Country music fans at home got a front-row seat to one of Riley Green’s standout CMA Fest moments when his performance of “Change My Mind” aired during CMA Fest presented by SoFi, the three-hour ABC special showcasing highlights from the four-day festival.
Filmed inside Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, the performance showcased the Alabama native’s signature charm as he delivered the steamy fan-favorite to the excited crowd. He instantly drew fans into the flirtatious lyrics and laid-back tone that have made the song a standout on his album, Don’t Mind If I Do.

Written by the Alabama native alongside Erik Dylan and Randy Montana, the No. 1 track depicts the push-and-pull of a relationship that’s hard to walk away from, even when the man at hand swears he’s finally done with the woman for good.
With emotionally charged lyrics like, “Girl, the second that you lose that dress / that’s the second that I second guess” and “I kinda like when you wreck everything and change my mind,” Green gave the live audience a full dose of honesty.
Riley Green is pulling double duty during the broadcast. In addition to taking the stage, he also served as a co-host of the night alongside Good Morning America’s Lara Spencer.
Sharing a glimpse into his hosting approach with Country Now, the “Think as You Drunk” singer revealed he didn’t want to take the serious route, and instead intentionally leaned more towards creating a fun, lighthearted energy for the night while staying true to himself.
“I think it’d be really tough for me to be the serious guy. I think I’ll probably have to go with a goofy guy from Alabama, which I play pretty well,” he shared while backstage at Nissan Stadium.
His performance aired as part of the CMA Fest Presented by SoFi broadcast that ran on Thursday, June 25 at 8/7c on ABC and will be available for streaming the next day on Hulu.
The star-studded concert special also featured performances from Bailey Zimmerman, Blake Shelton, The Band Perry, Brothers Osborne, Carly Pearce, Cody Johnson, Deana Carter, Ella Langley, Fetty Wap, Florida Georgia Line, Gretchen Wilson, HARDY, Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Jordan Davis, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, Luke Bryan, Michael McDonald, Molly Tuttle, The Red Clay Strays, Ricky Skaggs, Russell Dickerson, Shaboozey, Shay Morgan, Stephen Wilson Jr., Tim McGraw, Tucker Wetmore, and Zach Top.
SoFi has been named the first-ever broadcast presenting sponsor and Official Bank of CMA Fest, joining the festival in a partnership centered on helping people pursue financial independence through music. As part of the collaboration, SoFi will highlight standout performances, including country icon Deana Carter and the live debut of Shaboozey’s new single, “Cowgirl.”
Country stars will get to bring their music back to the stages around downtown Nashville next year with the 54th CMA Fest set to take place June 10–13, 2027.

Florida Georgia Line sent Nissan Stadium into a frenzy during CMA Fest when they reunited for a two-song performance during the annual festival.
The duo’s Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard were introduced by legendary boxing announcer Michael Buffer, who hyped up the crowd for the surprise moment, shouting, “Let’s get ready to rumble!”
BK and Tyler made their way to the stage from opposite sides of the stadium, ultimately meeting in the middle as fans erupted in cheers throughout the venue.

The packed stadium joined together for a massive sing-along of the duo’s 2013 hit “Round Here,” followed by their classic “Cruise,” sending the audience into a full-blown frenzy.
Their performances were filmed and aired during CMA Fest presented by SoFi on ABC Thursday night.
Ahead of the reunion, the duo had been teasing something big, updating their social media accounts with a new profile photo and unveiling a Downtown Nashville billboard that read “FGL LFG” alongside a phone number. Fans who texted the number received a message reading: “Turns out, some things are just better together. Much more to come. FGL LFG.”
This marked Florida Georgia Line’s first major performance together since 2022. Earlier this year, BK and Tyler also reunited onstage to perform a song they co-wrote for Jason Aldean during his surprise No. 1 party in Nashville.
In recent months, the pair have continued fueling reunion speculation with shared social posts. They were also photographed together the CMA Awards last fall.
Following CMA Fest, it was also revealed that Florida Georgia Line signed with The Core Entertainment for management and CAA (Creative Artists Agency) for booking, sparking even more speculation that a larger return could be on the horizon.
Florida Georgia Line was one of several acts who performed during CMA Fest, which took over downtown Nashville in early June and brought an estimated 100,000 fans per day to Music City.

Other performers included Bailey Zimmerman, Blake Shelton, The Band Perry, Brothers Osborne, Carly Pearce, Cody Johnson, Deana Carter, Ella Langley, HARDY, Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Jordan Davis, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, Luke Bryan, Michael McDonald, Molly Tuttle, The Red Clay Strays, Ricky Skaggs, Riley Green, Russell Dickerson, Shaboozey, Stephen Wilson Jr., Tim McGraw, Tucker Wetmore, and Zach Top.
The special will be available to stream on Hulu on Friday.

Ella Langley showcased her star power during the CMA Fest presented by SoFi broadcast, delivering standout performances of “Be Her” and “Choosin’ Texas” during the three-hour televised special.
Stepping onto the stage in a white mini dress detailed with a delicate floral pattern, Langley leaned into her signature soft yet modern country aesthetic. The long, flowing sleeves added movement to her performance, while matching white boots completed the look.

During her set, the Alabama native put two of the biggest songs of her career on display. Up first was “Be Her,” which has officially been declared Langley’s fifth chart-topping single of her career.
The songstress made her way from one side of the stage to the other while delivering the infectious tune that finds her looking at someone else’s life and thinking, why can’t that be me? She lays out a candid message, touching on the desire to become the best and most picture-perfect version of herself. What she’s describing is a woman who seems to have it all figured out.
Next up was yet another monumental hit, “Choosin’ Texas,” co-written and produced by Langley with Miranda Lambert, alongside producer Ben West and co-writers Luke Dick and Joybeth Taylor. From the second the opening note filled the speakers, the packed venue of country music fans roared with cheers, igniting a massive sing-along.

Langley’s performance of the No. 1 hit inside Nissan stadium displayed her effortless confidence and signature southern charm as she told bittersweet tale of heartbreak, sung from the perspective of someone realizing the man she loves was never really hers as his heart is firmly rooted in Texas, and with someone else.
Both performances were filmed at the home of the Tennessee Titans during night one of CMA Fest 2026. Ella Langley was among the many artists whose onstage moments have been featured in the three-hour special. CMA Fest presented by SoFi, co-hosted by Riley Green and Lara Spencer, aired Thursday, June 25 at 8/7c on ABC and is available to stream the following day on Hulu.

Jelly Roll previewed his newly released song, “Hands Up” live during night one of CMA Fest 2026 at Nissan Stadium. Now, fans at home are getting the chance to experience that unforgettable moment through CMA Fest presented by SoFi, the three-hour ABC special showcasing highlights from the four-day festival.
The Tennessee native’s time on the main stage of the massive venue came to life during tonight’s broadcast, just days after he officially released it to streaming. Even before it was out, the song has become a powerful part of his live sets recently.

Throughout the track, penned by Jelly Roll with HARDY, Chase McGill, Joe Fox and Rocky Block, the genre-bending star reflects on different chapters of his life, from his teenage years attending concerts in Nashville to some of the mistakes he made as a young adult and the lessons he learned along the way.
As the song unfolds, he continues to take listeners on a journey through those memories, showing how each experience helped shape the person he is today, one that has parted with the devil and found himself leading with his faith. By the end, listeners learn that the overall message signals growth, gratitude, and finding peace with the road that got him to this point.

Once the impactful chorus hit, the “Save Me” singer encouraged the crowd at Nissan Stadium to throw their hands in the air and join him on the singalong.
He sings, “Put your hands up/ Everybody put your hands up/ If you ain’t perfect but you try/ Put ‘em way up to the sky/ Touchin’ heaven kinda high/ Ain’t that where we wanna go when we die/ Whoa, whoa, whoa/ Just put your hands up/ Everybody put your hands up.”
Jelly Roll was just one of the many superstars who appeared during the three-hour broadcast. CMA Fest Presented by SoFi was co-hosted by Riley Green and Good Morning America’s Lara Spencer and aired Thursday, June 25 at 8/7c on ABC. It will be available for streaming the next day on Hulu.
