Bunnie Xo Admits She’s ‘Thriving’ Two Months After Jelly Roll Divorce

Bunnie Xo is giving fans a glimpse into what life looks like two months after news broke that she and her husband, Jelly Roll, had filed for divorce.

The Dumb Blonde podcast host recently joined TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones to discuss her New York Times bestselling memoir Stripped Down, its upcoming film adaptation and the new chapter she is embracing following the end of her marriage.

During the conversation, Bunnie made it clear that she is doing well and feels excited about everything ahead of her.

“Ladies, they should have never let me back out in the streets because I love it here. I love it here and I’m never going back,” she stated honestly.

She went on to reflect on how the difficult experience has pushed her to prioritize herself in every aspect of her life, something she hopes to now encourage other women to do while reminding them that even the hardest chapters can eventually lead to something better.

“I feel like us as women, we put ourselves aside so much for partners, friends, kids, and it’s like we don’t pour into ourselves. And sometimes you need to be selfish, and you need to pour into yourself. And I just hope my journey can show people like, ‘hey, you know what? It doesn’t matter how hard of a situation you’re going through, you’re going to get through that. You’re going to rise up and you’re going to be an even better version of yourself.’”

Comparing herself to a racehorse, Bunnie says that she has continued to keep her blinders on and just get to the finish line in an attempt to ignore the constant opinions and commentary being thrown at her amid the very public divorce.

“I know when something like that, that’s deeply personal happens, it’s beautifully tragic, but at the same time there’s always a silver lining and there’s always something better to look forward to,” she continued. “I mean, there’s so much more to talk about with me especially and with women than their past levers and people in their lives. And I mean my book, my movie, this new deal that I just signed with Audacy. There’s just so much.”

While enjoying a “baddie Bunnie summer,” the author reveals she has gotten her smile back and has received countless DM’s from potential love interests, claiming it’s a “boy buffet.”

“I’m having the freaking time of my life and I’m just thriving. And I never thought that it would turn out to be such a blessing, but it’s such a blessing and I’m so thankful.”

Bunnie has been staying busy simply enjoying her life and all the new people she meets along the way while celebrating her New York Times Best Selling memoir, Stripped Down and even more projects ahead. The podcast host revealed that her deeply personal life story is being adapted into a movie and even joked that she would love to see Danny McBride portray her.

“So crazy because when they told me that it was going to become a movie, it was just another thing where I was just like, oh my God, I cannot believe this is happening. The universe is just rewarding me so much. And I’m just so thankful.”

On top of that, she is also going to be attending school online at Arizona State University. She chose not to say too much about what she will be studying but hinted that it has something to do with her mission to create her own line of biochemical hormones to help women. This is a subject close to her heart as she has been going through her own difficult IVF journey.

“After going through the IVF journey and stuff like that and realizing how much it really does mess up women’s hormones, that’s what I’m going to school to study. I don’t want to say exactly what it is, but I definitely want to come out with my own line of biochemical hormones to help women because I think people need to talk about hormones for women.”

Just days after news of her divorce from Jelly Roll went public, Bunnie Xo dropped a new episode of the Dumb Blonde Podcast, where she addressed rumors surrounding the split, opened up about what led to the end of their marriage, and discussed she and the country star’s plans to continue growing their family.

When hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones asked if she still plans to have a baby, Bunnie explained, “I definitely still want to have a baby, and that’s going to be one of the newest chapters in my next book. And I can’t wait for you guys to read about it because it has been one hell of a journey, let me tell you.”

Back in June, TMZ reported that the hitmaker filed for divorce in Tennessee in May, citing court records obtained by the publication.

According to sources who spoke with the outlet, the decision to end the marriage was mutual and remains a private family matter.

The couple first met in 2015 at one of his concerts on Fremont Street in Las Vegas and quickly formed a connection. They went on to tie the knot on August 31, 2016.

“Dolly here! And I just want to send a very special thank you to the Academy of Country Music for honoring me with the Poet’s Award. You know, I’ve been able to do many things throughout my life, but at my core, songwriting has always been the most important part of who I am creatively. Every dream I ever had and all the dreams that I’ve been able to see come true in life, well they all started with a song.”

Parton continued, “Songwriting has been my therapy; songwriting has been my release, my joy. Songwriting has been a gift from God that has allowed me to touch people with words and music. So thank you God, and thank you fans around the world and everyone at ACM for giving me this very special award.”

Prior to the award presentation, hosts Carly Pearce and Parker McCollum helped kick off the evening with a special tribute to Parton. The pair joined forces to perform her iconic Kenny Rogers duet, “Islands in the Stream.” Pearce then teamed up with Kaitlin Butts and Carter Faith for a performance of “9 to 5.”

The ACM Poet’s Award recognizes the lasting impact Parton has made on country music through her extraordinary songwriting career. The 13-time ACM Award winner and three-time ACM Awards host has spent decades turning personal experiences, heartbreak, faith and everyday life into songs that have become part of the fabric of country music.

Parton’s songwriting legacy includes some of the genre’s most recognizable and enduring songs, including “Jolene,” “Coat of Many Colors” and “I Will Always Love You.”

Throughout her career, Parton has also received multiple ACM Song of the Year nominations for songs including “You’re the Only One,” “9 to 5” and “When I Get Where I’m Going.”

Is Natalie Harp Married? Questions Circulate About Trump’s ‘Assistant’

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Is Natalie Harp married?

Officially an aide to Donald Trump with access to his phone and ear, something isn’t adding up in their relationship.

It’s clear that she has a fawning and unhealthy obsession with Trump. But is she his mistress?

Some reports suggest that the truth is more twisted than most had imagined.

Is Natalie Harp married?

When Senator Jon Ossoff listed off just a few of Donald Trump’s inadequacies, two words ignited a particular firestorm.

“He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie,” the Georgia Senator described.

What happened next was a fiery explosion from within the right-wing media ecosystem, with everyone from members of the Trump family to pundits to podcasters practically frothing at the mouth over the mention of Natalie Harp.

Officially, the 35-year-old blonde woman is some sort of assistant to Trump. She is essentially his shadow, penning his most rancid social media posts and printing a carefully curated supply of alleged good news.

Unofficially, many struggle to understand this relationship. Is she Trump’s mistress? Is she married?

No, Natalie Harp is not married.

In fact, there aren’t really any records of her prior to her entering Trump’s orbit.

She was previously a reporter for far-right news site OANN. Famously, she also credited Trump for saving her life after he signed a law allowing people to try experimental treatments.

(It’s true that she had bone cancer, but medical experts have said that the treatment that she apparently used was already accessible.)

By all accounts, the only man of any importance in her life is Trump. And he seems to occupy not only her professional life, but her thoughts and emotions.

Is she Donald Trump’s mistress?

Some accused Senator Ossoff of claiming that Trump was having an extramarital affair with Natalie Harp.

He neither said nor implied anything of the sort. Which calls into question why so many conservatives seemed to jump onto this same talking point.

At this time, there is no evidence of any sexual relationship between the two. Even Natalie’s brother, Preston Harp, believes that it is not a physical attraction on her part — even though he is critical of his sister’s association with Trump and hopes that she comes to her senses soon.

Still, this is a woman who writes emotional letters to Trump — apologizing for “embarrassing” him in public and openly gushing over him and signing them: “With all my heart, Natalie.”

Unfortunately, the true explanation appears to be stranger and creepier than a sexual affair.

What in the country fried fuck does this even mean 🤷

According to a report from The Daily Beast, the fact that Natalie Harp is not married allows her to be Trump’s “higher purpose bride.”

A Trump aide confided that her fawning adoration is part of “a Christian devotional relationship.”

This sort of thing is basically unheard of in every other aspect of society. However, among the elite ranks of far right Christian nationalists, this is a known and familiar dynamic where she is effectively worshiping Trump.

Trump values few things more than loyalty. Not loyalty to others — ask anyone whom he abandoned on the decoy plane last month. (Notably, he took Natalie with him.) Trump loves to be adored and appears to have lost touch with reality by surrounding himself with sycophants of this degree.

By the way, right now, a “higher purpose bride” seems to be all that Trump has. Melania avoids Natalie at all costs, according to reports. Which, conveniently, means avoiding Trump.

Hayden Panettiere Tried to Have Alcohol, Nitrous Oxide Delivered to Hotel Room Before …

Reading Time: 2 minutes

In the aftermath of Hayden Panettiere’s tragic death, new information about the beloved actress’ battle with addiction continues to emerge.

According to one new report, Hayden attempted to have alcohol and nitrous oxide cannisters (known as “whippits”) delivered to her room during a recent trip to Nashville.

A source tells Page Six that Hayden made the trip as part of her promotional tour for her memoir.

Actress Hayden Panettiere attends the 21st Annual Critics' Choice Awards at Barker Hangar on January 17, 2016 in Santa Monica, California.

“She had alcohol and whippits delivered. They wouldn’t allow it up to her room,” the insider claimed.

The source added that Panettiere was only “there for a day,” and she “wasn’t happy” that her items were not delivered.

In her memoir, Hayden wrote extensively about her struggles with alcoholism. Nitrous oxide can be huffed for a brief high.

Hayden’s publicist and friend Kasey Kitchen denies the allegation.

“She was in Nashville for a short amount of time and slept for most of it. She also had private security with her,” Kitchen said.

Two days prior to the Nashville trip, Kitchen appeared alongside Hayden during her interview with Tamron Hall.

During the episode, Hayden spoke candidly about the toll alcohol had taken on her health.

“When I got to the point of looking in the mirror and seeing my eyes had turned yellow, and that I didn’t recognize my body anymore and I went into that doctor’s office and got a blood test, and he told me ‘If you don’t stop, you’re going to be looking at a liver transplant,’” Panettiere explained.

Hall replied: “So, you’re 30 years old, and the doctor’s telling you, ‘You’re 30 years old, Hayden. You will not live to see 35.’”

“Yeah, [the doctor said], ‘If you do not stop immediately.’ And, I was like, ‘I can’t do that to me,’ and if I can’t do it for myself, I’m going to do it for my child,” Hayden said.

Sadly, it now looks as though Panettiere later lost her battle with addiction. While no official cause of death has been revealed, Hayden’s emergency was described as a “possible overdose” in a 911 call.

We will have further updates on this developing story as new information becomes available.

Lauren Alaina Shares Bittersweet Moment as Daughter Beni Doll Visits Late Grandfather’s Gravesite On His Birthday

Lauren Alaina is honoring her late father, J.J. Suddeth on what would have been his birthday by sharing a bittersweet moment with her daughter, Beni Doll.

In a new Instagram post, the country singer shared photos and a video of her young daughter visiting her grandfather’s gravesite. Sitting on the grass in an adorable pink onesie embroidered with her name, Beni waved and blew kisses to the grandfather that she never had the chance to meet.

Alongside the emotional clips and images, Alaina shared a sweet message dedicated to her dad. She revealed that she and Beni were singing to him, and that the 1-year-old even said “Pawpaw” during their visit.

She wrote, “Happy Birthday, Daddy. I hope you heard us singing for you. I hope you heard Beni say Pawpaw. I miss you so much. I love you.”

The post was filled with loving and supporting messages from friends and followers, many of which made sure to wish her dad a very happy birthday.

J.J. Suddeth unexpectedly died on July 23, 2024, at the age of 52. At the time, Alaina announced her father’s passing in an emotional statement on Instagram, writing, “We lost my daddy last night, and I really have no words yet.” The cause of his death has not been publicly revealed.

The “All My Exes” singer found out she was pregnant just weeks after the sudden and unexpected loss. She and her husband Cam Arnold then welcomed their beautiful baby girl on June 11, 2025. Even though Beni will never have the chance to meet her grandfather, it’s clear that Alaina is ensuring her little girl will know all about the legacy he left behind as they continue to celebrate in his memory.

Alaina has continued to speak openly about her father’s battle with sobriety and the impact it had on their family. Back in October of 2025 the American Idol alum got emotional with fans as she reflected on what would have been her father’s 13th year of sobriety.

“Today would’ve been his 13th year of sobriety if he had made it. He passed away a little over a year ago, but he didn’t make it to his 12th year either, and I’m not even sure about his 11th. He relapsed, and It’s a major contributing factor to why he’s no longer here with us,” she explained a the time.

Alaina used the vulnerable moment to encourage anyone struggling with addiction to seek help and lean on the people who love them.

“I just wanted to say that if you’re struggling, there are so many people who love you, and for you to love yourself and to get the help that you need and surround yourself with people who love you.”

The pair had a complicated relationship over the years, but they appeared to grow especially close in the years leading up to his death. He also became a source of inspiration for Alaina’s songwriting on several occasions.

In 2017, Alaina released “Doin’ Fine,” a deeply personal song that addressed her parents’ divorce and her father’s struggles with sobriety. Then in June 2021, the father-daughter duo shared the stage at the Grand Ole Opry alongside Alaina’s brother, Tyler, to perform Keith Whitley’s “When You Say Nothing At All.” The performance also helped celebrate Tyler’s 28th birthday.

While Suddeth’s life was filled with both joyful memories and difficult moments, Lauren Alaina continues to honor the impact he had on her life and keep his memory alive.

Inside NFL Training Camps: 12 Head Coaches Reveal Their Favorite Drills

At training camps around the NFL, the whistle is a powerful instrument, keeping practice on time and orderly. But it’s not the whistle that builds culture. It’s not the whistle that teaches skills. It’s not even the coach himself, necessarily. It’s the repetition of targeted drills. Of course, there are an infinite number of football drills. But the right drill can instill toughness alongside technique. The right drill can create confidence through preparation. The right drill can help a team win games and, ultimately, the Super Bowl. So we asked a dozen NFL head coaches for their favorite drill — and we also asked them to explain why it’s their favorite. Their answers provide a window not just into how the coaches tick but also into the kind of teams they’re building. Favorite Drill: Offensive Ball-Security Drill Drill It Down: As they weave through agility pads placed on the ground, offensive skill players focus on protecting the football while coaches try to poke the ball out with a utility stick (basically a pad on a pole). The Story Behind The Drill: There’s a reason the Rams are the overwhelming favorites to win the Super Bowl this season. Los Angeles boasts one of the most talented rosters in the league and is led by one of its best coaches. Still, injuries and inconsistent play can derail teams during the meat grinder of an NFL season. One way the forward-thinking McVay prepares his offense for the bad things that can happen is to start each practice with a ball-security drill, driving in that muscle memory to protect the football. It works. Last year, the Rams tied for fourth-best in the league with just 15 giveaways, their third straight season ranking in the top 10. “It’s important that what we do is in alignment with what we’re emphasizing,” McVay told me. “Are our words in alignment with our actions? And so, when we start every single practice and we’re going full speed with a ball-security circuit, it shows the importance of ball security. “It takes all 11, and [Rams OC] Nate Scheelhaase and the offensive coaches do a great job with those different ball-security drills. We ultimately want to have every drill translate to game reality and make sure we can emulate those game-like situations.” — Eric D. Williams Favorite Drill: Mamba Period Drill It Down: Competitive 11-on-11 period pitting starters against each other in simulated down-and-distance game situations. The Story Behind The Drill: They say imitation is the highest form of flattery. Well, Coen showed his respect for former boss Sean McVay by adopting his Mamba drill. After Kobe Bryant’s tragic death in 2020, McVay established the drill to honor one of the fiercest competitors ever to play pro sports. Coen was a Rams offensive assistant at that time. “It’s kind of stolen from the Rams, but we do a Mamba period every Wednesday and Thursday in homage to Kobe Bryant,” Coen told me. “It’s three plays, good on good, ones vs. ones and twos vs. twos. On Wednesdays, it’s first down, second-and-8-plus. Best out of three wins. We score it the whole day. And then the loser has something to do at the end of practice. “And then Thursday is third-down day. It’s five-man rush, man coverage. Let’s lock up ones vs. ones. Let’s play man defense, no meshes or runaways. Just play. Just win.” Last year, in his first season leading the Jaguars, Coen was looking for ways to challenge a franchise that has long struggled to establish a sustainable winning culture. Drills like the Mamba period helped him flip the script, with the Jaguars winning 13 games to reach the postseason. “I think that’s something that helped our team become more competitive as a group,” Coen said. “And it also allowed us to just go play, in-season, where a lot of coaches are like, ‘I ain’t doing a lot of good-on-good in-season.’ We did that for a long time.” — Eric D. Williams Favorite Drill: Catch-And-Run … With A Twist Drill It Down: Two receivers run their routes together, and when one catches the pass, the other is in charge of serving as a blocker downfield. The Story Behind The Drill: Campbell might have one of the highest-scoring and flashiest offenses in the league, but he’s still that same guy who said in his 2021 introductory press conference that he expected his players to “bite a kneecap off” their opponents. This drill demonstrates that attitude — because Campbell doesn’t want the drill to simply be about who makes a play for the ball. It’s just as much about who makes a play without the ball. Big passing plays often come when a receiver serves as a willing blocker. This is a test of toughness and grit — in hopes of generating explosive plays. “It’s basically our catch-and-run, but it’s catch, knife, and both receivers … are running around the bag,” Campbell said. “One of them is going to get the ball, and then one of them has to immediately turn into a blocker for that runner.” He added: “I love that drill. Because you come out, you don’t know who’s getting [the ball], right … and the minute that one [receiver] catches it, man, [the other has] to turn and burn and make the block. And then [the ball carrier has to] make the adjustment off of the blocker, so it all happens fast. It kind of initiates the run after catch, the block after catch.” — Henry McKenna Favorite Drill: Blocking Drill With A Rae Crowther One-Man Sled Drill It Down: Position coaches use a movable blocking sled to work on player fundamentals and technique. The Story Behind The Drill: Rae Crowther, a former college and professional lineman who went into coaching, invented the blocking sled in 1932. Nearly a century later, his invention still helps players focus on proper hand placement, playing with a low base and exploding through contact. It’s no surprise that an old-school coach like Jim Harbaugh would lean into a simple drill that focuses on basic football fundamentals and physicality. In his introductory press conference with the Chargers in 2024, he said: “We’re going to earn our winning as a tough team, a resilient team, a relentless team, a physical team. That is what we’re going to aspire to be. Don’t let the Powder Blues fool ya.” Even into his sixties, Harbaugh is still a hands-on coach who wears cleats to practice and likes to participate in drill work with players. Harbaugh, a former quarterback, said he also has an “anticipation throwing drill” he likes for QBs. “But the Crowder sled is probably my favorite. The one-man tackling sled, yep.” — Eric D. Williams Favorite Drill: Hitting The Sled Drill It Down: If you played football at basically any level, you know what this drill looks like. Whether it’s an individual or a group of players, they work to hit and move the sled. Different sleds teach different techniques. The Story Behind The Drill: LaFleur, who’s known as an offensive guru and scheme creator, knows that football games are actually won and lost by the big guys in the trenches. “It’s what they do,” LaFleur said. “It’s hand-to-hand combat.” — Henry McKenna Favorite Drill: Open-Field Tackling Drill It Down: Two players start back to back before running away from each other toward a cone. They then circle the cone and head upfield into a confined space, where the ball carrier can make a move while the defender tries to get a two-hand tag. The Story Behind The Drill: It’s fair to say that New England’s defense wasn’t very good after two weeks of the 2025 regular season. At the heart of the problem? Tackling. That’s why Vrabel, a former linebacker, values this drill so much. To open last season, the Patriots missed 11 tackles and lost to the Las Vegas Raiders, who ended up picking first in the NFL Draft. In Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins, New England missed 14 tackles against what would eventually be one of the weakest offenses in the NFL. “We were terrible in Miami last year,” Vrabel said when asked about his favorite drill. “You guys all know. You guys all reported on it, and we worked hard to improve it. There’s so many great athletes in this league with the football, and missed tackles just end up leading to [explosive] plays.” On their way to the Super Bowl, the Patriots wound up finishing fourth in total defense (yards allowed per game) and in scoring defense (18.8 points allowed per game). “I’ve seen guys improve with that drill,” Vrabel said. “That has nothing to do with any sort of contact. It’s just about a body movement and being able to play balanced and be able to change direction.” — Henry McKenna Favorite Drill: 2-Minute Drill Drill It Down: Highly competitive, 11-on-11 simulated end-of-half and end-of-game situations between offensive and defensive starters. The Story Behind The Drill: Quinn’s reasoning for his favorite drill is simple: It’s all about creating competition, something he learned from his mentor, Pete Carroll. “I like that everybody is heightened,” Quinn told me. “There’s a clock. There’s a down and distance. If you get into field-goal range, are you going for a touchdown? The pressure’s on, with the offense going against the defense. “For a long time, that’s been my favorite one. Sometimes, it’s 2-minute at the end of the half, and sometimes it’s the end of the game. I always like to see the O-line and D-line pass rush, so we don’t get into that until later in training camp. But we’ll work that drill every day, offseason included.” — Eric D. Williams Favorite Drill: E.A.T. Drill Drill It Down: Fundamental defensive drills Seattle performs each week that focus on Effort, Angles and Tackling. The Story Behind The Drill: The Seahawks emphasize a detailed, methodical approach to practice time and to being consistent each day, stacking strong performances. The result of that approach was Macdonald leading the team to a Super Bowl victory in just his second season as head coach. At the heart of Seattle’s approach is something Macdonald calls the E.A.T. drill. This tackling drill focuses on taking the right angle to the ball carrier to get him on the ground while other defenders swarm to the football. “It’s basically how we finish plays,” Macdonald told me. “So, it’s always about angles and tackling, things like that. To the naked eye, it looks like a tackling drill or a takeaway drill. But it’s applying our E.A.T. curriculum to the guys. It’s a way of life.” Macdonald used this core drill to construct the top defense in the league last season, holding opponents to a league-low 17 points per game. — Eric D. Williams Favorite Drill: The Sudden-Change Drill Drill It Down: At any point in practice, Steichen interrupts the session and announces a game situation for the offense, which has to take the ball and score. The Story Behind The Drill: Sometimes the problem with practice is that it can feel routine. It can feel inauthentic. It can come up short of addressing the randomness of football. The sudden-change drill focuses on football’s randomness. “Basically, I call it up in the middle of practice at any point in time,” Steichen said. “I lay out the situation for our guys. It could’ve been the defense gets a turnover, they scoop up a fumble, and get it down to the 15-yard line. It’s a sudden change, so our offense has to react and go score. “I do different sudden changes throughout practice … just to get our guys in the right mindset, because it’s going to happen in the games.” It’s a way to sneak in situational work. Oftentimes, the Colts will inform quarterback Daniel Jones that he’ll be doing third-down work. Or that he’ll be repping first-down situations. But in the sudden-change drill, Jones & Co. are not prepared for what Steichen has up his sleeve. — Henry McKenna Favorite Drills: 2-Minute Drill & Open-Field Tackling Drill Drill It Down: The 2-minute drill is, of course, an 11-on-11 scrimmage that simulates the closing 120 seconds of a half or a game. For the open-field tackling drill, it’s one tackler and one runner staying within an area marked off by cones. The runner must use what space he has to avoid the tackler. The tackler is drilling pursuit angles. The Story Behind The Drills: The Panthers played 10 one-score games last year during the regular season and finished 7-3 in those contests. In the postseason, they once again found themselves in a one-score game — and they lost, 34-31, to the Rams. So it should come as little surprise that Canales likes the 2-minute drill. “It’s just the heightened arousal state. It’s the shortest amount of time depending on the field position, the situation, making guys have to perform quickly, do something after the catch to respond,” he said. “The referees are involved. The coaches are also in a heightened awareness. “I think it’s one of the greatest things you can do in terms of just getting your team to play good football, making them have to think on the fly and make critical decisions and critical plays.” The former offensive coordinator’s other favorite drill, interestingly enough, is a defensive drill. “It’s open-field tackling — it doesn’t even have to be in pads, but tracking the near hip. I think it’s one of the most critical parts to having success,” Canales said. “… Just learning how to take a banana path to track the hip in different positions. All of our players will face some type of a tackle or blocking people in space that makes you have to take a good angle and eliminate the field and create a one-way go for the opponent.” Canales said that even quarterbacks will participate in this drill at times. After all, they become would-be tacklers after a turnover. — Henry McKenna Favorite Drills: Screen Drill And Scramble Drill Drill It Down: The screen drill simulates a screen pass, a play in which a few offensive linemen drift toward the sideline in front of a running back. And after the back catches the ball, the linemen form a wall of blockers he can run behind. The drill works on the most important part of any screen: timing. As for the scramble drill, it’s about teaching the offense how to operate when a play breaks down. Different teams have different rules for their receivers about where to go when a quarterback breaks out of the pocket. Similarly, there are different techniques and assignments to practice for defenders when dealing with a scrambling QB. The Story Behind The Drills: The common adage about screen passes is that they are an extension of the ground game. They are a way to help a passer who is constantly under fire from the pass-rush. In 2025, the Saints were far from an elite offense, but they did have the 15th-best quarterback pressure rate allowed (33.7%), per Next Gen Stats. That’s a vast improvement from 2024, when they were eighth-worst at 37.4%. That’s surely thanks to the team’s offensive line improvements. But maybe those screens paid off, too. “It’s hard to replicate screens from an offensive perspective in practice — just because of the tempo at which you practice,” Moore said. “That’s a little bit of a challenge, but we do as many screen drills as we can.” As for the scramble drill, Moore said it’s a focus “for both sides of the football just because it shows up so much in the game, so you’ve got to spend as much time as you can on it.” More and more, we’re seeing mobile quarterbacks around the league get creative beyond the structure of the play. So it’s fitting to drill the second break. The initial play doesn’t actually matter in this drill. Often, the closest pass-catcher to the QB takes off downfield. The rest of the receivers are supposed to work across the field with the quarterback. Anyone who was going vertical will actually return to the QB. For players on defense, they often need to get into “plaster” coverage where they plaster themselves to the nearest receiver. — Henry McKenna Favorite Drill: Basketball? Drill It Down: Basically, it’s a game of H-O-R-S-E. The Story Behind The Drill: Taylor is a coach who likes to score. He’s also a coach who’s working on generating more energy from his teams early in the season, which is primarily when they have struggled during his seven-year tenure. So perhaps this unusual “drill” makes sense, in a way. Especially for Pro Bowl receiver and former high school hoops star Tee Higgins. “I think outside the box, not necessarily a drill,” Taylor said. “We wanted to start our season fast last year, and so we started our training camp every day … meeting in our basketball gym. We have a hoop in our gym — in our weight room — and two guys, offense and defense, competed. … Just to kind of get the adrenaline flowing a little bit going to meetings, going into practice. “It’s maybe a little unorthodox, but that’s something a little bit unique that we did.” — Henry McKennaLatest Sports News from FOX Sports

Mitch McConnell Appears Dazed, Confused in Senate Footage

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Even before his disappearance over two months ago, Mitch McConnell was a shell of his former self.

These days, some believe that he is so unwell that he is unable to return to the Senate.

Others believe that McConnell is dead and that those in power are concealing his passing until the time is right.

Footage of McConnell struggling to figure out how to vote on the Senate floor isn’t really encouraging. Take a look:

Mitch McConnell seemed lost and dazed on the Senate floor

Unless you count dubious “proof of life” photos that do not actually prove anything, no one seems to have seen Senator McConnell in over two months.

The Kentucky politician was hospitalized on June 14.

Based upon eyewitness reports, he did not seem to be doing well as he was hauled away in an ambulance.

Since then, extremely reasonable people have been asking for actual proof that he is alive and well.

But it looks like, even before his hospitalization, McConnell was struggling to even go through the motions of serving his constituents.

As TMZ has documented from CSPAN footage, McConnell appears to have been confused and disoriented on the Senate floor.

Notably, this was in early June — 10 days prior to his hospitalization.

The June 4th session involved Senators voting 29 times during an 18-hour span of time in what’s called a “vote-a-rama.”

McConnell seemed to struggle with simple yes-or-no votes.

As you can see in the video, everyone from McConnell’s chief of staff to a clerk to Senator Bernie Moreno seems to coach McConnell after he votes the opposite of the way that he presumably would have wanted to.

An experienced Senator should be able to cast votes without guidance

The video shows McConnell changing a vote after being “corrected” by others.

It also shows people visually show him how to vote, as if he has forgotten and needs guidance.

McConnell does seem to follow their, ah, helpful guidance.

Later in the recording ,we can see McConnell sitting stationary for 6 hours while the Senators around him mill about.

Look, perhaps he was patiently meditating. Or perhaps, however unlikely, he was high out of his mind on gummies. But most do not believe these innocuous explanations.

McConnell has not been seen in public since June 14. We are now nearing the end of August.

Even without the footage of him shuffling while seemingly disoriented, people suspected that his health event either caused such catastrophic damage that he can no longer feign wellness … or simply ended his life.

Some even speculated that his alleged death might be announced in August — after the deadline to hold a special election to replace him had passed.

As it stands, the people of Kentucky are down 50% of their Senate representation. And most folks do not expect to see McConnell again unless there is an open casket.

Hey, maybe we’re all wrong. Perhaps he is really in a rehab facility regaining his tortoise strength and will return stronger than ever to the Senate. But we have to ask ourselves: what explanation is most likely?
