For years, Donald Trump has been accompanied by his very own blonde shadow: Natalie Harp.
Officially, she is a personal aide to Trump, responsible for printing news for him and for some of his most egregious and controversial “Truth Social” posts.
Some believe that she is helping him make decisions. Some believe that she changes his diapers. And some accuse her of being Trump’s mistress.
Senator Jon Ossoff is now name-dropping Harp as part of a scathing rebuke of the Trump regime’s failures.
Senator Jon Ossoff was the first in Congress, but not the last, to bring her up
On Sunday, August 16, Senator Ossoff held a political rally. He is up for reelection in Georgia during the 2026 midterms, and is also considered a contender for the 2028 Democratic primary.
Senator Ossoff accurately described Trump’s interests, such as golfing and various dubious investments, in contrast with the needs of Americans.
“He doesn’t want to do the job,” Ossoff reasoned. “He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie on their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the emir of Qatar.”
That was, of course, a reference to Trump’s 9-figure gifted jet from a foreign country notorious for its use of slave labor. Unfortunately, given the scale of Trump’s corruption, it is a scandal too easily forgotten by many.
Ossoff was also referring to how Trump had secretly traveled out of Air Force One and into another plane using a catering truck, seemingly abandoning those still on the other plane to die if Iran’s alleged assassination plot worked.
She’s clearly a priority
When Trump pulled a switcheroo and abandoned numerous White House aids, cabinet member, and journalists to protect his own hide from an alleged threat, he did not go alone.
(We call it an “alleged threat” because the warning about Iran came from Israeli intelligence, and a country with a vested interest in continuing to easily hoodwink Trump into waging this pointless and expensive war is not exactly a reliable source of information.)
On the plane, Trump abandoned Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and numerous others to whatever might happen.
With him, traveling on a military plane, Trump was accompanied by a couple of aids, by Pete Hegseth, and also by Harp.
There are some who believe that Karoline Leavitt’s abrupt departure from the White House came as a result of being essentially used as bait aboard Air Force One. Even if there was no actual danger, Trump believed that there was. But, fundamentally, he is not someone capable of caring about others.

Who is Natalie Harp?
Harp was a devoted Trump fan even during his first time holding power, and spent the years in the eye of the storm working for extreme right-wing OANN.
With Trump’s return to the Oval Office, she returned to his side with a devotional fervor that sets her apart even among a wider cabal of toadies and sycophants.
In 2024, The New York Times reported that Harp had written letters to Trump that labeled him things like her “Guardian and Protector in this Life.”
“You are all that matters to me,” she expressed to him in one such letter.
Harp also professed: “I want to bring you joy.”
Not everyone believes that she’s a ‘mistress’
Senator Ossoff did not actually accuse Trump of having an extramarital affair with Harp.
(There are also, very reasonably, questions about whether he physically could engage in sex. Even before he turned 80, Trump’s hands appeared to either have severe bruising or some sort of necromancer’s curse, and the swelling in his ankles, his constant disorientation, and his frequent on-camera naps all point to a man whose health is in decline.)
Rather, Ossoff was simply accurately describing Trump’s priorities. He is obsessed with building the world’s ugliest ballroom and with punishing his enemies, all to the detriment of the American people.
And, whatever his reason, he does seem to be weirdly attached to Harp. And she seems to share a mutual fascination.
Steven Cheung, White House communications director under the Trump regime, has been engaging in name-calling against Senator Ossoff online. It would seem that he struck a nerve.

Over the weekend, millions were shocked by the death of Hayden Panettiere.
And now, we have new information about the beloved actress’ final days.
In a surprising turn of events, Hayden reportedly rekindled her romance with Brian Hickerson several months ago, but the couple made a conscious decision to keep their relationship out of the public eye.
According to TMZ, Panettiere and Hickerson were quietly spending time together again despite years of turmoil in their relationship. The pair apparently wanted to avoid drawing attention to their reunion because of Hickerson’s troubled history with the actress.
Sources told TMZ that keeping the relationship private was largely about protecting Panettiere’s career.
The former couple had previously been romantically involved beginning in 2018.
Their relationship became highly controversial after Hickerson was accused of physically abusing Panettiere on multiple occasions.
He ultimately pleaded no contest to two felony counts involving injury to a spouse, cohabitant or girlfriend, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail in 2021.
Panettiere later spoke publicly about the abuse and said she hoped her experience would encourage others in abusive relationships to seek help.
The actress and Hickerson officially split in 2022, but they eventually reconnected and described themselves publicly as friends.
Panettiere had previously defended Hickerson’s efforts to change, saying she believed he had “done his time” and was willing to get help.
By 2026, however, reports indicated that the relationship had become romantic again.
The reunion reportedly remained largely hidden from Panettiere’s inner circle as well. Page Six reported that some of the actress’ friends were unaware that she had reconnected with Hickerson before her death.
Panettiere was reportedly inside a South Carolina apartment belonging to Hickerson when she died. Her death remains under investigation, and authorities have not publicly established a cause.
The actress was best known for her roles on Heroes, Nashville, and the Scream franchise. She is survived by her daughter, Kaya.
Her final months were marked by renewed professional ambitions. Just four months before her death, Panettiere published a memoit and spoke about plans to launch a production company.
Now, the revelation that she and Hickerson had quietly rekindled their relationship adds another complicated chapter to the tragic final months of Panettiere’s life.

Ali Simms, daughter of Teen Mom star Leah Messer, is getting a service dog!
But she didn’t get here alone.
Earlier this year, Ali launched a fundraiser to help her get the $20,000 for a service dog before college.
She had a lot of donors. But, oddly enough, Leah does not appear to be among them.
‘I’m beyond grateful’
About half a year ago, 16-year-old Ali Simms began raising money to get a service dog from the company, 4 Paws for Ability.
In 2014, Ali was diagnosed with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy. She has used a wheelchair as a mobility aid.
As she explained in January, she hopes that a service dog will e a help when she begins college.
(Yes, in case you weren’t feeling old enough already, the children of Teen Mom stars are old enough to apply for colleges.)
The hitch was that Ali would need to raise $20,000. Now, Ali has told her Instagram followers that she has met her goal.
“This means the whole wide world to me, truly I’m at a loss of words,” Ali expressed.
“I’m beyond grateful and am in total shock,” she continued. “I want to say my biggest thank you to you all.”
Ali acknowledged: “Of course I knew there would be some controversy when sharing my journey about my Service Dog.”
She continued: “But there was also a lot of kindness, encouragement, and help without all of you this wouldn’t be possible.”
Ali assured: “This is something I’ve worked very hard on making work out. Even when it was most difficult I never gave up on my one goal.”
When a commenter tried to shade Leah, Ali was quick to defend her mom
“There were many who helped me get here,” Ali wrote. “My mom was 1000% [a part] of the reason i got this dog.”
She explained: “The donation was from an extremely kind human whom didn’t want their name posted.”
Given that Ali is referring to a $10,000 donation, that is significant.
“This took a lot from EVERYONE,” Ali wrote. “Me, BOTH my parents, and my family. We worked hard and all together to put my fundraising together. We did many local fundraisers it was just more difficult to do public ones.”
Ali affirmed: “My entire community helped as well by supporting all my fundraisers. During this process we were al working TOGETHER it took ALL of us. and i’m beyond grateful for all the help and support I’ve gotten through this whole journey.”
It’s a shame that Ali needed to fundraise for a service dog at all. But it’s amazing that she accomplished it!
We should also note that, at least publicly, she’s been very positive about the fundraising as a learning opportunity.
And, to hear her tell it, Leah Messer is still helping … even if we don’t know how or by how much.
Heading off to college in a couple of years will be daunting. But by then, Ali will have an experienced service dog with her.
