Prior to Hayden Panettiere’s death on August 16, the actress’ life was marred by personal tragedy and complicated relationships.

In the years following the death of her brother, Jansen Panettiere, Hayden became estranged from her mother, Lindsey Vogel.

Now, Vogel is sharing her thoughts on her daughter’s death, and she believes that Hayden’s boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, may have been “culpable.”

Vogel spoke with the Daily Mail over the weekend in her first in-depth interview since the tragic events of last week.

“I think there will be a discrepancy in the timeline,” she told the outlet.

She went on to question Hickerson’s claim that he administered Narcan immediately after realizing that Hayden had gone into cardiac arrest.

“Brian had to go out and buy the Narcan while he left her there because I do not believe he happened to have two bottles of Narcan on him, like he carried them around in his back pocket,” Lesley claimed.

Hickerson says he was napping when Panettiere suffered her medical emergency, which has been described as a “possible overdose.”

Lesley also has doubts about that part of the story.

“I don’t know how you can take a nap near someone who’s dying and not realize something’s wrong,” Lesley said. “How do you do that?”

“When the EMTs came, it was for a cardiac arrest. People in cardiac arrest aren’t just lying still. They make noise,” she continued, adding:

“I think Brian called his brother. My opinion. I think he knew she was deceased. Called his brother, and tried and built this story.”

Hickerson was arrested on domestic violence charges twice during his relationship with Panettiere. He pleaded no contest to a felony charge in 2021.

The couple was believed to have separated shortly thereafter, but we now know that they reconciled toward the end of Hayden’s life.

“When Brian came into her life, the changes started to occur,” Lesley told the Daily Mail. “Very early in the game, I thought he’s a modern-day gigolo. I know what he’s after.”

She went on to say that as she grieves the loss of her daughter, she must remember to stay strong and fight for her.

“There is infinite sadness,” Lesley said, adding:

“But this is not the time for me to be weak. I don’t have the luxury right now of being weak. I have too much to do for Hayden. When I’m done with that, then I will give myself the luxury to mourn – deeply mourn.”

“I’m not saying I’m not grieving now. I am, and I do have my moments. But the bigger picture right now is I have to stay strong. I don’t have an option.”

Former child actor Raquel Lee Bolleau is suing Disney.

The lawsuit accuses the company of negligence.

Raquel says that she was plied with alcohol and repeatedly raped at 14.

She is seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages.

TMZ obtained a copy of Raquel’s lawsuit, in which she lays out her claims against Disney.

She says that Disney staffers instructed her to “bond” with an unnamed employee when she went to film The Poof Point, a Disney Channel original, in 2001.

The lawsuit says that the man gave her alcohol in his Utah hotel room.

He allegedly insisted that she later return alone. By this point, she was heavily intoxicated.

This, Raquel says, is when the man raped her for the first time.

In a new court filing, the former child actress Raquel Lee alleges she was repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted by a Disney worker during production of The Poof Point, a 2001 Disney Channel original movie. The suit, which doesn’t name the perpetrator, accuses the studio of negligence.

According to Raquel, the sexual abuse against her continued during production of The Poof Point.

She says that members of the production crew saw her showing up sick and vomiting.

Naturally, Raquel also smelled like alcohol.

Despite her being only 14 years old at the time, no one stepped in.

Even on the flight back to California, Raquel says, the man sexually assaulted her again.

She’s suing for negligence and seeking unspecified damages

According to Raquel, the effects of the sexual abuse and being plied with alcohol at such a young age were immediately apparent.

This all impacted both her behavior and her performance in the Disney Channel original film.

Additionally, Raquel’s lawsuit alleges that higher-ups at Disney blamed her for being “out of control” instead of looking into why that might be.

Raquel says that the trauma cut short her acting career — and inflicted decades of emotional and psychological harm.

She’s suing Disney for negligence, seeking unspecified damages while saying that the company failed to properly screen its hires and supervise its employees — and she’s paying the price.

The Poof Point was one of a series of child-friendly family films featuring everyday life with one single science fiction element that drove the plot.

(There were, memorably, a bunch of “smart house” style films at the time.)

The premise of this film was mental age-regression caused by time machine that a dog accidentally sabotaged.

Not necessarily in the absolute cinema category, but part of what helped make Disney a family entertainment powerhouse beyond the big branded films. It was a precursor to the Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place era.

We are heartbroken to read this description of Raquel’s experiences. Though there should probably not be such a thing as “child stars,” any child actors should (and must) be protected.

San Francisco 49ers owner and CEO Jed York found himself on the wrong side of the law over the weekend.

York, 46, was arrested Sunday in East Palestine, Ohio, after initially being accused of engaging in prostitution, according to court documents obtained by the New York Post.

The NFL executive was booked into the Columbiana County Jail following the arrest.

However, the prostitution charge did not ultimately stick.

On Monday, prosecutors amended the charge to disorderly conduct, and York pleaded no contest.

He also pleaded no contest to a separate misdemeanor count of possessing criminal tools.

A judge sentenced York to one day in jail for each offense, with the sentences served concurrently.

He was also ordered to pay $150 for the disorderly conduct conviction and another $1,000 for possessing criminal tools, according to court records. The fines have since been paid.

York reportedly posted $5,000 bond following his arrest.

The circumstances surrounding the “criminal tools” charge have not been publicly detailed.

Court records indicate that $160 seized during the arrest was forfeited to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, while York’s cellphone was returned to him.

The arrest took place in an area with personal significance for York. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and has family ties to the region. East Palestine is roughly 30 minutes from Youngstown.

For many NFL fans, the situation will bring to mind the 2019 incident in which New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was arrested in connection with prostitution charges.

York has served as the 49ers’ CEO since 2008 and currently oversees the organization alongside his duties as team owner. He has been with the franchise for more than two decades.

The 49ers have not publicly addressed the arrest.

The bizarre legal development comes just weeks before the start of the NFL regular season, with San Francisco scheduled to open its campaign against the Los Angeles Rams on September 10.

For York, however, the offseason has suddenly become about something far more serious than football.

Is Donald Trump prepping to blow the lid off of extraterrestrial secrets?

It’s possible that he already has.

Jack Osbourne, son of the late Ozzy Osbourne and attender of this summer’s repulsive White House UFC fight, says that Trump spilled the beans in private.

Are aliens lurking beneath our planet’s oceans?

What did Donald Trump allegedly disclose?

On Sunday, August 23, Jack Osbourne claimed that he has a friend who speaks weekly to Trump.

According to Osbourne, this friend has told him that Trump spilled the beans on aliens.

Allegedly, there are extraterrestrials on Earth — hiding in Earth’s oceans.

The International Business Times reports that Osbourne claimed that Trump told his friend that the government does not know what the alleged extraterrestrials actually are.

Instead, he allegedly shared: “We have no idea what they are, but they’re in the ocean.”

Trump did direct US agencies to release government files related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon.

(Whether this was truly part of a transparency pledge or an unsuccessful attempt to divert attention from the Epstein Files is anyone’s guess.)

Though there is baffling UAP-related footage that seems to suggest some sort of extraterrestrial technology appearing on radar, nothing has been proven.

NASA has additionally confirmed finding no credible evidence of extraterrestrial life. Any signs of possible life within our own solar system but beyond our planet appears to be of the microbial variety.

Osbourne seems to believe that Trump made this disclosure and that it is true. But is it?

Like everyone else reporting, we here at THG cannot confirm any part of this story.

We cannot confirm that Donald Trump speaks to this unknown individual every Saturday, or that he made this claim about extraterrestrials hiding beneath the waves.

Similarly, we cannot confirm that this man then spilled these presumably state secrets to Jack Osbourne.

(It is worth noting that Osbourne was promoting Spark.TV when he said this, which is his very own paranormal channel. So … there are questions about his motives.)

With 80% of the ocean uncharted and largely unknown, it seems like a likely place for aliens to hide if they wished to visit us, had the means to do so, and for some reason wished to conceal their presence.

So I woke up this morning to find out that Ozzy Osbourne’s son made a video falsely accusing me of using AI to write a Rolling Stone article about the Tate brothers.

Jack Osbourne has made untrue claims in the past. For example, mere weeks ago, he falsely accused journalist Kat Tenbarge of using an AI slop engine to write an article. Clearly a false and defamatory allegation, even if he believed it.

Presuming, however, that Osbourne is accurately conveying what his alleged friend told him about a conversation, that still does not make it true.

First, this is a game of telephone, with information risking being garbled along the way. Second, Donald Trump is a consummate liar.

Third, Trump’s cognitive abilities have been rapidly decaying for all to witness for years. The guy refers to Hannibal Lecter as his friend. He takes naps on live television during important events.

It is both exciting and scary to imagine extraterrestrials visiting our planet, especially if for benevolent purposes. But someone more trustworthy and with better judgment than either Trump or Osbourne would make for a more reliable source on what governments actually know.
