EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Allowed To Wear Slacks, Sweater & Shoes With No Laces At Sentencing

Diddy will be allowed to wear slacks, a sweater and lace-free shoes when he appears for sentencing on October 3, 2025—a rare courtroom privilege.

Federal Judge Arun Subramanian approved the request for Diddy to wear non-prison clothing, including a button-down shirt and pants, during the high-profile hearing. Diddy was convicted in July on two federal counts of transporting individuals for prostitution under the Mann Act.

He was acquitted of more severe charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. His legal team attempted to overturn the convictions, arguing that the law had been misapplied.

They claimed the Mann Act, which was initially enacted to target pimps and traffickers, does not apply to Diddy’s alleged conduct.

His attorneys maintained he was not a trafficker; he was an amateur pornographer. Judge Arun Subramanian disagreed on Tuesday (September 30).

“To any modern reader, the plain meaning of prostitution is sex for sale. Every modern dictionary the Court consulted says the same thing,” Judge Subramanian wrote in a blistering opinion. “What happened in this case was transportation for prostitution even under Combs’s understanding of the term: Combs transported the escorts (who were financially motivated) and intended for them to engage in prostitution.”

Prosecutors are seeking a sentence of 11 years and 3 months, citing what they describe as violent and coercive behavior. Prosecutors allege Diddy used threats and intimidation against women and showed no remorse.

They are also pushing for the maximum allowable fine, arguing that his wealth and influence should not shield him from full accountability. Prosecutors said the evidence showed “a pattern of abuse” and that Diddy “has not accepted responsibility for his actions.”

Meanwhile, Diddy’s defense team is asking for a drastically reduced sentence. They argue he has already served the equivalent of 14 months in pretrial detention since September 2024.

They are requesting home confinement instead of additional prison time, citing his lack of prior convictions and the nature of the charges for which he was acquitted.

Judge Subramanian has denied bail several times, citing public safety concerns and the seriousness of the charges.

Diddy’s Thing For Men’s Bodily Fluid Ruins His Push For Freedom As New York Judge Refuses To Overturn Convictions

Diddy took a major L in Manhattan federal court Tuesday after a judge shot down his attempt to get two prostitution-related convictions tossed—leaving him stuck with a sentencing date this Friday on serious Mann Act charges.

The 55-year-old Hip-Hop boss was convicted in July for flying male escorts across state lines to hook up with his exes.

That move violated the Mann Act, a century-old law meant to stop sex trafficking. Diddy’s legal squad tried to argue the whole thing was way overblown and basically about some wild “freak offs” between consenting adults.

“This is wildly out of proportion to the conduct at issue—threesomes where fully competent adult men and women voluntarily crossed state lines and had consensual sex with each other, and the defendant made no money from the conduct,” his lawyers wrote. “We are unaware of any other Mann Act prosecution based on such conduct.”

Judge Arun Subramanian wasn’t buying any of it. He clapped back with a no-nonsense ruling, saying the whole thing still fell under prostitution—even if Diddy wasn’t pocketing cash from it.

“To any modern reader, the plain meaning of prostitution is sex for sale. Every modern dictionary the Court consulted says the same thing,” the judge said. “What happened in this case was transportation for prostitution even under Combs’s understanding of the term: Combs transported the escorts (who were financially motivated) and intended for them to engage in prostitution.”

Diddy beat the bigger charges like sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, which could’ve landed him a life sentence. Still, those two Mann Act hits could cost him up to 20 years behind bars.

His defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro tried to paint him as a voyeur who liked filming his wild sex life, saying it was all covered by the First Amendment. But prosecutors weren’t going for that either. They said he paid his exes back for setting up the sex sessions, making him legally responsible.

The court testimony got graphic fast. Cassie, Jane Doe and other women told the court Diddy bankrolled the hookups and was way more than just a spectator.

Judge Subramanian broke it down in brutal detail: “Evidence at trial showed that when Combs filmed, he didn’t typically give notice ahead of time or ask for consent, as a film producer would; and that he masturbated, suggesting that the purpose was his immediate sexual gratification.”

It didn’t stop there. The judge added, “The evidence showed that Combs ‘and the escort would both … have intercourse’ with Ventura at the same time. And after Ventura or Jane finished having sex with an escort, Combs would have sex with Ventura or Jane, often while the escort’s semen was still on their body. At other times, Ventura would ‘put [the men’s] semen on [Combs], usually on his chest, on his nipples.’”

Yeah. That’s in the official court opinion.

With the judge locking in the convictions, federal prosecutors are now pushing hard for 11 years and 3 months behind bars, plus the biggest fine allowed. They say Diddy used threats and fear tactics and hasn’t shown the slightest bit of remorse.

They also told the court he’s “not accepted responsibility for his actions” and has a “pattern of abuse.”

On the flip side, Diddy’s lawyers are asking for a much lighter sentence. They claim he’s already served the equivalent of 14 months in pretrial lockup and want him to do the rest on house arrest. They also brought up his clean criminal record and the fact that he beat the more serious charges.

Judge Subramanian has denied him bail more than once, pointing to the seriousness of the case and concerns over public safety

Kendrick Lamar’s Bogotá Show Was Doomed By One Critical Issue

Stage Setup and Permits Forced Last-Minute Cancellation

Kendrick Lamar called off his Bogotá concert Saturday (September 27) just hours before showtime after safety concerns and permit issues halted the event. Despite online claims that low ticket sales led to the cancellation, sources confirmed the show was nearly sold out, with only 2% of seats unsold.

Lamar’s team cited “stage issues and permit issues” as the reason for pulling the plug, noting the venue did not approve the use of pyrotechnics. “The show tonight was close to selling out before the show began,” a source posted.

Local Officials Raised Red Flags About Venue Safety

Bogotá city councilman José Cuesta Novoa publicly criticized the venue, warning about its condition days before the concert. “We mentioned this at the Public Audience against noise,” he wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “This venue has structural and technical failures in its construction. I asked the mayor @carlosfgalan for the immediate closure of this venue.”

Local media reported that engineers flagged the aluminum stage structures during a safety inspection. The venue reportedly denied Lamar’s request to use fireworks, further complicating the production.

Technical Glitches and Long Lines Added to the Chaos

Unconfirmed reports also pointed to malfunctioning ticket scanners and long entry lines, though the main issues remained tied to the venue’s infrastructure and lack of permits. The concert was part of Lamar’s Latin America leg of the “GNX” tour, which launched in Mexico and was set to continue in Brazil.

Bogotá Left Waiting as Tour Moves On

There’s no official word yet on whether Bogotá will get a rescheduled date. Lamar continues his tour with upcoming shows in Brazil before heading to Australia later this year.

Tyrese Gibson Addresses Dog Attack That Sparked Arrest Warrant

Tyrese Gibson is pushing back against claims he’s avoiding law enforcement after his Cane Corsos allegedly killed a neighbor’s dog in Atlanta. The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for the actor and singer, who now faces an animal cruelty charge tied to the September 18 incident.

Authorities say Gibson’s four large dogs were seen on surveillance video roaming the neighborhood and scratching at a neighbor’s door shortly before attacking and killing a five-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Henry.

Repeated Complaints Before the Incident

Fulton County Police Animal Services reported they had received five complaints about Gibson’s dogs in the 10 days leading up to the fatal mauling. Officials say they had warned the entertainer multiple times about allowing his dogs to roam freely.

“It is the negligence on his part as the homeowner and animal owner, just letting them roam free,” said Captain Nicole Dwyer. “And now they have killed an innocent animal.”

Gibson initially agreed to surrender the dogs on September 22 but allegedly requested more time when officers arrived. When authorities returned with a search warrant, neither Gibson nor the animals were at the property.

Tyrese Responds From Los Angeles

Through a statement shared by Loren Lorosa on The Breakfast Club, Gibson denied he’s dodging authorities and said he’s currently in Los Angeles with his family and legal team.

“Tyrese wants everyone to know he is not on the run,” his reps said. “He says he’s in LA with his family and his attorneys are working to figure this all out. Tyrese says — if there was a demand for him to turn himself in on a certain day / time he would but he claims that’s not the case.”

Legal Team Acknowledges Responsibility

Gibson’s attorneys confirmed he wasn’t in Atlanta when the attack occurred but said he accepts full responsibility for the actions of his dogs.

“Mr. Tyrese Gibson wishes to extend his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog in this tragic incident,” the statement read. “His heart is truly broken, and he has been praying for the family constantly, hoping they may one day find it in their hearts to forgive him.”

The legal team added that Gibson took swift action once he learned of the incident.

“Mr. Gibson was out of town when the incident occurred, but he accepts full responsibility for his dogs,” the statement continued. “As soon as he learned what had happened, he immediately made the incredibly difficult decision to rehome his two adult dogs and their three puppies in safe and loving homes. The liability of keeping them was simply too great, and his heart could not bear the thought of anything like this ever happening again.”

The arrest warrant for Gibson remains active as of Monday.

Damon Dash Blames These Two People For His Financial Ruin

Damon Dash has issued a $100 million demand letter targeting attorney Christopher Brown and Claudia Jordan, accusing them of conspiring to damage his reputation and strip him of control over the film The List, formerly known as Dear Frank.

The Hip-Hop mogul alleges the pair, along with others, engaged in fraud, defamation and interference that led to his financial collapse. Dash claims their actions were part of a coordinated effort to seize ownership of the movie and push him out of the entertainment industry.

Legal Battle Centers on “The List” Film

Dash’s demand letter outlines plans to file a civil RICO lawsuit, citing perjury, false claims and online defamation. He says the fallout from their alleged actions contributed directly to his bankruptcy, which currently lists over $25 million in liabilities and less than $5,000 in assets.

The conflict stems from a long-standing legal feud between Dash and Brown, who represented filmmaker Josh Webber in a copyright lawsuit. Webber was awarded $805,000 after a jury found Dash infringed on the film’s rights by claiming ownership.

Brown also filed a defamation suit against Dash in 2020, accusing him of making damaging public statements. In that case, Dash allegedly called Brown a “lawyer that made a living helping bad people steal money.” The lawsuit was initially filed in Massachusetts before being moved to California, where it remains active.

Claudia Jordan Accused of False Testimony

Dash also named Claudia Jordan in the letter, accusing her of giving misleading testimony and making public statements that painted him in a negative light. Jordan previously alleged that Dash acted inappropriately on set, a claim he denies. Dash insists his conduct was professional and focused on helping her prepare for the role.

According to Dash, the accusations were part of a broader plan to discredit him and gain control of the film. He believes the legal attacks were designed to drain his resources and remove him from the creative process.

Dash Pushes Back Amid Bankruptcy

Despite his financial and legal troubles, Dash continues to speak out. He has accused Brown of manipulating the legal system to extort him and has repeatedly challenged the legitimacy of the lawsuits filed against him.

The $100 million demand letter marks Dash’s latest move to regain his footing in the industry and reclaim control of his work. The dispute remains ongoing, with the defamation case still active in California as of 2020.

Cassie Ventura Says Diddy Hasn’t Changed At All In Chilling Letter To Judge

Cassie Called Diddy “Cruel” And Warned Of Retaliation Ahead Of Sentencing

Cassie Warned Judge of Diddy’s Alleged Threats

Cassie told a New York federal judge she fears Sean “Diddy” Combs will retaliate against her and others who testified if he avoids prison. In a victim impact statement submitted Monday, the R&B; singer said she remains afraid of what Combs might do following his conviction on federal prostitution-related charges.

“I am so scared that if he walks free, his first actions will be swift retribution towards me and others who spoke up about his abuse at trial,” she wrote in the letter to U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian. “As much progress as I have made in recovering from his abuse, I remain very much afraid of what he is capable of and the malice he undoubtedly harbors towards me for having the bravery to tell the truth.”

Diddy Convicted of Federal Charges

Combs, 54, was found guilty in July of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. He was cleared of more severe charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. His sentencing is scheduled for Friday in Manhattan federal court.

Cassie testified during the trial, describing an 11-year relationship she said was marked by abuse and control. She asked the judge to consider her experience when determining Combs’ punishment.

“I urge you to sentence Mr. Combs in a way that reflects the reality of the evidence and my lived experience as a victim,” she wrote.

Cassie Relocated Over Safety Concerns

In her letter, Cassie revealed she and her family moved out of New York due to safety concerns stemming from her testimony.

“We moved because I am worried that he or his associates will come after [us],” she wrote.

Cassie and Combs were in an on-again, off-again relationship from 2007 to 2018. She is now married to actor and trainer Alex Fine. The couple has three children, and she was eight months pregnant with their son when she testified.

Cassie Rejected Claims That Combs Has Changed

Responding to the defense’s argument that Combs has changed, Cassie pushed back hard.

“He will always be the same cruel, power-hungry, manipulative man that he is,” she wrote. “My experience was real, horrific and deserves to be considered.”

She called Combs “the manipulator, the aggressor, the abuser, the trafficker” and said he has “no interest in changing or becoming better.”

Combs’ sentencing is set for Friday in New York federal court.

Nicki Minaj & Cardi B’s Feud Explodes: Kids, Lawsuit Threats & Personal Attacks Fly Online

Nicki Minaj and Cardi B turned Twitter into a battlefield late Tuesday night (September 30) as their long-running feud reached a disturbing new level, dragging their children into the chaos.

The online clash reignited earlier in the day after Minaj questioned the legitimacy of Cardi’s album success.

What started as a jab quickly spiraled into a scorched-earth exchange that lasted into the early hours of Wednesday (October 1).

Minaj took aim at Cardi’s past comments about infertility, calling them offensive and threatening to sue.

Cardi fired back, “Girl it’s YOUR SON BIRTHDAY why are you on twitter dedicating essays to me??? For the love of god go to chuckie cheese.”

Minaj then referenced the notorious 2018 New York Fashion Week incident, claiming Cardi B suffers “seizures from the knot.”

She also accused Cardi’s upcoming project of being cursed, saying it “has been dipped in evil spirits & their sole purpose is to unleash the spirit of drama in your lives.”

Things got uglier when Minaj referenced Cardi’s daughter, tweeting “Barney B & kulture vulture” and “Kulture vulture you ugly too.”

Minaj followed up with a direct challenge: “Do something. We in NEW YORK. HEAVY ON IT.”

Cardi B Fires Back At Nicki Minaj With Shocking Allegations

Cardi denied having seizures and accused Minaj of drug use. “You haven’t even cut your f##### kid cake.. my god it’s 6 o clock in LA. You must’ve took your first line of the day,” she wrote.

The Bronx rapper then warned Minaj to back off her children. “Let this be the LAST TIME you mention my kids before I spill the tea on yours while you talkin about ABC’s!! You gon leave me TF alone today ho I’m sick of you b####!!”

Cardi escalated the personal attacks, writing, “Your daddy was a crackhead and your brother was raping his stepchild. You got medical records on me??? Post them b####!!!”

She also hit back at Minaj’s insult toward her daughter by dragging Minaj’s son into the fray. “Your hate is so deep dark and nasty because your son nonverbal cuz you f##### him up wit them drugs so you jealous of everybody kids and their happiness!!! B#### WHERE TF YOU AT STOP TALKING.”

Minaj responded with: “Cokey B PLS DONT SNIFF COKE WITH BABY #4/5. Word to Carlos.”

The insults didn’t stop there. Cardi challenged Minaj to a real-life confrontation. “DROP THE ADDY RIGHT NOW!!!! And don’t go tagging the feds and the police like you did 3 months ago.”

Minaj claimed Cardi’s team had previously begged her to collaborate. “Had the whole label fly out to CALI to BEG ME TO DO A JOINT TOUR & ALBUM WITH HER. I don’t wanna have to drop that RECORDED call. That’s why all the sabotage on my tour.”

‘Help me’: Man’s wife taps on the glass while he’s parked late-night at a Shell station. Then he calls his wife to confirm that she’s at home

A content creator on TikTok recently exposed a creepy clip that’s gone viral on the internet. The original creator said it was the “scariest moment of his life,” according to @Dg_horror, who posted to his platform in a video with 2.5 million views.

In the video, @Dg_horror recounts a man’s experience driving home late. The man stopped off at a gas station to fill up and grab some breakfast items. A woman walked “right up” to the man’s car, looking nearly identical to his wife. The only thing was that his wife was at home at the time and had no reason to be at the gas station that late at night.

The woman started tapping on his window, asking him if he could unlock his door.

“For a second, he thought he might be losing it,” @Dg_horror said. That’s when he pulled out his phone to document the occurrence. He started his car and left the gas station, driving home at that point. When he got there, he showed the video to his wife, who was “stunned.” She had been home the entire time.

Was this a supernatural occurrence?

Commenters immediately focused their attention on the story, saying that it’s a possible supernatural occurrence. Some commenters referenced religious entities, while others said the incident had to have been an unknown supernatural force.

Mimics are often seen in fictional worlds, but some paranormal phenomena enthusiasts believe that they’re real, visible beings that “replace the voices of loved ones to lure victims.” They’re not inherently demonic, but they can sometimes be malevolent.

“The entities typically target isolated individuals and exploit emotional vulnerabilities through their voice mimicry abilities,” the blog reads.

Or is the explanation more sinister?

Other people thought that the incident read as something demonic. There’s a chance that the occurrence matches what is described in Christian dogma, a “familiar spirit.” As Sister Hub blog says:

“Demons have been around for a long time. They observe families and individuals over many years, which allows them to learn details about people’s lives. By using this knowledge, demons can impersonate deceased family members with alarming accuracy.”

While the blog describes these incidents of mimicry with deceased family members, it’s one supernatural explanation for what @Dg_horror described. Demons are “tempters, mischief-makers, and agents of chaos” that lead individuals to “moral downfall.” A woman who eerily looks like a familiar face or a spouse can be a lure.

@Dg_horror did not mention the original content creator, so it’s difficult to verify the validity of his claims. We’ve reached out to him via TikTok direct message to learn more about the original content creator and context of the first video.

EXCLUSIVE: Lawyer Wants Damon Dash Assets Despite Bankruptcy, Cites Interviews & Instagram Comments

Damon Dash is once again at the center of a legal storm as attorney Christopher Brown pushes a federal judge to greenlight the auction of Dash’s company assets despite his recent bankruptcy filing in Florida.

Brown, representing filmmaker Josh Webber, is urging the court to move forward with the sale of Dash’s entertainment holdings, including Poppington LLC, arguing that Dash’s bankruptcy petition doesn’t shield him from debts tied to defamation and other intentional wrongdoing. Brown claims Dash continues to flaunt wealth publicly while avoiding financial accountability.

The dispute stems from a years-long legal feud over the film Dear Frank, which Webber produced and Damon Dash was initially hired to direct. Webber and his company, Muddy Waters Pictures, removed Dash from the project, alleging he was high on set and unprofessional. Dash later rebranded the film as The List and pitched it to networks, prompting a lawsuit for copyright infringement and defamation.

A jury sided with Webber and awarded over $800,000 in damages. Brown then sought to seize Dash’s business interests, including Poppington LLC, and place them under the control of the U.S. Marshal for public sale.

The conflict escalated in March 2024 when Dash appeared on the Earn Your Leisure podcast and accused Webber of stealing the film. According to legal filings, Dash’s remarks cost Webber a $4 million film deal. Webber filed a defamation suit and won a $4 million default judgment after Dash missed court deadlines and failed to attend mediation.

Facing mounting judgments, unpaid taxes and child support, Damon Dash filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Florida earlier this month. In court documents, he claimed to have less than $5,000 in assets, including a $500 phone, $2,500 in jewelry, and $100 in cash. However, Brown argues that Dash failed to disclose key assets, including his life rights and intellectual property, which could be sold to repay creditors.

Brown also pointed to Dash’s public statements, including a September 2025 interview on The Breakfast Club, where Dash claimed he had $5 million in the bank, a record deal with Sony Music for his “Black Guns” group, and a new book deal. Brown argues these statements contradict Dash’s bankruptcy claims and show he still controls valuable assets through Poppington LLC.

“The bankruptcy filing only covers his personal property,” Brown stated in court documents. “It does not impact the assets of Poppington LLC, which remain subject to auction.”

Brown also noted that Dash has not filed any adversarial motion to stop the auction and that delays have been caused by Dash’s own legal tactics.

Federal Judge Robert Lehrburger is now weighing whether to allow the asset sale to proceed. If approved, Poppington LLC’s catalog—including films like Honor Up and Too Honorable—could soon be sold off to satisfy Dash’s debts.

Dash’s bankruptcy filing lists more than $25 million in liabilities, including over $8.7 million owed to the IRS and New York State, nearly $650,000 in unpaid child and spousal support, and more than $5.5 million in unsecured claims from lawsuits and legal fees.

In 2024, Dash’s one-third stake in Roc-A-Fella Records was auctioned for roughly $1 million to cover back taxes and support payments. The bankruptcy filing aims to wipe out unsecured debt and stop ongoing collections, but creditors argue Dash is hiding assets that could be liquidated.

The court has already ordered the sale of Dash’s film studio and streaming platform. A decision on whether the auction of Poppington LLC’s assets can proceed is expected soon.

A$AP Rocky Sells Raided Los Angeles Home For Big Cash

A$AP Rocky quietly parted ways with his Los Angeles mansion for $3.95 million in an off-market sale that wrapped in April, just weeks before Rihanna revealed her pregnancy at the 2025 Met Gala and months ahead of their daughter Rocki’s September 13 birth.

The 4,300-square-foot property, nestled between Beverly Grove and West Hollywood, had been under scrutiny since April 2022, when LAPD officers raided the home using battering rams.

The search was tied to a 2021 shooting investigation. Authorities seized multiple boxes and firearms, but none matched the weapon involved in the alleged incident. Rocky was acquitted of all related charges in February 2025.

The timing of the sale appears deliberate. Rocky, 36, finalized the deal just days before Rihanna’s high-profile Met Gala appearance in New York, where she debuted her baby bump.

The couple, who also share sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, have since welcomed their third child.

Initially purchased in 2015 for $3.05 million, the modern-style residence featured a sleek Italian kitchen, designer appliances, multiple balconies and a backyard designed for entertaining—complete with a zero-edge pool and spa.

Though the home was once a staple in Rocky’s portfolio, he had not lived there for some time. The decision to sell may signal a clean break from the legal ordeal that once surrounded the property.

The sale is just one move in the couple’s broader real estate shuffle. Their primary residence remains a $13.8 million colonial-style estate in Beverly Hills, which they bought in 2020.

The 7,700-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private gym and a cocktail bar—ideal for a growing family.

Rihanna’s holdings stretch far beyond California. The billionaire mogul owns a $21.8 million beachfront condo in Barbados and has previously held properties in New York and London.

The couple’s Beverly Hills home continues to serve as their family hub, offering privacy and space for their three children. Rocky’s real estate pivot appears aligned with his focus on family life and music, marking a new chapter following his legal challenges.
