Stella Lefty is having a breakout year, and she’s about to add another major milestone to her growing list of accomplishments. The rising country artist has officially announced that she will make her Grand Ole Opry debut on September 2.

In the caption she reflected on what the opportunity means to her and how surreal it feels to know that she will soon be stepping onto one of country music’s most iconic stages, where so many great acts have stood before her.

“it’s an absolute honor to announce that i’ll be playing the Opry September 2nd!! It’s truly a dream come to true to stand on the same stage as so many of my idols. Thank you @opry for having me!!!,” she began.

The singer also took a moment to thank the Opry and the fans who have supported her throughout her journey.

“I grew up listening to country music, it was the first genre that i fell in love with. Thank you to YOU ALL for letting me do what i love and embracing me as i am and thank you @opry for letting me sing for you! 🫶 See you soon!!,” she added.

There is a stacked lineup of performers that have already been announced on the same night Lefty makes her Opry debut, including Little Big Town, Lori McKenna and Ashley Monroe with more to be revealed soon.

The news arrives a few days after the Illinois native released her latest single, “Lean In Kiss Me”, offering another preview of her debut album Long Way Home, arriving on August 21. The single, chronicling a “friends to lovers” relationship arrives after garnering major attention online from fans.

Meanwhile, Lefty’s hit single “Boston” continues to soar, reaching the top 5 of Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ chart, behind Taylor Swift and Ella Langley, and amassing over 330 million streams. The song has dominated the charts for the last 17 weeks, while gaining at both Country and Pop Radio too.

WATCH: Ella Langley Joins Local Band for Impromptu Performance During St. Thomas Getaway

Ella Langley traded the stage for a tropical getaway this weekend, making the most of some rare downtime with a trip to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Alabama native traveled to Bolongo Bay with a group of friends, where she enjoyed some much-needed time away from her busy touring schedule. But even while on vacation, Langley couldn’t resist the opportunity to grab a mic and show off her vocals.

A video shared by Bolongo Bay Beach Resort captured Langley joining the local house band, Reggae Dynasty, during a night out at the iconic Iggies Beach Bar. Donning a sparkly mini dress, she soaked up every second of the spontaneous performance as they delivered a rendition of Bob Marley and the Wailers’ “Three Little Birds.”

The resort shared its excitement over the unexpected appearance, calling it a “special, fun night” and thanking Langley and her friends for stopping by and bringing some “good vibes” to the popular beach bar, which has been family owned since 1974.

The caption read, “This actually happened! Thank you to @ellalangleymusic & her super wonderful friends for stopping by @iggiesbeachbar and spreading the love and good vibes with us on one of their last evenings in St. Thomas. Imagine our joy and gratitude when she spontaneously started singing a duet with our beloved local band, Reggae Dynasty! Such a special, fun night for everyone. This is what Iggies is all about ❤️ we’re thankful to be back!”

Langley’s destination vacation took place during a gap in her busy 2026 tour schedule. The songstress spent the spring and summer months performing as an opener on Morgan Wallen’s Still The Problem Tour and taking the stage for her own headlining tour, Dandelion, which was recently extended to run through October.

Additionally, the impressive achievements continue to roll in for the hitmaker. This week Ella Langley’s  “Choosin’ Texas’” spent its 17th week at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100. This feat makes it the longest-running No. 1 hit by a female artist in this century, the only country song by a woman to triple up and go #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100, Hot Country and Country Airplay charts simultaneously and the fourth-longest-running chart-topper in the Hot 100’s 68-year history.

Fans can expect Langley to return to the road this weekend with three nights across Texas. She’s set to perform at the Moody Center on August 13, The Hilliard Center on August 14 and Dickies Arena on August 15.

Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Unveils Class of 2026, Reveals Taylor Swift as Youngest Inductee Ever

Taylor Swift is making history once again. The superstar is set to become the youngest inductee ever into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame as part of the organization’s Class of 2026.

Mark Ford, the organization’s executive director, announced the 2026 class during a press conference at Belmont University’s R. Milton and Denice Johnson Center. Swift, alongside her fellow honorees, Lyle Lovett, Bruce Channel, Shawn Camp and Lee Thomas Miller will be formally inducted during the invitation-only 56th Anniversary Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala taking place this fall.

The five electees behind the hits “Cruel Summer,” “She’s No Lady,” “Hey! Baby!,” “Two Piña Coladas,” and “In Color” will join the 254 previously inducted members of the organization.

“This is always one of the most anticipated days on our calendar – the annual reveal of our incoming class,” says Ford. “We’re excited to once again add new names to a legendary list that began more than a half century ago.”

Swift was selected in the contemporary songwriter/artist category, alongside veteran songwriter/artist Lovett, while Camp and Miller were elected in the contemporary songwriter category and Channel in the veteran songwriter category.

Taylor Swift

The honor marks another major milestone in Swift’s already history-making songwriting career. The Pennsylvania-born, Nashville-raised artist has built a catalog largely centered around her own songwriting, with credits behind some of her biggest hits including “Cruel Summer,” “White Horse” and “I Knew You Were Trouble.”

Shawn Camp

Shawn Camp is an Arkansas native best known for writing country music staples like “A Beautiful Time” (Willie Nelson), “How Long Gone” (Brooks & Dunn), and “Two Piña Coladas” (Garth Brooks).

Lee Thomas Miller

Kentucky native Lee Thomas Miller has built an impressive songwriting résumé with hits including Jamey Johnson’s “In Color,” Joe Nichols’ “The Impossible” and Trace Adkins’ “You’re Gonna Miss This.”

Bruce Channel

Bruce Channel, a Texas native, has become known for his work penning hits such as his own “Hey! Baby!,” along with “Stand Up,” recorded by Mel McDaniel, and John Conlee’s “As Long As I’m Rockin’ With You.”

Lyle Lovett

Lyle Lovett, also from Texas, has made his mark with a catalog of self-penned hits, including “She’s No Lady,” “Cowboy Man” and “You Can’t Resist It.”

Each of these legendary songwriters will be honored for their tremendous contributions to the genre during the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala, also known as one of the music industry’s premier annual events. Serving as a fundraiser benefiting the nonprofit Nashville Songwriters Foundation, the star-studded evening will celebrate each inductee through humorous, heartfelt tributes and unplugged performances by surprise guest artists.
