Back in June, Tom Sandoval was accused of shoving his girlfriend’s dad into an open fire pit while there were flames still burning inside.
For obvious reasons, Tom and Victoria Lee Robinson broke up shortly thereafter.
And now, their split has somehow become even uglier than Sandoval’s breakup with Ariana Madix.
TMZ has obtained a new court filing pertaining to Tom’s ongoing restraining order case against Victoria.
The Vanderpump Rules alum levels some shocking accusations in the documents, including claims about an alleged groin-kicking attack that took place in October while he was on tour with his band, Tom Sandoval and the MOST Extras, in Florida.
Sandoval claims that Victoria “kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew and fans.”
He alleges that Victoria had “consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus” earlier in the night.
Sandoval went on to claim that “she kicked my groin area with her legs and yelled insults such as ‘You have a tiny f–king penis! F-k you!”
He says that during the tour, venue owners and managers became concerned about Victoria’s alleged drug use backstage, especially after claims that she invited fans backstage and shared drugs with them.
Sandoval claims his ex’s behavior was so concerning that his band manager and musical director “expressed that they wanted to ban her from continuing on the tour.”
Tom also claims that Victoria’s actions caused him “distress and anxiety” and alleged that her antics left him “frazzled” and “anxious” before his America’s Got Talent performance in August of 2025.
He says Victoria continuously remarked that he’s “not a real man,” but despite the impact on his self-confidence, he says he stayed with her because “she threatened to ruin my life if I left her.”
“[Victoria] repeatedly told me and others that she would destroy my life and ‘get the Ariana [Madix] treatment,’ referring to the public attention and career opportunities my former girlfriend received after our breakup,” he alleges.
Tom was granted a temporary restraining order against Vicotria in June, and he’s now seeking to have it extended.

The vulnerability heard in Matthew’s voice effortlessly aligns with the emotional exhaustion woven throughout the song. His honest lyrics depict the numbness and pressure that comes with success and the constant “war of comparison” that invades his mind.
While he tries to put his head down and work, and pray for the answers he desperately seeks, the truth is he is quietly struggling so much that he doesn’t even recognize himself anymore.
“I’m on autopilot I don’t feel my emotions/ Stranger to myself, hopin’ that nobody’ll notice/ And mentally I’m crashin’/ I’m fallin’ when I’m flyin’/ Tell me, when did livin’ start to feel like/ I’ve been dyin’?/ ‘Cause I’m on autopilot/ Yeah, I’m on autopilot,” the Warner Records Nashville artist sings.
Matthew explains that “Autopilot” was written about an incredibly difficult season of life, one that found him wondering if he would ever come out on the other side. He has been honest with fans before through his music, but this song opens up a whole new level of transparency.
“‘Autopilot’ is the most important song I’ve ever released,” says Matthew. “I wrote it about one of the lowest points of my life, when I was just going through the motions and honestly didn’t care what tomorrow looked like.”
He goes on to say that by sharing this deeply personal track with the perspective he has now, he hopes that those facing their own struggles can find comfort in knowing they are not alone.
“Looking back now, I can see God was pursuing me even when I didn’t realize it. My hope is that anyone who’s struggling hears this song and knows there’s hope, because there absolutely was for me,” he adds.
The song arrives during one of the biggest years in Chase Matthew’s career. His current single, “Holdin’ It Down,” recently entered the Top 30 at country radio, while his duet with Lauren Alaina, “All My Exes,” continues its rise at No. 13.
Amid all his success on the airwaves, he has been busy on the road and will continue touring until the end of the year. Fans can catch him serving as direct support for select dates of Jason Aldean’s Songs About Us Tour as well as select dates of Aldean and Luke Bryan’s Double Down Tour.

This spring, Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt broke up.
Now, in addition to co-parenting their infant daughter, at least one of them is moving on romantically.
Brooks Nader’s sister, Sarah Jane Nader, was just spotted with the famous status symbol. Yes, there’s a video.
Is this a relationship soft-launch or are we all somehow misunderstanding what we’re seeing?
Pete Davidson appears to be moving on.
Just three months after his public breakup with Elsie Hewitt (which came just months after they welcomed their child), he was spotted out and about with a new gal.
Sarah Jane Nader is a reality TV personality of Love Thy Nader fame.
On Monday, August 3, he was spotted walking towards his car with Nader, opening the passenger door to let the 23-year-old inside.

Technically, we cannot confirm or deny whether Davidson and Nader are an item.
We all know that many people give rides to others.
Sometimes, you just need to be dropped off by a friend-of-a-friend without waiting on a rideshare.
But Davidson and Nader (but especially Davidson) are public figures, who know that being seen out together is going to get reported. They also know what many will assume.
With that in mind, this almost feels like a soft launch of a relationship. Which is not to say that it’s going anywhere or seems serious in any way.
In May, Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt split despite welcoming Scottie Rose, their daughter, just months earlier.
Breakups happen. They are not always well timed.
(And no, staying together for a child’s sake does not do the child any favors.)
Reports soon said that Davidson and Hewitt were no longer getting along, even though they’d like to be amicable co-parents and remain friends.
Hewitt even admitted that she was looking for some sort of nanny. Her very public post seemed like a thinly veiled callout of Davidson than a help wanted ad.
The good news is that, in July, Davidson and Hewitt shared that they had reached a co-parenting agreement.
Their priority will, they affirmed, be their daughter.
Meanwhile, Sarah Jane Nader’s romance history is a little less dramatic.
Her last romantic entanglement was Alexis Williams. That was back in 2024.
Right now, we’ll see if anything more comes of Davidson and Nader’s sighting. For now, all that we know is that she got into his car.

As we previously reported, rock legend Phil Collins was once placed on life support as a result of his heavy drinking.
The incident happened in 2023, but Phil is just now opening up about his near-death experience — and the serious drinking that led up to it.
In an interview with The Sunday Times, the 75-year-old recalled spending seven months hospitalized in Switzerland after his organs began shutting down.
Collins says he had been sober for several years and began suffering major consequences following a relapse.
And it seems that at his lowest point, he began drinking first thing in the morning.
“I’d have wine when I woke up. That was what I’d want for breakfast, a glass of wine,” he told the Times.
“But I didn’t drink into the night, you know. So, I wasn’t really aware of having a problem, to be honest.”
Collins says the situation got so bad that there were conversations about “pulling the plug.”
“There were some decisions to be made about, ‘Do we keep Phil on life support?’ kind of thing,” Collins said.
“My kidneys were packing up, my organs were just seizing up. People were coming to say goodbye.”
At one point, Collins was so close to death that his five children traveled from afar to say goodbye to him in his hospital bed.
The former Genesis frontman added that he has no memory of those final visits.
“But I don’t remember them coming. I didn’t have no idea this was going on,” he explained.
“They were all worried that they wouldn’t see me again. It could all have gone so terribly wrong.”
Collins was first admitted to the hospital in late 2023 after returning to heavy drinking. He was released shortly before Christmas but was hospitalized again just weeks later, eventually spending months recovering from the ordeal.
Thankfully, he says he hasn’t touched a drop since he left the hospital in early 2024.
These days, Collins’ health might not be perfect, but at 75, he says he plans to continue touring and recording.
And for millions of devoted fans, that’s music to their ears.
