Damon Dash has issued a $100 million demand letter targeting attorney Christopher Brown and Claudia Jordan, accusing them of conspiring to damage his reputation and strip him of control over the film The List, formerly known as Dear Frank.

The Hip-Hop mogul alleges the pair, along with others, engaged in fraud, defamation and interference that led to his financial collapse. Dash claims their actions were part of a coordinated effort to seize ownership of the movie and push him out of the entertainment industry.

Legal Battle Centers on “The List” Film

Dash’s demand letter outlines plans to file a civil RICO lawsuit, citing perjury, false claims and online defamation. He says the fallout from their alleged actions contributed directly to his bankruptcy, which currently lists over $25 million in liabilities and less than $5,000 in assets.

The conflict stems from a long-standing legal feud between Dash and Brown, who represented filmmaker Josh Webber in a copyright lawsuit. Webber was awarded $805,000 after a jury found Dash infringed on the film’s rights by claiming ownership.

Brown also filed a defamation suit against Dash in 2020, accusing him of making damaging public statements. In that case, Dash allegedly called Brown a “lawyer that made a living helping bad people steal money.” The lawsuit was initially filed in Massachusetts before being moved to California, where it remains active.

Claudia Jordan Accused of False Testimony

Dash also named Claudia Jordan in the letter, accusing her of giving misleading testimony and making public statements that painted him in a negative light. Jordan previously alleged that Dash acted inappropriately on set, a claim he denies. Dash insists his conduct was professional and focused on helping her prepare for the role.

According to Dash, the accusations were part of a broader plan to discredit him and gain control of the film. He believes the legal attacks were designed to drain his resources and remove him from the creative process.

“I am so scared that if he walks free, his first actions will be swift retribution towards me and others who spoke up about his abuse at trial,” she wrote in the letter to U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian. “As much progress as I have made in recovering from his abuse, I remain very much afraid of what he is capable of and the malice he undoubtedly harbors towards me for having the bravery to tell the truth.”

Diddy Convicted of Federal Charges

Combs, 54, was found guilty in July of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. He was cleared of more severe charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. His sentencing is scheduled for Friday in Manhattan federal court.

Cassie testified during the trial, describing an 11-year relationship she said was marked by abuse and control. She asked the judge to consider her experience when determining Combs’ punishment.

“I urge you to sentence Mr. Combs in a way that reflects the reality of the evidence and my lived experience as a victim,” she wrote.

Cassie Relocated Over Safety Concerns

In her letter, Cassie revealed she and her family moved out of New York due to safety concerns stemming from her testimony.

“We moved because I am worried that he or his associates will come after [us],” she wrote.

Cassie Rejected Claims That Combs Has Changed

Responding to the defense’s argument that Combs has changed, Cassie pushed back hard.

“He will always be the same cruel, power-hungry, manipulative man that he is,” she wrote. “My experience was real, horrific and deserves to be considered.”

She called Combs “the manipulator, the aggressor, the abuser, the trafficker” and said he has “no interest in changing or becoming better.”

Combs’ sentencing is set for Friday in New York federal court.

Nicki Minaj and Cardi B turned Twitter into a battlefield late Tuesday night (September 30) as their long-running feud reached a disturbing new level, dragging their children into the chaos.

The online clash reignited earlier in the day after Minaj questioned the legitimacy of Cardi’s album success.

What started as a jab quickly spiraled into a scorched-earth exchange that lasted into the early hours of Wednesday (October 1).

Minaj took aim at Cardi’s past comments about infertility, calling them offensive and threatening to sue.

Cardi fired back, “Girl it’s YOUR SON BIRTHDAY why are you on twitter dedicating essays to me??? For the love of god go to chuckie cheese.”

Minaj then referenced the notorious 2018 New York Fashion Week incident, claiming Cardi B suffers “seizures from the knot.”

She also accused Cardi’s upcoming project of being cursed, saying it “has been dipped in evil spirits & their sole purpose is to unleash the spirit of drama in your lives.”

Things got uglier when Minaj referenced Cardi’s daughter, tweeting “Barney B & kulture vulture” and “Kulture vulture you ugly too.”

Minaj followed up with a direct challenge: “Do something. We in NEW YORK. HEAVY ON IT.”

Cardi denied having seizures and accused Minaj of drug use. “You haven’t even cut your f##### kid cake.. my god it’s 6 o clock in LA. You must’ve took your first line of the day,” she wrote.

The Bronx rapper then warned Minaj to back off her children. “Let this be the LAST TIME you mention my kids before I spill the tea on yours while you talkin about ABC’s!! You gon leave me TF alone today ho I’m sick of you b####!!”

Cardi escalated the personal attacks, writing, “Your daddy was a crackhead and your brother was raping his stepchild. You got medical records on me??? Post them b####!!!”

She also hit back at Minaj’s insult toward her daughter by dragging Minaj’s son into the fray. “Your hate is so deep dark and nasty because your son nonverbal cuz you f##### him up wit them drugs so you jealous of everybody kids and their happiness!!! B#### WHERE TF YOU AT STOP TALKING.”

Minaj responded with: “Cokey B PLS DONT SNIFF COKE WITH BABY #4/5. Word to Carlos.”

The insults didn’t stop there. Cardi challenged Minaj to a real-life confrontation. “DROP THE ADDY RIGHT NOW!!!! And don’t go tagging the feds and the police like you did 3 months ago.”

Minaj claimed Cardi’s team had previously begged her to collaborate. “Had the whole label fly out to CALI to BEG ME TO DO A JOINT TOUR & ALBUM WITH HER. I don’t wanna have to drop that RECORDED call. That’s why all the sabotage on my tour.”

Minaj also addressed Cardi’s police accusations. “Memba yall called cops on us last time? Made them tell us we had to leave NY b/c you & your man was afraid for yall lives???? Nah hoe. Drop the receipts. BARNEY B!!!!! You’ll be eating out the garbage cans of the Bronx in the name of JESUS. SOON.”

Cardi denied ever calling the cops and claimed Minaj’s husband was the one who violated probation. “Your dumb ass bum ass man went online talkin s### and doing threats while he was on probation DUMMY!!”

A content creator on TikTok recently exposed a creepy clip that’s gone viral on the internet. The original creator said it was the “scariest moment of his life,” according to @Dg_horror, who posted to his platform in a video with 2.5 million views.

In the video, @Dg_horror recounts a man’s experience driving home late. The man stopped off at a gas station to fill up and grab some breakfast items. A woman walked “right up” to the man’s car, looking nearly identical to his wife. The only thing was that his wife was at home at the time and had no reason to be at the gas station that late at night.

The woman started tapping on his window, asking him if he could unlock his door.

“For a second, he thought he might be losing it,” @Dg_horror said. That’s when he pulled out his phone to document the occurrence. He started his car and left the gas station, driving home at that point. When he got there, he showed the video to his wife, who was “stunned.” She had been home the entire time.

Was this a supernatural occurrence?

Commenters immediately focused their attention on the story, saying that it’s a possible supernatural occurrence. Some commenters referenced religious entities, while others said the incident had to have been an unknown supernatural force.

Mimics are often seen in fictional worlds, but some paranormal phenomena enthusiasts believe that they’re real, visible beings that “replace the voices of loved ones to lure victims.” They’re not inherently demonic, but they can sometimes be malevolent.

“The entities typically target isolated individuals and exploit emotional vulnerabilities through their voice mimicry abilities,” the blog reads. 

Or is the explanation more sinister? 

Other people thought that the incident read as something demonic. There’s a chance that the occurrence matches what is described in Christian dogma, a “familiar spirit.” As Sister Hub blog says:

“Demons have been around for a long time. They observe families and individuals over many years, which allows them to learn details about people’s lives. By using this knowledge, demons can impersonate deceased family members with alarming accuracy.”

While the blog describes these incidents of mimicry with deceased family members, it’s one supernatural explanation for what @Dg_horror described. Demons are “tempters, mischief-makers, and agents of chaos” that lead individuals to “moral downfall.” A woman who eerily looks like a familiar face or a spouse can be a lure.

@Dg_horror did not mention the original content creator, so it’s difficult to verify the validity of his claims. We’ve reached out to him via TikTok direct message to learn more about the original content creator and context of the first video.
