WATCH: Thomas Rhett’s New ‘Chapter 10’ Video Offers A Montage Of His Love Story Told Through Home Videos

Thomas Rhett is tugging at the heartstrings with the release of a new video for his tender song, “Chapter 10.”

Inspired by his real-life love story with his wife, Lauren, the video combines nostalgic clips documenting moments in their lives that have led them to where they are today, with a house full of four daughters and another child on the way.

The video opens with the moment the country star asked Lauren’s dad for her hand in marriage. He notes, “I have loved your daughter since she was 15 and I was 15 and ever since we’ve been dating, I’ve wanted to marry her from day one.”

From there, the uplifting tune begins to play and Rhett sets out to take listeners on a journey of the highs and lows of a relationship and all the milestones that come between. Within the tune, he reveals that their love story isn’t nearly over yet because just as one chapter comes to a close, there’s another one waiting to begin.

He sings, “Chapter ten, girl, we were over/ And I think most people would say Ain’t no way you walking ‘way’s thе final page, oh/ In between my drunk and sober/ I’vе been kneeling down to pray/ We just ain’t got to the part out in the rain where I’d get you back/ And I’d live happily ever after with you honey/ But this ain’t where our story ends/ Goodbye’s only chapter ten out of twenty.”

Through the years of never-before-seen home footage captured by Lauren’s dad, Steve Gregory, viewers don’t just hear about Rhett sing about their love story, they get to witness it through real-life memories.

The first few “Chapters” offer a glimpse into their early days of dating, navigating high school and crossing off a few firsts. As the video moves on, we see them grow up together, say “I do,” and become Mr. + Mrs. Akins. Their life as a family of two doesn’t last long though, as they soon travel to Africa to meet Willa, who would become their eldest daughter.

From there, their love continues to grow, welcoming three more beautiful girls who become part of their story and the memories that unfold in this video. The clips document new kinds of milestone moments like gender reveal parties and Baby No. 5’s pregnancy announcement. Woven in between these personal memories is a compilation of the “After All The Bars Are Closed” singer’s award show wins which always include Lauren by his side.

The country star recently brought his Better In Boots tour to a close after a year of unforgettable live shows. Next up on the books for Rhett is a trip to the UK in July and August of 2026 as a supporting act on Luke Combs’ My Kinda Saturday Night Tour.

Russell Dickerson Pulls Back the Curtain on His New Single ‘Worth Your Wild’

Russell Dickerson is giving fans a look behind the curtain and sharing how his new single, “Worth Your Wild” came to be. After earning record-breaking first-week streaming numbers, the track officially impacts country radio this week and is already one of the most-added songs.

Co-written with longtime collaborators Parker Welling and Casey Brown, the song appears on Dickerson’s critically acclaimed fourth studio album, FAMOUS BACK HOME.

Between the heartfelt lyrics and high-energy adventurous spirit that revs throughout the powerful beats, Dickerson captures his signature country charm while also attempting to push the boundaries a bit sonically.

“I mean it’s like we’re not reinventing the wheel here with this song, but sonically I would say definitely pushed boundaries that, I haven’t heard country songs that sound like that. And so that was so fun,” he recently told Country Now and other outlets.

The song was penned during a writing session at the beach, which also spawned the project’s title track, “Famous Back Home.” “Worth Your Wild” evolved from some “mad huge guitar sounds,” courtesy of Brown, and some off-the-cusp riffs that were felt in the moment.

“He is a metal kid too, and so I was like, I just want something that’s so vibey and a little heavier and groovy. And we just kind of cooked that up,” Dickerson recalled. “I think it was over lunch while we were scarfing it down, and me and him went in and just started doing that and I started singing the title. I just had the title ‘Worth your Wild’…it was like, that’s kind of cool. And I just started freestyling over that.”

Set against a backdrop of winding backroads and starry skies, “Worth Your Wild” captures the thrill of an instant connection. Dickerson celebrates the spontaneity of romance and the promise to match his partner’s energy, creating an unforgettable night together.

He sings, “I’ll make it worth your wild/This gravel goes for miles/ She hit me with that smile/ And she said, “Gun it, keep the night runnin’/ Pull me closer like this Friday night on fire like/ Girl, I like your style/ Keep drivin’ me crazy/ And I’ll make it worth your wild.”

Much like the rest of the record, Dickerson was very hands on with the making of this tune. He put his creativity to the test with each track and the result is a collection as authentic and fun-loving as he is.

“I feel like album one, I was hands on everything. I played the ‘Yours’ guitar solo. I played ‘Every Little Thing’ guitar solo. I played the ‘MGNO’ guitar. I have my hands on everything,” he shared. “And this is the first album since the first that I’ve actually gone back and got my hand really dirty and got in there. So that one specifically was super fun to dive in on.”

Russell Dickerson continues Round Three of his RUSSELLMANIA TOUR, bringing him to hit arenas and amphitheaters nationwide. More dates are expected to be announced soon.

Additionally, he just announced that he will be teaming up with the Jonas Brothers for a brand-new version of his hit, “Happen To Me,” dropping this Friday. Along with collaborating in the studio, the country star recently joined the sibling trio as a special guest on their 2025 Tour.
