25 Best Musician Halloween Costumes of All Time

Ozzy Osbourne

Musicians love to dress up. Whether it’s to shock squares, blow minds, or put on a show, they inspire us all to be freakier than we ever thought possible. While stage costumes are an integral part of performances and personas, Halloween calls for a different kind of dress-up. Check out some of the best musician costumes to inspire your Halloween look this year.

From kooky costumes to multiple personalities, Nicki Minaj is a one-woman show of her own. She built her career on wild stage costumes and even performed an exorcism of her “Roman” persona at the Grammys. For the 2010 BET Awards, she went full Bride of Frankenstein, while strapped to an electric chair.

Though Taylor Swift may have been called the “princess of pop” by Madonna, some may be shocked to learn she isn’t a real princess. Here she is channeling her best Ren Faire look on her 2009 Fearless tour.

Questlove

Even Questlove’s not above joining the fray of chain-smoking Elmos, Batmen, and other costumed characters who occupy the tourist-hustling-economy of Times Square for Halloween.

Brides Of Funkenstein

The 70s were essentially Halloween for 10 years, but the debauched decade also gave rise to some of the most inventive costumes in music. Few were wilder and cooler than the Parliament-Funkadelic musical collective. Once George Clinton established the origin story of intergalactic funk with Star Child and Dr. Funkenstein, he took a cue from the classic horror film Bride of Frankenstein and created the Brides of Funkenstein, to help bring the funk to the funkless earth.

Iggy Pop

Iggy Pop makes an absolutely perfect… Weird judge from Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Weird preacher guy from Night of the Hunter? Weird old man from Poltergeist? Eccentric rock singer from Iggy Pop & The Stooges? He’s already given several brilliant Halloween ideas without even trying.

Katy Perry

The Met Gala is already like a Halloween parade for celebrities, but the 2019 theme of “Camp” took it to the next level by convincing celebrities to embody the “spirit of extravagance,” and nobody does that better on a red carpet than Katy Perry.

Before landing on the Rock and Roll Circus idea for their concert film, The Rolling Stones actually tried out several other ideas, including Rock and Roll Side Show, Rock and Roll Picnic, Rock and Roll Bar Mitzvah. The circus concept worked because Mick Jagger was already wearing a top hat in public, so this became the workaround.

One of the scariest legends in rock’n’roll history is often misunderstood. Ozzy is infamous for allegedly biting the head off of a bat, but a little-known fact is, the only reason he did that is because he’s actually a werewolf. See? Not so strange anymore, once you know the real story!

Harry Styles

Harry Styles is an idiosyncratic dresser in his own right, but for Halloween, he aimed for the fences, donning Elton John’s iconic bedazzled L.A. Dodgers outfit, which the singer wore during his 1975 performance at Dodgers Stadium. Game recognizes game.

Jim Jones, Maino & Dave East Ignite Chaos Over Eric Adams NYC Mayor Rumors

Jim Jones, Maino and Dave East are three heavyweights of New York Hip-Hop! Big time! But now they have the internet buzzing. A couple days again they appeared to throw political support behind Mayor Eric Adams. But this was unexpected and sparked confusion across social media. Many questioning whether the move signals a serious push to “draft” Adams back into the mayoral race.

Adams reportedly dropped out of the race altogether. Still, a this post has revived speculation about his potential return Question: How do you even draft someone for mayor?

The situation has only grown weirder.

Some think the trio’s apparent endorsement could confuse voters or siphon attention away from other contenders. Jim Jones has maintained a close relationship with Adams, often praising the mayor’s confidence and streetwise demeanor. “The mayor’s got that New York swagger,” Jones once said. Aye…whatever works or nah?

Not everyone is buying into the alliance. Many within the Black community have been outspoken critics of Adams, particularly regarding policing and housing issues. And then there is that cozy relationship to Trump. That’s why the rappers’ apparent show of support raised eyebrows among longtime New York residents. New people or tourists may not see it, but many view Adams as out of step with everyday people.

Hip-Hop’s intersection with politics is confusing overall. We went from “Fight The Power” to “BFF With The Power.” Remember all those apolitical rappers that suddenly got political before the election? What is going on?

Whether Jim Jones, Maino, and Dave East are seriously backing an Adams political comeback or just trolling remains to be seen.

I do not know this lady, but she seems to be the loudest voice of the community.

Mysterious Farm Machinery Found Where D4vd Lived Before Celeste Discovery

D4vd finds himself at the center of a disturbing investigation as a private investigator reveals the discovery of mysterious farm tools in the Hip-Hop artist’s former Los Angeles rental home.

Private investigator Steve Fischer told the Daily Mail he uncovered “heavy-duty tools and machinery you’d never need in a Hollywood Hills home” while examining the multimillion-dollar property where D4vd was staying.

Fischer described finding “multiple of these items that could all be used together” and characterized them as items typically found on a farm, calling them “sadistic.”

The tools were discovered during an investigation into the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose decomposed body was found in September in the trunk of a Tesla registered to the “Romantic Homicide” singer.

Fischer noted one farm tool appeared brand new, still wrapped in shipping packaging. He suggested the unusual tools “could be used to eliminate a body,” but provided no further explanation.

The investigator also found prescription pain medication and drug paraphernalia throughout the residence, though everything else appeared ordinary.

The investigation began after an abandoned Tesla was towed from near the rental property in early September. Days later, a strong odor led to the discovery of Celeste’s remains in the vehicle’s trunk.

D4vd lived in the Hollywood Hills home before his canceled tour, though he wasn’t on the lease. Homeowner Mladen Trifunovic hired Fischer after being left without information from the LAPD, which had raided the property the previous month.

Fischer previously stated that he believes there was a “sadistic” plan to “get rid of” Celeste that went wrong. D4vd has remained silent and his whereabouts are unknown.

NBA YoungBoy Accused Of Stinking Up Miami Heat Locker Rooms That Need Disinfection

NBA YoungBoy Never Broke Again has the Miami Heat dealing with an unexpected pregame challenge that has nothing to do with basketball strategy.

For the third time this season, the Heat found themselves playing in an arena the night after an NBA YoungBoy concert and Miami Heat beat reporter Ira Winderman wasn’t shy about describing the aftermath.

“For the third time this season, the Heat are playing in an arena the night after an NBA Youngboy concert. And it smells the same as the first two. Locker rooms literally are closed here in San Antonio with signs that they are being disinfected,” Winderman posted on X.

The reporter didn’t explicitly identify the source of the lingering odor, but anyone familiar with Hip-Hop concerts can probably connect the dots about what scents might be floating through the air at a YoungBoy show.

The tour has been plagued by violence and safety concerns at multiple venues.

In Kansas City, a brutal assault during YoungBoy’s concert left two people hospitalized, including a 66-year-old T-Mobile Center employee who was attacked in an incident captured on video.

A minor was detained following the violent outbreak.

Several other tour stops have experienced similar problems, with fights breaking out inside venues in Los Angeles and other cities.

The Chicago stop at the United Center was canceled entirely due to alleged safety concerns related to YoungBoy’s ongoing beef with late Chicago rapper Lil Durk.

Atlanta also saw drama when YoungBoy’s second concert in the city was abruptly canceled and Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena canceled YoungBoy’s scheduled October 6 performance, adding to the growing list of venues opting out of hosting the controversial rapper.

Despite the chaos, some shows have proceeded without major incidents.

New Orleans police reported no significant problems during YoungBoy’s two-night stop at the Smoothie King Center, though there were still minor issues.

The Heat, meanwhile, are trying to focus on their impressive 3-1 start to the season while dealing with these unusual pregame conditions.

Kim Kardashian Questions Moon Landing:”There’s No Gravity On The Moon”

Kim Kardashian stirred up controversy and conspiracy in one breath when she told The Kardashians cameras that she doesn’t believe the 1969 moon landing ever happened.

While filming scenes for her legal drama All Fair, Kardashian took a break between takes to share her theory with co-star Sarah Paulson, claiming that astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin never set foot on the lunar surface.

“I’m sending you, so far, a million articles with both Buzz Aldrin and… the other one,” Kardashian said as she tried to sway Paulson with supposed evidence. She pointed to a clip she had seen, saying, “This girl says, ‘What was the scariest moment?’ And (Aldrin) goes, ‘There was no scary moment, cause it didn’t happen. It could’ve been scary, but it wasn’t, cause it didn’t happen.’”

The SKIMS founder suggested the 95-year-old Aldrin may have accidentally revealed the truth, saying, “So I think it didn’t happen.”

Paulson responded with curiosity, telling Kim she planned to do a “massive deep dive” into the theory. Later, in a confessional scene filmed in her trailer, Kardashian doubled down on her belief that the Apollo 11 mission was staged.

“I don’t think we did. I think it was fake,” she said. “I’ve seen a few videos (of) Buzz Aldrin talking about how it didn’t happen. He says it all the time now, in interviews. Why does Buzz Aldrin say it didn’t happen?”

Kardashian also questioned the physics of the mission.

“There’s no gravity on the moon – why is the flag blowing? The shoes that they have in the museum that they wore on the moon (have) a different (foot)print than the photos. Why are there no stars?”

When a producer warned her that her comments might trigger backlash, she shrugged it off. “They’re gonna say I’m crazy no matter what. But like, go to TikTok. See for yourself.”

Megan Thee Stallion Hinted At Huge Relationship Move With Klay Thompson

Megan Thee Stallion dropped a digital breadcrumb that set the internet buzzing after she posted a set of house keys on Instagram, fueling speculation that she and Klay Thompson may have just bought a home together.

The Grammy-winning rapper shared a carousel of images that included mirror selfies, her dog Foe, and cozy moments with the NBA guard. But it was the photo of keys resting against what appeared to be a new home backdrop that ignited a flood of congratulatory comments from celebrities and followers alike.

The couple made their relationship public in July 2025 during the Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City. Since then, their connection has moved quickly.

Thompson, who joined the Dallas Mavericks this NBA season after a 13-year run with the Golden State Warriors, has been spotted frequently at Megan’s events.

She, in turn, has been seen courtside at several Mavericks games, supporting his move to Texas. The Instagram post sparked speculation that the pair may be taking a major step forward.

Megan recently released a single titled “Lover Girl,” which many believe was inspired by her relationship with Thompson. The timing of the song aligns with both her continued rise in Hip-Hop and Thompson’s transition to a new team.

Although neither Megan nor Thompson has confirmed the purchase, the social media post has generated considerable buzz about the couple’s future. With a combined net worth estimated at over $100 million, a shared real estate investment wouldn’t be out of reach.

Mally Mall Thrown Back In Jail Over Prostitution Case

Mally Mall landed back in federal custody on Wednesday after allegedly violating the terms of his supervised release tied to his conviction for running a nationwide prostitution ring.

The 49-year-old producer was arrested Tuesday night (October 28) and booked into the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump. He appeared in court the next afternoon, where his attorney requested more time ahead of a detention hearing.

Magistrate Judge Elayna Youchah granted the delay, and Mally Mall will remain behind bars until his next hearing.

Mally Mall is currently serving a three-year supervised release following his 33-month federal sentence. He pleaded guilty to one count of using an interstate facility in aid of unlawful activity and was sentenced on May 13, 2021, by U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro.

According to a Department of Justice news release, “[Mally Mall] operated a high-end prostitution business that transported victims across the United States, using various paid websites — such as Backpage and Eros — to advertise the victims for prostitution purposes.”

Prosecutors said he exploited hundreds of women over 12 years, from 2002 to 2014.

“[Mally Mall] exploited hundreds of victims as: (a) ‘independent contractors’ who turned over to Rashid a portion of what they earned through prostitution; and (b)’ priority girls’ who turned over nearly all of the proceeds from prostitution to Rashid,” the DOJ stated.

The feds also said Mally Mall used psychological manipulation and coercion to maintain control.

“[Mally Mall] encouraged victims to get tattoos of him to demonstrate their loyalty and led many of them to believe he would advance their careers in show business,” prosecutors said.

In February, Judge Navarro denied Mally Mall’s request to end his probation early, citing the seriousness of his crimes.

Mally Mall’s attorney, Chris Rasmussen, had previously argued that the travel restrictions tied to his client’s supervised release were interfering with his ability to work in the music industry.

But Navarro rejected that claim, stating, “The mere inconvenience of having to obtain approval to travel for work purposes from probation and the court is an insufficient reason to terminate his supervision.”

The court has scheduled a hearing on whether to revoke Mally Mall’s supervised release for November 17. His current release is set to expire on September 17, 2026.

The Baton Rouge rapper, known for his 1998 hit “How Ya Do Dat,” experienced a medical emergency on Saturday, October 25.

Tameka Long, who shares a child with the 52-year-old artist, confirmed that doctors diagnosed him with a brain aneurysm caused by internal bleeding, TMZ reports.

Long also revealed that the rapper has long battled high blood pressure and a heart condition. Despite being placed on a ventilator, she said his vital signs remain stable and the family is hopeful for a full recovery.

The medical scare came shortly after Young Bleed took the stage at ComplexCon, where he performed alongside other Southern rappers during a nostalgic Verzuz event celebrating the legacies of Cash Money and No Limit Records.

Master P, who signed Young Bleed to No Limit in the late ’90s, also acknowledged the rapper’s condition and asked for support.
