George Birge recently wrapped up his run on Luke Bryan’s Country Song Came On Tour and took a moment to reflect on the experience. He shared a heartfelt message about his time on the road with the country superstar, highlighting the bond they formed and the memories made along the way.
“Played our last show of the Luke Bryan tour yesterday, what a summer! 26 SOLD OUT crowds with a living legend that felt more like a big brother by the end of it,” he wrote. “From golf during the day, tequila on stage, late night talks on the bus giving me advice on how to grow as a person and an artist, to letting me hitch a ride on his plane to get home early and see my family.”

In closing, Birge thanked Bryan and his crew for welcoming them to the tour with open arms.
“I can’t thank LB and his crew enough for leaning in to me and the boys as we head out to headline shows of our own,” he wrote.
Birge previously opened up about the chance to tour with Bryan while chatting with Country Now backstage at the ACM Awards.

“To have Luke Bryan tap me on the shoulder and bring us out, direct support all summer, the whole tour…Luke has been a mentor of mine, just as a person as an entertainer, how he treats his band and crew, how he treats his family and how he just gets rowdy on stage,” he shared”
George Birge earned two back-to-back No. 1s with his fan-favorite hits “Cowboy Songs” and “Mind On You” in 2024. His current single, “It Won’t Be Long,” is climbing the charts right now. Upon its release to country radio, the song earned the Texas native the biggest add-date of his career so far, launching with 78 first-week stations.
Co-written by Birge with Joe Fox (also the producer), Chase McGill, and Trannie Anderson, It Won’t Be Long is a heartfelt ode to life’s blessings, big and small, inspired by timeless wisdom.
“I was ready to take another step as an artist. I found a little bit of a lane of stuff that was working for me. But I also wanted to continue to grow as I got a deeper connection with my fans, and kind of pull back the curtain a little bit more and maybe tell a little bit more of a story and showcase a little bit more in my life,” he previously explained of the track.
Next up, Birge will hit the road with Dylan Scott on the Easy Does It Tour, running through the fall. Click HERE to view a complete list of his upcoming tour dates.

Reba McEntire recently surprised fans with the release of a live performance video for “Trailblazer,” her fan-favorite collaboration with Miranda Lambert and Lainey Wilson.
The footage was captured during McEntire’s sold-out set at the inaugural Music City Rodeo earlier this summer.
“A couple of weeks ago at the ACM Awards, we got to premiere a brand new song that we’re very, very proud of…I got to sing it with Miranda Lambert and Lainey Wilson,” she shared from the stage.

Then, she teased, “Wouldn’t it be great if they were here tonight?” The crowd responded with a roar of applause.
The country icon chuckled then said, “surprise, surprise, surprise” as Lambert and Wilson joined her on stage to perform the song. At the close of the set, McEntire, Lambert, and Wilson joined hands in a powerful tribute, standing together as three generations united in honoring the past, present, and future of the genre.
Written by Lambert, Wilson, and Brandy Clark, and produced by McEntire and Tony Brown, “Trailblazer” is a heartfelt tribute to the pioneering women of country music who paved the way for future generations.
The collaboration was sparked by McEntire, who inspired a meaningful conversation between Wilson, Lambert, and Brandy Clark. Together, they reflected on the legacy of women in country music, honoring those who not only broke barriers but also lifted up and supported the next generation of rising stars.
“So Reba had the idea to try to do a song together and me and Miranda and Brandy Clark got together and we just started talking about really the history of country music and how the females have stuck together and kind of just blazed those trails and went down with the weed whackers and done whatever they could to help the next person up,” Wilson told Country Now during a backstage interview at the ACM Awards.

The Louisiana native acknowledged that she likely wouldn’t be the artist she is today without the steadfast support of women like Lambert and McEntire.
“I owe it to them. I do. I mean they’re two of the ladies that have really been just willing to share any kind of wisdom with me and lift me up and encourage me and that’s what it’s about. So it’s not just a song for people in the music industry. This is a song for just people in general who feel like they are paving paths for others,” she explained.
The trio debuted the song at the ACM Awards and released it to streaming platforms immediately afterward. In its first week, the track racked up 2.6 million on-demand streams, setting a new personal streaming record for McEntire.

Country-pop star Dasha returns with “Like It Like That” and an accompanying cinematic music video featuring Love Island’s Rob Rausch and entrepreneur/influencer Briley King.
The track is a flirty, fiery anthem about embracing love on your own terms. In the music video, Dasha sets the scene as a mischievous motel guest, leaving the door ajar for Love Island star Rob Rausch to slip in under the cover of night. The pair share a flirty late-night adventure, full of laughs, drinks, and playful antics that capture the song’s carefree, spontaneous energy.

“Boots are on the bed, smokin’ on a Red/Hungover again, but I ain’t done/Gimme little names, playin’ little games/Drivin’ me insane, but it’s so fun,” she sings.
“’Like It Like That’ is about letting go of that pressure to get love ‘right’ and embracing the moments that don’t fit the plan. At this point in my life, I’m not trying to have it all figured out—sometimes the so-called wrong person is exactly right for right now,” Dasha shared of the track.
She later added, “I think there’s so much pressure to meet ‘the one’ and get it right on the first try, especially for women, but I’m 25. I’m not looking for perfection; I’m looking for good stories and chasing feelings that I can get songs out of. I have no idea what I’m doing half the time, and I’m still learning parts of myself…I think everyone my age is doing the same. I don’t want to meet my person yet; I’m not ready for that chapter of life yet. No pressure, no plan, just whatever makes your heart skip a couple of beats and reminds you that that’s what living is supposed to feel like sometimes. Letting things be what they are, and heck, maybe that’s eating takeout with a man who can only be a bad idea at 2 am.”
Co-written with David Garcia, JKash, and Gian Stone, the single follows her previous hits “Not At This Party” and “Oh, Anna!”

Next up for Dasha: the 2025 MTV VMAs, where she’s nominated for Push Performance of the Year, a Canadian headline tour in September, and opening for country superstar Kane Brown in the UK this October.
Dasha first broke out with her 2023 single “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)” from her debut album What Happens Now, which went 40x Platinum and amassed more than 1.4 billion streams. That success launched her into sold-out global tours, major festival stages, including Stagecoach and Austin City Limits, and televised performances like the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve.

Lauren Alaina hit the road over the weekend for the first time since welcoming her baby girl, Beni Doll, 12 weeks ago. With her mom by her side to help, the proud new mom brought her daughter along for the weekend run of shows.
After wrapping up the performances, Lauren took to social media to share her emotions about the milestone moment.

“I was so overwhelmed with the thought of going back on the road after having my daughter. I was scared. I was excited. I was dreading it. I couldn’t wait. Our newest member of the band is making our shows even better than before. I could not have done it without my momma out there taking care of us both,” she wrote.
The 30 year old songstress admitted she’s proud to show her daughter that she can be both a mom and a dream-chaser, and felt grateful and happy to be back doing what she loves.
“I’m so proud to show my daughter that we can do anything our heart desires. I can be a momma and chase my dreams,” she added. “Thank you to everyone who showed up and reminded me how much I love this dream of mine. It felt so good to be back.”
Lauren Alaina has several shows planned for the remainder of the year, but things will really kick into high gear in 2026 when she will hit the road again with Rascal Flatts for the Life Is A Highway Tour. The Georgia native previously toured with the country supergroup during the first leg of the tour while pregnant. This time, her daughter, Beni Doll, will be joining her, as Alaina recently shared in a heartfelt “Get Ready With Me” video.
“I mean, I love what I do, so I’m excited, but I’m scared too. And being away from her for 90 minutes sounds like the most impossible thing I’ve ever heard of,” she said.
Later, she revealed that her mom and mother in law will both be chipping in to help with Beni Doll while she’s on tour.

The “All My Exes” singer is looking forward to reuniting with Rascal Flatts, who she deemed the “nicest guys ever.”
“I did the whole tour pregnant last time and now I’ll have a newborn. They’re going to get to see what came out of the bump….So I’m excited that we’re going back out with them, but I’ll be able to see my feet this time,” she joked.
Alaina recently became the first female country artist in over a decade to have the No.1 most-added song at country radio for two consecutive weeks. Her latest single, “All My Exes,” featuring Chase Matthew, is climbing the charts now.

RaeLynn is standing up for herself, and for others, after receiving a wave of unsolicited comments from body shamers on social media.
The country star, who is mom to an almost 4-year-old and currently balancing life on the road with her music career, recently addressed online trolls questioning her appearance. Some followers speculated about a possible pregnancy, while others criticized her for looking “too skinny.”

In a candid video shared to her social channels, RaeLynn explained that her body reflects her busy lifestyle, from chasing her daughter to traveling constantly for shows, and the steps she takes to manage her type 1 diabetes.
“I’ll never understand women commenting on other women’s weight,” she began. “Sorry, I just woke up and then I saw comments on my Instagram and I just want to address what has been addressed. First off, not pregnant, second off, too skinny. That’s none of your damn business.”
Though she didn’t owe anyone an explanation, RaeLynn shared that her weight is healthy for her frame and opened up about her busy lifestyle.
“I am 5’ 1” and I weigh a normal weight… I’m a very short person. I have type one diabetes, an autoimmune disease. I chase around an almost 4-year-old. I’m on tour, which means I move around a lot. I am constantly traveling. I’m constantly active. I’ve changed my diet tremendously to take care of my type one diabetes.”
She also reminded fans that comments about someone’s weight can be hurtful and harmful, especially to younger girls who may be struggling with self-esteem. And despite her typically thick skin, RaeLynn admitted that words can still sting and urged people to show more kindness online.
“What irritates me is you don’t know what other people are going through and you don’t know what a comment can do,” she urged. “Thank God I know who I am… Jesus and I know, and I have a pretty thick skin. I know what I signed up for, but even people like me who have super thick skin, because I really do have thick skin, it still hurts. And there were times when those comments really hurt, would’ve hurt me being younger. And I think about girls that are figuring themselves out and will make really stupid decisions based on comments like that. And that’s what hurts me. I don’t care. I know I’ve been taking care of myself and I don’t owe anybody anything, but we need to do better on the internet because you never know what somebody’s walking through. So anyways, I’m done.”

RaeLynn recently performed in Nashville as part of Big Machine 20 in celebration of BMLG’s 20-year anniversary. The concert celebration saw more than 100,000 fans pack into lower Broadway and featured additional performances by Riley Green, Carly Pearce, and more.
The Texas native recently returned to the label and released her new songs such as “Long Live Country Music” and “Heaven Is A Honkytonk.”
