We have tragic news to report from the world of social media today.
Madeline Ross, the sister of popular streamer Adin Ross, has passed away.
She was just 36 years old.

News of Madeline’s passing comes courtesy of the Broward County Sheriff’s Department.
TMZ reports that a spokesperson for the sheriff confirmed today that Ross died on January 15.
No cause of death has been revealed.
According to TMZ, Madeline was “a very private person,” and little is known about her personal life.

Adin Ross is one of the most popular streamers in the world today, with more than 7 million followers on Twitch and more than 1.6 billion YouTube views.
He initially built his following by streaming games like llike NBA 2K and Grand Theft Auto V.
As he gained fame, Ross began interviewing and collaborating with celebrities, and he’s attracted a good deal of controversy for inflammatory statements he’s made over the years.
He had three sisters, one of whom, Naomi Ross, is also a streamer.
But what was the photo that prompted the former POTUS to grin and chuckle to himself?

This is odd
On Monday, March 2, Republicans on the House Oversight Committee released footage from the hours-long depositions of the Clintons.
(It seems likely that, had there been findings during the testimony, that GOP leadership would have released the footage at a better time, and not quietly dropping videos while Trump wages an illegal war in Iran.)
Hillary has famously testified before, often on absurd pretexts.
Initially, her testimony was behind some viral moments — primarily concerning noted Beetlejuice fan Lauren Boebert leaking photos (plural) of the former Secretary of State.
Former President Clinton’s testimony was unprecedented. He seemingly charmed even Republicans, true to his reputation, despite offering testimony about Trump.
Bill Clinton: And he somehow knew I had flown in Jeffrey Epstein’s aircraft. And he said, “You know, we had some great times together over the years, but we fell out all because of a real estate deal.” and he said, “I’m sorry it happened.”
One particular moment from the former POTUS’ testimony stands out, however.
The table before Clinton had specific documents from the Epstein Files.
One throwback appeared to make him grin and even chuckle.
It is unclear which photo elicited this response — let alone why.
At one point, he and his attorney appeared to have a quiet tug-of-war over the photo. Clinton was the victor.
What was going through his head?
There are numerous uncharitable interpretations for Clinton’s mood. It’s unlikely that it’s anything more from true judgment.
Truth be told, no matter how long and largely boring a deposition before Congress might be, there’s a time and a place for chuckling.
No matter the context — however innocuous in and of itself — of a photo, nothing related to Epstein is a laughing matter.
(We should all remember that, no matter how absurd the typos in his very short emails seem to be, or how much even this class of creep seems to loathe Elon Musk’s attempts to ingratiate himself with them.)
Clinton should know that. C’mon, man.
Q: Did you ever have any communications with Mr Epstein that related to young women or girls?
The former President testified that he was unaware of Epstein’s criminal conduct.
In 2008, authorities busted the notorious pedophile in Florida for soliciting sex from a minor.
Since then, the world has learned that this was far from the first time.
Clinton testified that, had he “any inkling” of Epstein’s true nature before his 2008 arrest, he would have turned him in sooner.
Whether anyone believes that is up to them. It could be true. To our knowledge, Clinton is not implicated in the more horrific Epstein crimes.

What should we really make of this?
Love him or hate him, more or less everyone can agree that Clinton is accomplished at dissembling.
President Obama gave extraordinary speeches. Clinton’s talents were more personal, engaging with people more directly — and saying what they wanted to hear.
Even his fans say this. The real key to his success was perhaps his inhuman levels of rizz.
He was a smart, charismatic man — even if some of his policies drove the Democratic Party to the right, and even decades later, our nation desperately needs to claw its way back to reason.
Unfortunately, opinions on Clinton are all over the spectrum. It’s likely that anyone’s response to his deposition before the Oversight Committee is seen through that filter.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has been pivoting away from the MAGAsphere in recent months.
And now, she’s dropping a bombshell that’s sure to anger the Trump faithful even more.
In response to a tweet claiming that JD Vance was the true architect of the recent strike on Iran, Greene alleged that Vance is simply the Trump administration’s favorite scapegoat.

“VP JD Vance reportedly swayed President Trump to launch a large attack with the purpose of toppling the Iranian government rather than a smaller, limited strike intended to spur negotiations,” reads the original tweet from America First Post.
“Ohhh. @JDVance did it. They hate JD. They don’t ever want him to be President,” Greene replied:
“So now that they f–ked up so bad and they are getting our military members killed for Israel, it’s JD’s fault. Not Trump’s fault. Or any of the neocons screaming 24/7 in his ear. What’s the truth?”
Elsewhere in the AFP post, General Dan Caine claimed that the military “proposed both options” to Trump on February 18.

“Before Vance weighed in, Trump was partial to the smaller, limited strike,” the account wrote.
“Caine warned that the second option could drain US munitions, result in American casualties, and spiral out of control.”
Not surprisingly, Greene’s post attracted quite a bit of criticism from Trump supporters:
“You called MAGA a ‘lie’ after your grand exit? Please. Trump’s turning promises into action, Vance is the loyal wingman crushing neocons from within. Real patriots stick around for the fight – you bailed. MAGA’s thriving without the drama queens. Winning!” one commenter wrote (via Radar Online).

“Dang, Laura Loomer is so vindicated by your behavior,” another critic claimed, going on to call Greene an “absolute disappointment,” another added.
“JD Vance will be president. Unlike you, who will forever be a joke,” a third chimed in.
This is not the first time that insiders have suggested that Vance has been scapegoated for the decisions of the Trump administration.
Throughout January, Vance defended the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti before the Trump administration pulled an about-face by withdrawing ICE troops from Minnesota.
Was Vance put up to the task?
We may never know. But whatever the case, he’s now the poster boy for some of Trump’s most unpopular endeavors.
Now, meanwhile, in the first trailer for Welcome to Plathville Season 8, we hear Lydia decree on air: “Everyone’s stepping into a whole new chapter in their lives.”
She does so as we check out footage of newlyweds Lydia and Zac Wyse, the latter of whom was unwittingly involved in family drama last season after Isaac and Micah Plath got into a brawl at his wedding.
“I’ve been angry,” Lydia says in the trailer. “I’ve been really upset at my family for what they did.”
The preview also feature Plath matriarch Kim returning to the family farm in Georgia, ready to concentrate on her future and her rekindled relationship with boyfriend Ken Palmer.
While Kim seems happy in this relationship, though, she’s well aware that things are very fractured between her and Lydia. She’ll try to mend fences in a number of uncomfortable ways.

“I smoked pot in college, also known as a doobie,” Kim tells a confused Lydia during one of their mother-daughter bonding attempts.
In another scene, the two have a more serious discussion about their strained connection.
“You and I used to be really close before the divorce,” Kim says, to which Lydia (who has often slammed her loved ones as fake Christians) responds:
“Whenever I would talk to you, it just felt like I was talking to a brick wall.”
(TLC)
Season 7 of Welcome to Plathville wrapped up with Kim and Barry Plath celebrating the official end of their 24-year marriage and the news that they had at last finalized their divorce.
On future episodes, fans will see what Barry acts like as a single man while searching for a potential partner that has “the Sandra Bullock look,” according to the patriarch.
“I’m single and ready to mingle,” a back-on-the-dating-scene Barry declares.
For his part, Ethan Plath will make a “bold move” in the hopes of maintaining his relationship with girlfriend Teegan… while younger brother Isaac fears his relationship with girlfriend Kaylynn is moving too quickly.
Elsewhere: Micah Plath will be trying to rebuild his life after splitting from Veronica Peters; and Moriah Plath will be hoping to find peace in Montana.
Welcome to Plathville Season 8 premieres March 31 on TLC.
