Jessa Duggar Fans Fear For Her Mental Health Following Troubling Social Media Posts

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Jessa Duggar is a mother of six, and she enjoys sharing updates about her hectic household on social media.

For the most part, fans delight in these posts and offer kind, supportive comments in return.

But lately, some of the folks who follow Jessa have begun to express concerns about her mental health and emotional well-being.

In one recent post, Jessa confessed to anxiety about her children and their well-being.

In another, she confessed to some extreme dieting techniques.

Over the weekend, the former reality star recently shared a quiet moment from her morning routine on Instagram, posting a short video of herself making breakfast while two of her young sons watched nearby.

But instead of simply appreciating the sweet glimpse into family life, some observers say the message behind the post struck them as troubling.

In the post, Duggar reflected on the fleeting nature of raising young children.

“Just a regular morning… that I know I’ll miss someday,” she wrote, adding that right now her children see her as “their whole world,” but that one day she will wish she could have those moments back.

For many parents, that sentiment might sound familiar. But critics online interpreted the message differently, with some suggesting the post hinted at deeper struggles.

The discussion began after someone shared Duggar’s post on Reddit, wondering if her words might suggest she’s struggling behind the scenes.

One commenter speculated that Duggar might be trying to convince herself she’s living in the “good old days,” questioning why she would feel compelled to frame the moment that way publicly.

Others went further, suggesting she could be dealing with depression or dissatisfaction with the life she chose.

It’s important to note that these are simply online reactions and not confirmed facts about Duggar’s mental health. The reality is that only Duggar herself — along with those close to her — could truly know how she’s feeling.

Still, the conversation highlights the intense scrutiny Duggar has faced for years.

Parenting that many small children — several of whom are still under the age of 10 — would be overwhelming for anyone. And Duggar has long been open about sharing pieces of her daily life with fans on social media.

Her posts often show ordinary moments: cooking meals, managing a busy household, or documenting family outings.

Some believe Jessa’s post signals something darker, while others say the critics are reading too much into it.

Some parents jumped into the conversation to say the message actually resonated with them. One commenter noted that when parenting gets stressful — especially with multiple small children — it can help to remind yourself that these years pass quickly.

In other words, Duggar’s words may simply reflect a common parenting reality: the days can feel long, but the years move fast.

Public speculation about Jessa’s life is nothing new, of course.

Ever since her family became famous, she and her siblings have been the subject of constant commentary about everything from their parenting choices to their personal beliefs.

That level of scrutiny can turn even the most ordinary social media post into a headline.

For now, Jessa has not responded publicly to the speculation surrounding her latest post.

And without hearing from her directly, the true meaning behind her message remains exactly what it appears to be: a brief reflection from a mother trying to appreciate a moment in a very busy life.

Connor Storrie & Troye Sivan Spotted Leaving Oscars Together

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Heated Rivalry catapulted Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams to instant fame.

Not only did they attend the 2026 Oscars on Sunday, but some very high-profile people were eager to meet them.

Australian musician Troye Sivan is one of the planet’s most desired men.

As you can imagine, fans are hyped seeing Storrie and Troye walking together. But what does it mean?

Where were THEY headed together?

A fan tweeted out a video on Sunday, March 15.

Stepping out into the Los Angeles night air, we see Connor Storrie.

Though the initial post seemed to have eyes only for the Heated Rivalry star, other social media users noticed the company that he was keeping.

As you can see in the video below, that’s Troye Sivan with him.

Whether they were simply walking together to find their rides or looking to hang out more is anyone’s guess.

As you can see, this looks like a very casual walk together.

Sometimes, we see celebrities walking side-by-side as if they were flirting.

Other times, we see people clearly resenting that they are near each other.

Hand-holding or glaring, either can be fantastic tabloid fodder.

In this case, however, things seem more chill — with Storrie and Sivan checking their respective phones as they presumably find their rides.

Is there more to this?

It is easy to imagine Connor Storrie, catapulted to overnight fame, suddenly being in a position where he can date anyone he chooses — including world-famous hotties.

Similarly, it is easy to imagine Troye seeing Connor’s butt acting talents on Heated Rivalry and leaping at the chance to meet him.

Certainly, some fans on social media are already shipping the two based upon their proximity in this one short video.

It’s a little premature, sure.

But is it true?

TMZ reports that Storrie and Sivan are not, in fact, dating.

The report describes the two as “just friends.”

It is probably wise to remember that, just as men and women can just be friends and hang out, two dudes can also just be friends.

Fans are of course free to concoct their own stories about what two (or more) famous hotties might get up to after the Oscars.

But RPF and other fanfiction isn’t reality. It’s always important to remember the difference. (And it’s important to not message your faves about it.)

Hold your horses, folks

As it happens, rumor has linked Storrie with one of his Heated Rivalry co-stars. And no, we do not mean Hudson Williams.

Storrie and François Arnaud have been spotted getting dinner together.

Some fans of the show have been getting very weird about Arnaud … because they’d already imagined Storrie and Williams getting together.

As always, we are asking people to please be normal and respectful.

Scripted roles are just acting jobs — they don’t define someone’s real-life relationships.

Alaska Rep. Nick Begich proposes federal tax exemption for Permanent Fund dividends

By: James Brooks, Alaska Beacon

The filing deadline for this year’s Alaska Permanent Fund dividend is March 31, and if Rep. Nick Begich III has his way, this year’s dividend will be tax free.

On March 3, Alaska’s lone member of the U.S. House introduced a bill that would exempt the dividend from federal taxes.

When Begich mentioned it during his address to state lawmakers this week, it garnered a standing ovation in the state Capitol.

Begich said afterward that passing the bill into law “is going to be a lift,” but in his first year as a Representative, Begich has found an unusual amount of success. On the day he introduced the tax-free dividend measure, he had a sixth prime-sponsored bill pass the U.S. Senate and advance to President Donald Trump.

Those six bills include two Congressional Review Act resolutions that repealed regulations adopted by the administration of President Joe Biden.

When members of Alaska’s Congressional delegation speak to the Legislature, it’s usually a platform to talk about their recent accomplishments, and Begich had plenty to talk about this year.

The number of bills he passed through Congress in his first year is a record, his office said.

According to the Center for Effective Lawmaking, when Begich’s sixth bill becomes law, he will tie former Rep. Rick Renzi, R-Arizona, for the most bills that became law in a freshman term.

The 119th Congress still has several months to run, and if Begich manages a seventh, he would set the record.

“No other House freshman in our data (going back to 1973) had six or more,” said Colin Achilles, the center’s associate director, by email.

At least some of Begich’s success is attributable to groundwork laid by his immediate predecessors, Democratic Rep. Mary Peltola and Republican Rep. Don Young.

His first two passed bills were handed over by Peltola after she lost to Begich in the 2024 elections.

He’s also received help from Alaska’s two senators, Republicans Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan, who have been able to guide his legislation through the Senate after passing the House.

Begich’s House-and-Senate passed bills to date include:

  • A legal change making it easier for disabled Alaska Natives to qualify for some federal aid programs;
  • measure repealing Biden-era limits on oil and gas leasing within the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge;
  • Another measure that repealed a Biden-era land-use plan for Interior Alaska;
  • A law that distributes extra land to Alaska Native village corporations by eliminating an inactive trust;
  • A bill granting land to the Alaska Native village corporation for Saxman, in Southeast Alaska;
  • And a bill extending the amount of time that Alaska Native Vietnam War veterans or their families have to pick grants of federal land.

While the measures repealing Biden-era actions advanced along party lines, taking advantage of Republican control of the House, Senate and Presidency, Begich’s other bills have gotten unanimous support in the House, from Democrats and Republicans alike.

Speaking to the Alaska Legislature, Begich said that “not every bill is a touchdown pass, but every bill puts (points) on the board. We are getting points on the board for the state of Alaska, and we will continue to look for opportunities to do that.”

After his speech, he acknowledged that the dividend bill is something closer to a deep pass than a short run down the middle, but it helps to be ready for an opportunity.

“You have to have these bills in existence in order for them to have an opportunity to pass. And sometimes a must-pass piece of legislation will show up, and you’ll have an opportunity to attach a priority for your district,” he said. “In our case … we wanted to make sure that we had this in the clip ready to go. When that opportunity arrives, sometimes it happens faster than you think it will. Sometimes it takes a while, but you have to have the legislative text ready to go for the moment that arrives, and that’s what we’re doing on that bill.”
