We have disturbing new details regarding the 2022 murder of four Idaho college students.

As we previously reported, Bryan Kohberger confessed to the murders and will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

But because his plea deal eliminated the need for a trial, many details of this tragedy — including Kohberger’s motives — remain unknown.

Details continue to trickle in as police release new findings, and the latest has to do with Kohberger’s behavior after the murders.

Newly released documents indicate that Kohberger may have two of the victims — Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen, both 21 — after stabbing them to death in the bed they shared.

(Goncalves had moved out of the house but was visiting for the weekend.)

“The evidence suggests that after both victims were killed or unresponsive they were posed in their shared bed,” crime scene expert Dr. Brent Turvey wrote in newly unsealed documents obtained by People.

“Kaylee was moved from a position with her head on her pillow to partially atop of Madison. Then the comforter was placed over them both.”

Turvey’s findings stem largely from blood stains that indicate that the victims had relocated after their deaths.

He also found that neither Goncalves nor Mogen was “upright or moving” when they died, indicating that they may have been killed in their sleep.

Police noted that Turvey’s theory about the relocated bodies was “a possibility, but not a determination.”

Indeed, his is just one of many theories regarding how the night might have unfolded.

Former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer has emerged as one of the foremost experts on the case, and she now believes Kohberger entered the house that night with the intention of raping Maddie Mogen.

According to Coffindaffer, Kaylee in some way prevented the sexual assault from taking place, which may have been why Kohberger’s treatment of her was especially brutal.

“Kaylee ruined his plans on how the night would go, that’s why her face was completely disfigured,” Coffindaffer explained.

In a previous interview, Coffindaffer described Kohberger as an “incel” whose violent tendencies were a product of his sexual frustrations.

“I’m convinced that he was what I term as an ‘incel’ — an individual who is involuntarily celibate because they cannot attract the persons that they hope to attract,” she told the Mirror.

“Inside of them is a certain maniacal anger.”

The fact is, we might never know what motivated Kohberger to take four innocent lives that night.

But hopefully the victims’ families can find some comfort in the fact that he’ll never be able to commit such a horrific act again.

Sex education can come at many times in life, and from many sources.

For The L Word and Sex/Life actress Sarah Shahi, knowledge about her own body and about sex came later than average.

And for some of her fans, education will come in the form of the NSFW chapters of her book.

From one’s own pleasure to navigating a partner’s dong, it’s all in there. And writing it was healing for her.

Why write such a ‘spicy’ book in such a sex-negative time?

In her new book, Shahi is being more than blunt about sexual education.

She didn’t always intend to delve into this tragically polarizing topic.

Speaking to US Weekly about Life is Lifey, she revealed that starring in Sex/Life is what prompted her to take an interest in the topic.

Why? Because viewers did. Fans reached out to her.

Many of these fans were women — women who’d never experienced an orgasm in their lives.

“Personally, I was never promiscuous,” Shahi admitted.

(There is no shame in that! Zero partners, ten thousand partners, or anywhere in between, and you’re good so long as you’re doing whatever you like. Beyond 10k and you get to live forever in the fae realm, we think)

“I didn’t learn about anatomy until later on in my life,” she revealed.

“And men,” Shahi added. It sounds like she didn’t have a firm, adult grasp of her own body — let alone others — until a later-than-average time.

She continued: “And that was something that did feel very intimidating to me.”

‘Pleasure is a birthright’ (louder for the people in the back!)

“After Sex/ Life, it just kind of came back full circle to me,” Shahi characterized.

“This is human nature,” she emphasized.

Adding a line that we would proclaim from the rooftops, she expressed: “And pleasure is a birthright.”

And when it comes to heterosexual intercourse, she had a big takeaway for the role of women.

“We’re not here to simply service,” Shahi affirmed, “but we’re here to be serviced as well.” (Did you hear that, DJ Khaled?)

“There were so many aspects of women when it came to their physicality and their body and their desire that they had ignored for so long,” Shahi lamented.

Her sex tips went both ways — on how to experience pleasure as a cis woman but also how to please a partner.

“The chapters where I talk about orgasms and blowjobs was something I questioned,” she admitted.

Shah shared that she was hesitant at first “because I thought it would be looked upon poorly.”

However, she added: “But the minute I’m afraid to do something, that’s a signal to go ahead.”

She wrote this book ‘to heal’ herself

“I really hope that people have the courage to live their lives as truthfully as they can,” Shahi expressed. “That’s literally what I want.”

She reiterated: “I really want people to have the guts to live authentically and to not worry about what people think.”

Shahi got personal, sharing: “I wrote this book to heal myself. I never expected it to make the splash that it’s making.”

She continued: “But my point in writing it is, there was so much lightness that came from me finally doing me that I would love for other people to experience that same kind of feeling.”

It is wonderful that she had this experience of learning and growing into her sexuality. Better late than never!

Jon Gosselin is lucky to be alive.

The former reality star and DJ said this week that — just before his November 2025 wedding to Stephanie Lebo — he received a diagnosis of bilateral pulmonary embolisms… which is when a blood clot breaks loose and travels to the lung.

In John’s case, he had one on each side of his body. Yikes.

The father of eight made the confession to the Daily Mail while DJ’ing at a Sundance Film Festival over this past weekend.

The frightening ordeal started when Gosselin began feeling a “grueling pain” in his leg that then spread to his upper shoulder about 24 hours later.

After he coughed up “what looked like silly putty” in the midst of a “coughing fit” the following night, Jon knew something was wrong.

“Stephanie was scared to death,” Gosselin told the aforementioned outlet, adding that his 21-year-old kids Hannah and Collin “freaked out” over the news.

Gosselin went to the hospital and underwent an MRI and it was then that doctors discovered he had two bilateral pulmonary embolisms.

(A pulmonary embolism “occurs when a blood clot gets stuck in an artery in the lung, blocking blood flow to part of the lung,” according to the Mayo Clinic. A bilateral pulmonary embolism occurs when a blood clot blocks arteries in both lungs simultaneously.)

Thankfully, this particular condition was able to be managed through medications, including heart meds, blood pressure meds, aspirin and Eliquis.

“I definitely could have died,” Gosselin said to The Daily Mail. “If I had just stayed home that night, I could have had a real pulmonary embolism and just died.”

Following his brush with death, Gosselin made a full recovery and was able to exchange vow with Lebo at The Barn at Silverstone in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The two kids Jon lives with and actually speaks with, Hannah and Collin, were in attendance … along with Lebo’s daughter, Juliana.

“Before I met you, I never knew what it was like to be able to look at someone and smile for no reason,” Jon told Lebo in his vows, per Entertainment Tonight.

“I feel like the luckiest man in the world, because I get to grow old with my best friend and the love of my life.

How does a family react when both murderer and victim are siblings?

Jack Joseph Ball killed his pregnant sister, even dismembering her body.

His motive was unhinged. Their own mother discovered the horrific scene of the crime.

He has now pleaded guilty. What’s next?

24-year-old Jack Joseph Ball has pleaded guilty to the murder of his pregnant older sister.

The Dakota County Attorney’s Office announced his guilty plea to the premeditated first-degree murder of his sister and to the premeditated first-degree murder of an unborn child.

These pleas came on January 21 — over a full year after the grand jury indictment came down on January 9, 2025.

Initially, the charges also included two counts of intentional second-degree murder.

Reportedly, prosecutors agreed to drop the lesser charges and recommend a life sentence as part of Ball’s plea deal.

On May 23, 2024, Bethany Ann Israel went to visit her younger brother’s home for dinner.

She was 30 years old. And she was also between 17-18 weeks pregnant.

Several hours later, family members had not heard from her and grew concerned.

The mother of both Israel and Ball drove to his house to check on them. Ball apparently fled his own home upon his mother’s arrival.

Inside, their mother discovered a grisly scene.

Their mother discovered a large amount of blood. She immediately dialed 911.

When first responders arrived at the scene, the investigation began.

Police uncovered both bloody knives and dismembered body parts.

Soon, another 911 call came in, this time from a neighbor.

The witness described seeing a man place a body part on his front steps.

When authorities located Ball, he was in the backyard of a nearby property. He had sliced his own neck to some degree.

The investigation discovered a journal in which Ball had written about his desire to kill his sister.

The alleged motive was because his 30-year-old sister was pregnant and therefore “no longer innocent.”

That may sound like someone who has fallen down some sort of fascist radicalization pipeline.

However, it also sounds like the mad ravings of someone who has lost touch with reality on multiple levels. (These are not mutually exclusive)

Life in prison seems likely, given the guilty plea

Indeed, the county attorney’s office confirms that Ball has asserted a mental illness defense.

If successful, it would mean that the court determines that he was, at that time, unable to form meaningful intent to commit a crime. (Placing a random body part on a neighbor’s porch could work for the defense, in that regard)

While most of the mentally ill are not dangerous and are more likely to be victims, there are rare but serious instances of mental illness leading to tragic violence.

Despite the plea and the prosecutor’s agreement, he has not yet been sentenced. He is facing a possible life sentence.

It sounds like he’ll be in court again on May 21. Perhaps the family will be able to find closure after that.

We learned this week that actor, comic, and pro-MAGA firebrand Rob Schneider is headed for divorce after 15 years of marriage.

Now we have new details about the split. And it sounds like the decision to end things was not made by Rob.

According to a report from People magazine, Patricia filed for divorce in Arizona in December.

Her reason for doing so?

Well, it’s a little vague, but in her filing, Patricia stated that the marriage is “irretrievably broken and there is no possibility of reconciliation.”

She and Rob have two daughters together, ages 9 and 13.

We don’t know exactly why the marriage reached the “irretrievably broken,” but it seems to have happened rather quickly.

“I look forward to spending the rest of my life laughing and loving you and raising our niñas!” he wrote on Instagram on the occasion of their anniversary in 2023.

It’s worth noting that Rob has a long history of alienating the women in his life.

This will be his third divorce, and his tempestuous relationship with his daughter, singer Elle King, has made headlines.

In one interview, King revealed that she had cut off contact with Schneider due to his “toxic” behavior.

The Saturday Night Live alum, who has also starred in films like Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo and The Waterboy, rebranded as a social media political pundit in recent years.

And the shift from wacky comic to furious MAGA cheerleader seems to have cost him quite a few fans.

Patricia was obviously okay with some of Rob’s content, as she stuck with him through numerous controversies.

But when they first got together, MAGA was not yet a thing, and no one knew anything about Rob’s political views.

Again, we don’t know if Patricia felt alienated by Rob’s turn toward the far-right, but his views have come to overshadow every other aspect of his career in recent years, so it’s a safe bet that many are jumping to that conclusion.

Ray J has once again opened up about his severe health problems.

After telling followers that he was recently hospitalized for pneumonia, the ex-boyfriend and sex tape partner of Kim Kardashian elaborated on Wednesday via social media… actually saying that he doesn’t believe he’ll still be alive a year or so from now.

“2027 is definitely a wrap for me,” Ray J said during a January 27 Instagram livestream before gesturing to his heart. “This is black. This is, like, done.”

From there, the rapper went on to reflect on how his condition got so bad that he “almost died” during his hospitalization.

“I f–ked up,” Ray J recounted. “I think I thought I had more weight. I thought I was big so I could handle all the alcohol, I could handle all the Adderall, I ccould handle all the drugs — but I couldn’t. It curved my time here.”

The 45-year-old even went on to that, prior to his health scare, he was drinking “like four or five bottles a day” and taking “10 Addys.”

That’s CRAZY!

“I’m like, ‘Ain’t nothing happening to me,’” he continued. “I’m undestructible.”

Earlier this week, Ray J admitted that his heart is “only beating 25 percent,” although he expressed optimism that he would ultimately recover.

“As long as I stay focused and stay on the right path, everything will be all right,” he said in a January 25 Instagram video. “My health is not okay, so I thank everybody for supporting and praying for me through everything I’ve been in the hospital.”

Most notably, the artist made an effort to single out Brandy, his older and famous sibling; along with Love Cabin castmate Shila Hasanoff, who the star said was “sitting in the f–king hospital, just watching me be sick.”

“There’s a few people that’s helped me kind of survive this,” he emphasized. “I love you, Sheila.”

Sadly for Ray J, who has quite the history with Kardashian and her family members, this is not the first time he’s been very sick.

Back in 2021, the singer/rapper also sought treatment for the lung infection during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I thought it was over,” Ray J told celebrity gossip outlet TMZ at the time, stating how shared a hospital wing with COVID-19 patients despite testing negative for the respiratory virus.

“I started praying and knew God is good, so I just kept praying.”

Amid his latest medical emergency, the For the Love of Ray J lead was also dealing with his divorce from Princess Love, with whom he shares daughter Melody, 7, and son Epik, 5.

“After much reflection, discussion, and counseling, we have come to the difficult realization that our paths have diverged, and it is in the best interest of both of us to part ways,” Princess told People Magazine 2024.

“We want to reassure you that this decision was made thoughtfully and with mutual respect and consideration for each other’s well-being.

“While our relationship as spouses may be coming to an end, we remain committed to co-parenting our children and maintaining a positive and supportive family dynamic.”

The long-touted Melania Trump documentary hits theaters this week.

And the drama surrounding the film’s release might be more compelling than anything that happens on screen.

As we previously reported, Melania is receiving horrendous reviews, and ticket presales are some of the lowest ever seen for a film that’s screening in this many theaters.

And just when it looked like the situation couldn’t get any worse, crew members began publicly bad-mouthing the film and asking to have their names removed from the credits.

It’s a highly unusual move, as a credit on a high-profile project like this one is the sort of thing that careers are built on.

But despite the hard work they put in — and it sounds like this was not an easy film to work on — crew members are either so unhappy with the finished product or so wary of the tainted Trump brand that they would prefer not to be associated with it.

“People were worked really hard. Really long hours, highly disorganized, very chaotic,” one person who worked on the set told Rolling Stone.

“It wasn’t easy money,” another added.

“It was very difficult because of the chaos that was around everything.… Usually [for a documentary] it’s like, ‘Oh, follow the subject.’ Well, it’s Melania Trump. With the first lady and Secret Service, you can’t just do things you usually do,” the second source explained, adding:

“I’m much more alarmed now than I was a year ago.”

Others said their beef had less to do with the subject of the film than with its director, Brett Ratner.

Before being tapped for Melania, Ratner had not helmed a film since 2017, when several women publicly accused him of sexual harassment.

“I feel a little bit uncomfortable with the propaganda element of this. But Brett Ratner was the worst part of working on this project,” said one insider.

“There was more talk about Brett being slimy than there was about Melania.”

“She was totally nice,” another added. “She was the opposite of Brett Ratner.”

Since seemingly no one wants to see this movie, and no one even wanted to work on it, there are questions about why it was made in the first place.

The answer might lie in the film’s financing. Amazon Studios shelled out a reported $75 million to produce Melania, and $28 million of that was a “licensing fee” that went straight to the Trumps.

In other words, this might all be an elaborate way for Jeff Bezos to grease the president’s palm.

Bezos almost certainly won’t be making his money back at the box office, but he may recoup his losses in the form of favors from the White House.
