Jones’: The Stories Behind George Jones’ Famous Nicknames

You’ve likely heard George Jones being referred to as one of the most influential voices in country music history, but along with his legendary status came a couple of not-so-flattering nicknames like “The Possum” and “No Show Jones.” The stories behind these nicknames give insight into different chapters of Jones career, starting with the very beginning of his career.

Why Is George Jones Called “The Possum”

“The Possum” was born from Jones’ distinctive look that a couple of radio deejays couldn’t help but poke fun at it. He credits T. Tommy Cutrer and Ralph Emery for forming the opinion that as just a young singer, he had a pointy nose and beady eyes that resembled the nocturnal animal.

“When you’re called ‘The Possum’ … it stays with me. There’s no way I can ever live it down,” Jones told The Boot. “T. Tommy Cutrer was a disc jockey. Everybody loved him. He was one of the old-timers on the all-night shows along with Ralph Emery, and those two got started calling me ‘The Possum.’”

He explained that the disc jockeys first drew the comparison from an album Jones released that featured a photo of his side profile with a crew cut as the cover art.

“I was very young, and my nose looked more turned up, and I’ve got little beady eyes so I guess I did look like a possum! So they both laid into me and called me ‘Possum,’ and it got everywhere. There was no way I could stop that, so (I thought) I’ll just have to live with that!”

The nickname stuck and rather than fight it, Jones eventually learned to embrace it, so much so that he even named his famous Nashville establishment, Possum Holler.

The Sad Truth Behind “No Show Jones”

While “Possum” was nothing but a clever knock at his looks at the time, his other nickname, “No Show Jones,” held a bit more of a troubling meaning as it was born from fans reactions to him missing so many concerts due to his drug and alcohol problem.

George Jones built a music career by living out the messages of his songs, that often honed in on the pain of his three divorces, his financial issues and struggles with his addiction to drugs and alcohol. His divorce from fellow legend Tammy Wynette led Jones down a destructive path. He was arrested and hospitalized on several occasions and missed countless performances in the process, hence the reason for the nickname.

Reflecting on that chapter of his career, Jones told the outlet that he often looked back on the canceled shows and felt instant regret thinking about all the families who were left with disappointment after spending their hard-earned money to see him live.

“I think about the dates that I missed, and I’ll see those mamas and daddies and some grandkids walking down the old country dirt road … walking to town maybe a mile, and they’ve been saving their money for a couple months just to get there and to be let down … I guess that hurts me worse than anything else,” he admitted.

“I Didn’t Think I’d Ever Live It Down”

He certainly wasn’t proud of being known as “No Show Jones,” but he did what he did best and explored the chapter through song and eventually, “made peace with it.”

“I didn’t think I’d ever live it down, but it’s gotten so much better,” he said with a laugh. “Nobody calls me ‘No Show’ any more.”

These nicknames will always be a part of George Jones’ legacy, but they are just a very small part of his story as a successful country artist.

The End Of George Jones’ Legendary Career

The “He Stopped Loving Her Today” singer also earned plenty of honorary titles throughout his career. He won a Grammy for Best Male Country Vocal Performance, two CMA Male Vocalist of the Year awards, the prestigious Kennedy Center Honors for lifetime achievement and more.

He embarked on his farewell tour in late 2012 but unfortunately passed away before the final date, which was set to take place in Nashville on November 22, 2013 with an all-star celebration dubbed the Playin’ Possum! The Final No Show concert.

Jones was hospitalized on April 18, 2023 with a fever and irregular blood pressure. At 81 years old, he died on April 26, 2013, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Damon Dash Breaks Silence On Viral Dental Mishap; Reveals Painful Surgery Plans

Damon Dash addressed his viral dental disaster and laid out his upcoming surgery plans during a new interview aired Wednesday (August 6) on Art of Dialogue, revealing the painful truth behind the moment that had social media in stitches last year.

The Hip-Hop mogul explained the backstory behind the now-infamous Instagram Live clip where his grill unexpectedly dropped mid-sentence while responding to 50 Cent, sparking a wave of memes and online jokes. But according to Dash, the situation was far from cosmetic—it was medical.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Watch Live Bitez (@livebitez)

“So 20 years ago, I got titanium implants,” Dash explained. “It cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I was in my 20s. They’re not supposed to break. Five of them broke. Snapped. So now they have to break bone in — pause — my mouth, take the implants out, put new bone in there, and put five f###### implants in.”

The 54-year-old entrepreneur said he delayed the procedure due to his workload and health concerns.

“I’mma do it in September,” he added. “But I just had a lot of work to do, and I didn’t want to be that f##### up. I didn’t know how I was going to heal cuz I’m diabetic. But I’m going to get it fixed now.”

The viral moment, which happened earlier in 2024, led to widespread speculation and ridicule.

Still, Dash issued a warning to those who laughed a little too hard. “When I get my teeth right, then I’mma really get at everybody.”

Damon Dash Laughs Off Viral Mishap

Dash clarified at the time that the teeth weren’t dentures but part of a long-term dental implant system that requires replacement every two decades. He was simply caught between procedures.

Despite the online mockery, Dash maintained a sense of humor about the ordeal.

He even joked that the incident helped draw attention to the more serious topics he was discussing during the livestream. “I was praying my teeth would fall out so people would talk about the important points I was making,” he said.

Diddys Legal Team At Odds Over Donald Trump Pardon

Diddy’s legal team is tripping over their own words—one lawyer says they never hollered at Donald Trump for a pardon, while another one swears they did.

Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s main legal mouthpiece, told CBS News flat-out, “I have nothing to do with a possible pardon. I have had conversations with nobody. I have not spoken to the president. I have not spoken to anybody who speaks to the president about Sean Combs. I have not.”

But hold up—Attorney Nicole Westmoreland, who’s also on Diddy’s team, told CNN something totally different. “It’s my understanding that we’ve reached out and had conversations in reference to a pardon,” she said.

So either someone’s confused, or this team isn’t on the same page. Meanwhile, Trump’s been flippin’ back and forth too.

Earlir this year, Donald Trump said he’d “certainly look at the facts” and revealed he would consider a pardon for Diddy.

But last week, he cooled off on the idea during a Newsmax interview, saying, “I was very friendly with him, I got along with him great, and he seemed like a nice guy. I didn’t know him well, but when I ran for office, he was very hostile.”

So at this point, nobody knows if a pardon’s even on the table—or if Diddy’s people are even asking for one.

For now, Diddy’s looking at a possible 20-year bid after getting hit with two convictions tied to prostitution.

The jury cleared him of the worst charges like sex trafficking and racketeering, but two of the transportation of prostitutes across state lines in violation of the Mann Act counts stuck.

Diddy heads back to court on October 3 for sentencing. Prosecutors are only asking for about 4.5 years, although the judge has the discretion to send the disgraced mogul to prison for as many as twenty years.

Teyana Taylor Shares Painful Health News & Fans Are Rallying Behind Her

Teyana Taylor revealed she’s undergoing emergency surgery in Los Angeles to remove a benign growth from her vocal cords, forcing her to step away from public appearances as she focuses on recovery.

She broke the news through her Instagram Story, telling followers, “I’ve been quietly dealing with some vocal challenges for a while now,” and that doctors “found a noncancerous growth on one of my chords that’s been messing with my voice and causing real discomfort.”

Although the diagnosis is not life-threatening, the 34-year-old said it requires immediate attention and rest.

“Thankfully, we caught it and it’s treatable, but it does mean I need to pause and give myself time to fully heal,” she wrote. As a result, Taylor has pulled out of her scheduled appearance on Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson’s IMO podcast.

However, she confirmed that the release date for her upcoming album, Escape Room, remains unchanged. The project is still set to drop on August 22.

Describing the album as deeply personal, Teyana Taylor shared, “It’s the most personal body of work I’ve ever created. Just as I was getting ready to finally share this with you, life handed me my own unexpected ‘escape room,’ one I didn’t ask for, but one I now have to find my way out of with patience, rest, and faith.”

Despite the setback, Taylor remains optimistic about her comeback.

“I can’t wait to be on the other side of this – stronger, softer, and singing again,” she wrote. “I’ll be back with even more fire, more purpose, and the best version of me.”

Escape Room will be Taylor’s fourth studio album and her first major release since retiring from music in 2020.

Kodak Black Dragged Into $10.6M Lawsuit Over Shooting At Justin Bieber Party

Kodak Black is now the only defendant left in a $10.6 million civil lawsuit filed by two men injured during a 2022 shooting outside a Los Angeles afterparty hosted by Justin Bieber, with the plaintiffs claiming the rapper instigated the violence that left them and Black wounded.

During a hearing Wednesday in Los Angeles, attorneys for Adam Rahman and Mark Schaefer asked the court to declare Black in default, alleging he never responded to the suit.

“Kodak has never been served with any lawsuit from California,” Black’s attorney Bradford Cohen told Rolling Stone. “I find it unusual that they’re attempting to sue the very person who was the most injured out of the individuals who got shot.”

The civil trial was initially scheduled to begin this month, but the judge has vacated the date.

The plaintiffs argue Kodak Black was the catalyst for the altercation that escalated into gunfire outside The Nice Guy, a West Hollywood restaurant, following a Bieber-hosted Super Bowl weekend event in February 2022.

The lawsuit initially named Bieber and the venue’s owners as co-defendants, but both were later removed.

In June 2024, a judge ruled the shooting was not “foreseeable” by the restaurant, leading to the dismissal of the corporate defendants. Bieber was voluntarily dropped from the case shortly after.

Rahman and Schaefer first sought a $62 million default judgment against Black in November 2023, but the court denied the request due to insufficient evidence of damages.

A revised claim for $10.6 million was also rejected last month after the judge said the plaintiffs had not provided adequate proof of their medical expenses.

The court has not yet ruled on the latest default request.

Al B. Sure’s Book Deal Collapses Over Diddy Demands, Now Lawyer Investigating Conspiracy

Al B. Sure was ready to tell all about Diddy and drop some heavy claims in his upcoming memoir, but now the whole thing’s been iced by his publisher and his lawyer’s screaming possible sabotage.

The book, titled Do You Believe Me Now?, was supposed to be Al’s no-holds-barred story—loaded with wild accusations about Diddy, questions surrounding Kim Porter’s death and even claims that someone tried to take him out.

But according to his lawyer Robert J. Hantman, Simon & Schuster wanted more dirt on Diddy than Al was comfortable dishing.

“Simon & Schuster wanted him to include more stuff about P. Diddy, but he didn’t really want to go there,” Hantman told Page Six.

The publisher hit pause on the release after creative differences over how deep Al was willing to go in talking about Diddy. That’s when things started getting weird.

Earlier this year, Al claimed his life was in danger over what he knew.

“If you actually knew what they did to me, there was a bounty on my head,” he said.

He also hinted that his health scare wasn’t by chance and might’ve been linked to Diddy’s circle. “I believe this to be the case. Yes. Absolutely. My first time saying it,” Al said. “Remember, I’m the only one who spoke up and I’m the only one left alive.”

Al B. Sure also alleged that Diddy paid off media outlets to kill stories about Kim Porter’s passing and has been trying to silence him for years. He even questioned the legitimacy of Porter’s posthumous memoir and called for a deeper investigation into her death.

Now Al’s legal team is digging into whether someone behind the scenes tried to tank his book deal on purpose.

“If someone interfered we’re going to investigate. We’ll speak to Bo Dietl. We’re thinking of getting Bo Dietl to investigate,” Hantman said.

For those who don’t know, Bo Dietl is a former NYPD detective turned private investigator/actor/podcaster.

He’s worked on everything from high-profile criminal cases to corporate investigations, and he’s been linked to multiple celebrity and political scandals over the years, in addition to having roles in movies like Goodfellas, The Wolf of Wall Street and The Irishman.

Al’s book was meant to be a complete look into his life—from music to medical battles—but it sounds like the publisher was way more focused on the Diddy drama than Al’s actual story.
