Last month, actor Timothy Busfield was arrested on charges of abusing a minor.
Busfield surrendered to police but was released on bail shortly thereafter.
However, his legal troubles are far from over.

The 68-year-old West Wing star was indicted on four counts of criminal sexual contact of a child by a grand jury in New Mexico on Friday, the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office revealed in a press release (via Page Six).
“As with all criminal proceedings, Mr. Busfield is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law,” Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman said.
“This case will proceed through the judicial process and is expected to move forward to trial,” he added.
Bregman also noted that Busfield will be prosecuted by the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s office’s special victims unit.

Busfield is accused of inappropriately touching two child actors on the set of the Fox series The Cleaning Lady.
The alleged abuse took place in 2022, when the boys were seven years old.
Authorities launched an investigation in November 2024 and gathered enough evidence to pursue charges in January of this year.
Before surrendering to police last month, Busfield posted a video in which he insisted that he “did not do anything to those little boys” and called the accusations “all lies.”

“Hi everybody, it’s Tim,” the footage opens.
“I’m sure most of you know, that are watching this, that I was ordered to come to Albuquerque – I’m here now. I got the call Friday night, I had to get a lawyer. Saturday I got in the car, drove 2,000 miles to Albuquerque. I’m gonna confront these lies. They’re horrible,” Busfield continued, adding:
“They’re all lies and I did not do anything to those little boys and I’m gonna fight it. I’m gonna fight it with a great team, and I’m gonna be exonerated, I know I am, because this is all so wrong and all lies.
“So hang in there and hopefully I’m out real soon and back to work. I love everybody for supporting me, thank you.”
Speaking with police, Busfield said he didn’t “remember” tickling or picking up the two child actors, though he admitted that some physical contact may have occurred.
“’If it happened, I don’t remember overtly tickling the boys ever, but it wouldn’t be uncommon for me,’” one officer wrote of the actor’s statement.
We will have further updates on this developing story as new information becomes available.

Eminem has made a career out of roasting his enemies and hurling outrageous barbs at his fellow celebrities.
But it seems that one of the most shocking insults of his career may have had nothing to do with a rap battle or a witty one-liner.
Back in 2002, Em’s film 8 Mile — which was loosely based on his life story — was a hit with both critics and audiences.
Kim Basinger memorably portrayed the rapper’s trailer park-dwelling mother, but the role almost went to a significantly younger star.

According to a report from People magazine, Em’s first choice for the role was none other than Mariah Carey.
If you’re thinking, It’s 23 years later, and Mariah still doesn’t look old enough to play the weathered mom of a 30-year-old aspiring rapper, you would be right.
At 56, Mariah is only four years older than Eminem, and she was understandably miffed at being offered such an age-inappropriate role.
News of this bizarre situation comes courtesy of Carey’s former producer Damion “Damizza” Young, who says he advised her against taking the role (for abundantly obvious reasons).

Young says he was initially confused when Em contacted him about reaching out to Mariah, but he decided to try and make the meeting happen.
“’If I don’t say something and then it comes another route in the business or something, then I’m the bad guy,’” said the producer during a recent appearance on the “TFU” podcast.
“So I go to Mariah, and I’m like, ‘Look, Eminem wants to meet you,’ and she’s like, ‘No.’”
Young claims he initially believed that Em’s interest in Mariah was romantic in nature, but the rapper claimed that that was the case (though he and Carey reportedly hooked up at a later date).

“’Don’t do this. I know where you’re going with this. I’m managing this girl, and it’s gonna cause me a problem,’” he reportedly told Slim Shady.
“No, I genuinely want her in the movie,” Em reportedly countered.
So Young arranged a call between the three of them and was shocked to hear Em say, “I want you to play my mother.”
“She did not like that s–t at all,” Young recalled. “Her insecurities kicked in big time.”
It’s tough to imagine Mariah feeling insecure about anything, but apparently, Em is capable of triggering anyone.
These days, Eminem is a grandfather, as his eldest daughter Hailie welcomed her first kid back in March of 2025.
He still looks young for his age — but not young enough for Mariah to be his mother.

Kim Kardashian is no longer married to Kanye West, who has seemingly gone off the deep end in recent years and who often comes across like a full-on Nazi.
And yet.
In a new interview with Complex, Kardashian makes it clear that she won’t ever be done with her ex-husband.
She can’t be, really. The stars share four kids together.

“We’ll always be family,” Kim told the outlet after she was asked about promoting West’s Yeezy boots in a January TikTok.
“We both know that. We will be okay, and there’s so much love for our family. We want what’s best for our kids.”
To Kardashian’s extreme credit, she’s never really talked badly of West in public — despite some of the outlandish things he’s said about his world views and his former in-laws. And many of the ways he’s acted overall.
The guy is very clearly troubled.

As for the Yeezy boots, Kardashian sort of joked: “I couldn’t deny the Yeezy heel, so I had to shout it out.”
In the aforementioned TikTok, the reality star showed viewers how she styled an outfit during an Aspen trip.
While walking through the pieces, she explained she paired the look with Yeezy boots, saying:
“I will say, there’s nothing like a Yeezy heel. I don’t know if they ever made these or just made them for me. I love when a shoe is tonal to the pant.”

These recent remarks about their family dynamic came after West took out a full-page ad to apologize for his ongoing awfulness… and also after Kardashian’s candid comments about her struggles with the artist.
“I was pretty tested, I will say. Very tested,” said Kardashian on an October 2025 episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians. “I mean, I have psoriasis again. I felt it. I mean, I felt more stressed, probably just because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect. My kids are involved now.
“Everyone around can handle it, but like…protect my babies. They’re gonna know things. They’re gonna grow up. They’re gonna see.
“So my job as a mom is to just make sure that at a time when that behavior is happening, is just to make sure that they are protected.”

As we move closer to the Seahawks and Patriots squaring off in Super Bowl LX on Sunday, it’s a chance to look back on the last 25 Super Bowls and the best of the best performances. We’ve ranked the top 10 Super Bowl MVPs of the past quarter-century, and such a process makes for difficult decisions. It’s easy to err on the side of late-game heroics. Does that penalize a player whose dominance puts the game out of reach in the fourth quarter? Perhaps, but those remarkable finishes are what we remember most, and probably what we want the most in a Super Bowl. Tom Brady, for instance, has five of these 25 MVP performances, which reduces nicely to two out of our 10 choices. There’s a heavy offensive lean to these awards — only four defensive winners out of 25 — and a strong penchant for picking quarterbacks, with 16 of those compared to five receivers. What does a running back have to do to win one of these? The last one was Denver’s Terrell Davis in 1998. 10. Aaron Rodgers, Packers QB, Super Bowl XLV (2010) There wasn’t any last-minute touchdown, but Rodgers got Green Bay up 14-0 and 21-3 early, then held on as Pittsburgh and Ben Roethlisberger twice got within four points down the stretch. Up three with 7:34 to play, he converted a third-and-10 and grinded out five minutes with a field goal and the defense closes it out. Rodgers played such a clean game, throwing for 304 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions. Joe Flacco’s Super Bowl win two years later was much the same. 9. Malcolm Smith, Seahawks LB, Super Bowl XLVIII (2013) It’s hard to shoehorn defensive MVPs in here, but the Broncos and Peyton Manning were so prolific that year, and Seattle’s defense shut them down in the Super Bowl, never more so than on Smith’s 69-yard pick-six in the second quarter. Denver was driving to make it a one-score game before halftime, and instead, Smith found the end zone for a 22-0 lead on the way to a 43-8 drubbing. This was easily the biggest play on one of the best defensive team efforts in these last 25 Super Bowls. 8. Santonio Holmes, Steelers WR, Super Bowl XLIII (2008) Five receivers have gotten Super Bowl MVPs in the last 25 years, two of them without even scoring a touchdown. But Holmes most definitely did — we can say he had nine catches for 131 yards for the Steelers against the Cardinals in Tampa. Holmes is on the list for one catch: a 6-yard touchdown catch on a hard throw from Ben Roethlisberger over three defenders for the lead with 35 seconds left, a leaping grab in the back right corner of the end zone with the toe tap of all toe taps to make sure it’s a catch. It’s hard to imagine a tougher catch with more on the line. 7. Tom Brady, Patriots QB, Super Bowl XLIX (2014) We’re almost ranking this lower than it deserves, just so there isn’t too much Brady at the top. Everyone remembers Russell Wilson’s goal-line interception in the final minute, but don’t forget what Brady did first: down 10 in the fourth quarter, he rallied the Patriots and threw two touchdowns in the final eight minutes. The first was to Danny Amendola and the second went to Julian Edelman to regain the lead. Brady finished 37-of-50 for 328 yards with four touchdowns against two picks, and he completed all nine of his pass attempts for 71 yards on the drive that gave the Patriots the lead for good. 6. Eli Manning, Giants QB, Super Bowl XLVI (2011) Manning beat Brady twice in Super Bowls, but we’ll go with his second one – by – no David Tyree helmet-catch miracle, just Manning down eight in the second half, grinding out two drives for field goals, then one big drive in the fourth quarter. Manning threw five times to Mario Manningham and Hakeem Nicks for 74 yards, setting up Ahmad Bradshaw’s touchdown with 57 seconds left. He finished 30-of-40 for 296 yards and a touchdown, but again, he beat Brady in a Super Bowl for the second time. 5. Jalen Hurts, Eagles QB, Super Bowl LIX (2024) Hurts played so well in the first meeting with the Chiefs but lost, and he got his revenge two years later. In a surprising rout of the Chiefs in New Orleans, Hurts was a lean 17-of-22 for 221 and two scores, also rushing for 72 yards and a score. It’s a 34-6 game entering the fourth quarter, a thorough domination of a two-time defending champ. Some of the best on this list that aren’t Brady and Mahomes are opponents finding ways to beat Brady and Mahomes. 4. Von Miller, Broncos OLB, Super Bowl 50 (2015) Trying to break up a run of quarterbacks at the top here, and Miller’s play in leading the Broncos in 2015 is the gold standard. This was not the 55-touchdown Peyton Manning, but rather the nine-touchdown Peyton Manning, leaning hard on his defense. Miller had 2.5 sacks in the Super Bowl, forcing two fumbles, one of which was recovered for a touchdown. Miller would later have two sacks in another Super Bowl win with the Rams. 3. Nick Foles, Eagles QB, Super Bowl LII (2017) Maybe the most improbable on the list. Foles only had three regular-season starts in 2017, but took over when Carson Wentz got injured and went 3-0 in the playoffs. What he did to outduel Brady is incredible — 28-of-43 yards, 373 yards and three touchdowns, and the chef’s kiss is the “Philly Special.” On that famous play, Foles lined up at quarterback, casually walking to the line and then a direct snap to running back Corey Clement, who handed off to tight end Trey Burton, who threw to a wide-open Foles for a receiving touchdown in the Super Bowl. 2. Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs QB, Super Bowl LVIII (2023) Mahomes has three Super Bowl MVPs, and his second, beating the Eagles, might be his best statistically — three touchdowns, no picks. Instead, though, I’ll go with the Chiefs’ overtime win over the 49ers a year later. Down 10-0 early, rallied for the lead, lost it again in the fourth quarter, twice tied it, only to have San Francisco retake the lead on a field goal, then won it on a touchdown pass to Mecole Hardman with three seconds left in overtime. He finishes 34-for-46, 333 yards, two touchdowns and a pick for the first Super Bowl repeat in 19 years. 1. Tom Brady, Patriots QB, Super Bowl LI (2016) This choice was easy. The Patriots trailed the Falcons 28-3 late in the third quarter and rallied back for the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history — five touchdown drives, including a 91-yarder to tie the game and a 75-yarder to win in overtime. Brady finished 43-of-62 for 466 yards with two touchdowns. The length of those five drives? 75, 72, 25, 91, 75 yards — 338 yards of offense in less than one half of football. That he didn’t score the final two touchdowns himself doesn’t take away from all he did to get them down the field.Latest Sports News from FOX Sports

Marital troubles could really ruin the tour.
Are Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel in danger of splitting up? Multiple reports now say that they are.
Reports of relationship issues have followed them since the singer’s infamous DUI arrest.
But there may be other issues at play, behind the scenes.

According to a new report by RadarOnline, Timberlake and Biel’s marriage is on its last leg.
“Everyone around them can see the marriage isn’t working,” claimed an inside source.
“It’s reached the point where friends are saying this limbo just isn’t healthy anymore,” the insider dished.
The source then alleged: “They’ve basically been living separate lives, and it shows.”
Apparently, the separate lives extends to more than Biel’s infamous shower meals these days.

“Jessica is so focused on her own projects, her friends, and her kids,” the insider reported.
According to the source, it’s to an extent “that it seems like Justin is basically an afterthought.”
However, the insider added: “Not that this is born from nothing.”
The source acknowledged: “It’s no secret that she’s put up with a lot over the years.” Most fans had guessed as much.
“And,” the insider continued, “it does seem as though it’s essentially turned into this wall between them.”

Just recently, Deuxmoi reported on an alleged “emotionally charged” changed in the couple’s marriage.
Characterizing it as a “shift behind the scenes,” the report said that there was now “quiet concern” about the pair and their future.
Obviously, that is extremely vague. So vague that many tabloids, such as TMZ or People, likely wouldn’t feel that it was enough to share just yet.
However, it’s hardly the only indicator that things aren’t going too well these days.
We’re all still reeling from Timberlake’s infamous Hamptons DUI arrest and his cringe tour and on-stage tantrum at the Lytham Music Festival.

According to the inside source, “Justin has done so much groveling, but he seems to be past that.”
The insider continued: “Now he just wants things to work organically.” That makes sense.
“But,” the source warned, “there’s already so much damage that it’s a very big ask.”
According to the insider: “The trust still hasn’t come back, and all the therapy in the world hasn’t magically fixed that.”
The source characterized: “They seem to be stuck, and Jessica’s friends are saying she needs to either walk away or fully recommit, because dragging this out isn’t good for anyone.”

In October 2012, Timberlake was, if not culturally relevant, still considerably closer to his glory days than he is now.
Biel, meanwhile, has been expanding her role in the entertainment industry behind the scenes.
Iron Ocean Productions has been churning out television hits. She’s becoming a TV mogul, believe it or not.
We’re not suggesting that their marriage is falling apart because Timberlake feels “jealous” of his wife. In fact, we cannot even confirm that there are any actual marital problems.
But sometimes, A-list couples have success trajectories that no longer match up. That can create a rift — even if it just means that one of them is too busy to devote time and energy to the marriage.

Back in 2001, Blake Shelton was still new to the Nashville scene and navigating the release of his first single, “Austin.” But it wasn’t just his music turning heads as his mullet was also stealing the spotlight. Now, the country star is opening up about his iconic hairstyle and the moments that led him to cut it for good.
The mullet was a part of Shelton’s look throughout the “better part” of his teenage years and into his early twenties. When his music career started to take off, people also started to form their opinions on his long curly locks that flowed down the back of his head while the front remained shorter.

Just before his time, country icons like Tracy Lawrence, Alan Jackson and Billy Ray Cyrus had also rocked the mullet and a few years ago it saw a resurgence, largely thanks to newer acts like Morgan Wallen. Unfortunately for Shelton, the year that “Austin” dropped, that kind of hairstyle had pretty much fallen out of style.
“Mullets are cool again now, I guess, but back then when I had ’em, they weren’t cool anymore. It was like that phase had already ran out and then no one told me…It was just like me and Neal McCoy left at that point that had ‘em,” Shelton jokingly told award-winning radio host and media personality Bobby Bones during an episode of Bobby Bones Presents: The BobbyCast, now streaming on Netflix.

While the Oklahoma native was focused on getting his music out in the world and earning some airtime on country radio, he started to catch some heavy grief around Nashville, especially from one morning radio show host named Carl P. Mayfield.
“He would go on his morning show and just, I mean, just, whether I was a part of the show or I’d be in my truck driving, and he would play my song and go, ‘oh, there’s the worst new mullet in country music,’” Shelton recalled.
That criticism didn’t sit well with Shelton and motivated him to want to do something about it. Except he wasn’t about to let anyone dictate how he wore his hair so he decided to make a small adjustment, but nothing drastic enough to erase the mullet entirely.
“I was stubborn enough that I thought, okay, I’m not going to let ’em tell me to cut my mullet, but I will grow out the rest of my hair and just have all long hair,” he recalled. “So that way they didn’t win. I didn’t cut my mullet. I grew the rest of it out to go with it.”
Blake Shelton officially said goodbye to his long locks in 2006, marking the end of an era that had defined his early career. Since then, he has rocked the short hairstyle and only brought his signature mullet back one time in 2022 for the filming of his retro “No Body” music video.
These days, the “God’s Country” singer still hits the stage with his modern short hair, but he hasn’t lost the charismatic stage presence or hitmaking ability that made him stand out back when he rocked the mullet.
In addition to his mullet, Shelton’s conversation with Bones saw him reflecting on his early days in Nashville and the people who helped him along the way, revealing his top five favorite songs, discussing his current Las Vegas residency, and more.
His time at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace officially launched on January 15 and is set to continue through the month on January 18, 21, 23, 24, 28, 30 and 31. Additionally, he will return for eight more shows running May 6-24, 2026.
Blake Shelton is one of several country acts who have recently appeared in interviews on “Bobby Bones Presents: The BobbyCast,” which marks one of more than 15 of iHeartMedia’s top original podcasts to join Netflix. Previous interviews include Kenny Chesney and Bailey Zimmerman.
Viewers can find new episodes dropping every Tuesday and Thursday on the streaming service, with audio versions also available on iHeartRadio and all major podcast platforms.
