50 Cent Fires Back After Vivica A. Fox Warns Women Not To Date Him

50 Cent responded to Vivica A. Fox with a playful jab after the actress told a crowd she regretted dating him and warned others not to follow in her footsteps.

The G-Unit mogul posted an AI-generated image of himself holding a red and blue pill on Monday night (November 10).

“Either way I’m a have that ass in the matrix,” he captioned the post. ‘You know I love me some you girl, but Damn it’s been 22 years Vivica.”

A post shared by 50 Cent (@50cent)

His post came just days after Fox opened up during a keynote speech at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo, where she reflected on their brief but headline-grabbing relationship from 2003.

When asked what advice she would give her 17-year-old self, the 61-year-old actress didn’t hesitate.

“Don’t date 50 Cent,” she said, drawing laughter from the audience. “Don’t date no damn rappers.”

But the moment turned serious as she revealed the emotional toll the relationship took on her. “Just so you know, it took me years to be able to laugh about it,” Fox said. “I had to learn to laugh not to cry no more. But I did it.”

Their romance began after 50 Cent publicly flirted with her at the 2003 BET Awards. The relationship lasted about eight months but has managed to stay in the public conversation for over two decades, often reigniting through interviews, social media posts or throwback clips.

In a 2024 interview, Fox described the “In Da Club” rapper as “the love of my life” and said he would “always have a very special place in my heart.” Her latest remarks, however, suggest a more complicated view of their history.

Their public exchanges have ranged from playful to petty, including disputes over TV ratings and Instagram posts.

Earlier this year, 50 Cent shared a clip from their 2003 BET Awards moment.

“I look back at some of the s### that I did,’ he wrote. “I gotta learn to shut the f### up. Look at that look at end that’s trouble. WTF.”

‘They just didn’t want to’: South Carolina Publix deli runs out of banana peppers for customer’s sub. Is the policy to take some from the aisle?

After learning her local Publix deli was out of banana peppers for her sub, a South Carolina woman questions why the staff couldn’t simply walk over to the aisle and grab a replacement. Apparently, she’s not the only one with this question.

TikTok user Galina Mamontova (@galinamamontova) posted the video with her Publix deli question on Sep. 24. She starts the video with a simple question. “Can someone at Publix please tell me how y’all run out of things at the deli?” she asks.

Mamontova explained that she just went to Publix for a sub and asked the deli worker to add banana peppers to it. “She was like, ‘We’re out of banana peppers.’ I was like, ‘OK, no problem, I’ll just get jalapenos,’” she says. “But I thought about it and I was like, ‘I really want banana peppers.’”

She decided that she could just go to the banana pepper aisle on her way out of the store and add them to her sub at home. But then it occurred to her that the deli workers at Publix could easily do the same thing. “How am I willing to just go to the aisle, get banana peppers, and call it a day, but how are they not able to?” she asks.

Viewers React to South Carolina Woman’s Publix Sub Question

In the comments, former and current Publix employees weighed in on the question. One segment of the commenters said that the deli worker or the manager can actually pull product off of the shelves to serve customers.

“I guarantee if you ask the store manager, they will grab a bottle of them off the shelf and take it to the deli,” wrote one person. “Signed, a former store manager.”

A second viewer agreed. “The deli manager should have already done that.”

However, another segment of the commenters said it’s not as easy as it might sound. “The deli has to order the toppings from the supplier,” one viewer wrote. “Once we run out of those, we’re out. If a customer wants them and we’re out, we can pull them from the shelf to meet your needs. The banana peppers that are on the shelf are not the same ones the deli gets in for subs. It’s just a different process and not as cut and dry as you would think.”

Can the Publix Deli Take Toppings from the Grocery Section?

While it’s not common or particularly cost effective, sometimes restaurateurs use grocery store ingredients to supplement their inventories. So it doesn’t appear government regulation would bar this activity.

Furthermore, according to the Publix deli page, customers can choose from the selection of meats and cheeses at the deli counter, and they can also even look around the store and pick other brands that they’d like to try. The deli worker will slice those up to create a customized sandwich.

Although the page doesn’t specifically mention banana peppers, it seems reasonable to assume that the policy extends to toppings. Either way, as Mamontova proved with her video, it never hurts to at least ask.

All Hip Hop contacted Mamontova via TikTok comment and direct message for comment.

EXCLUSIVE: Bad News For Lil Uzi – Rapper Sued For $110M For Stealing Big Hit “I Just Wanna Rock”

Lil Uzi Vert is being accused of ripping off one of his biggest hits, “I Just Wanna Rock,” in a new $110 million copyright lawsuit filed in federal court by a Rochester, New York artist who claims Uzi’s 2022 anthem borrows nearly all of its DNA from his earlier track “Pain and Pleasure.”

Sharrief K. Bouchet, known professionally as Rawyal or Rief Rawyal, alleges that “I Just Wanna Rock” — released October 17, 2022 — “copied the original hook, melody, and theme” of his record, particularly the signature chant “When I rock ah ah.”

A forensic musicologist’s report attached to the filing found a 93-97% derivation between the two songs. The analysis, conducted by Musicologize founder Brian McBrearty, cited shared tempo, structure, and rhythmic patterns — especially the identical “ah” vocal chants and the nearly indistinguishable lyrical phrasing around the word “rock.”

McBrearty’s report noted that both tracks “reside in the core band of ‘allegro,’between 130–150 beats per minute, and employ the same drum pattern and rhythmic syncopation, known as’ tresillo,’a hallmark of reggaeton and dance beats.”

He added that both songs feature “first-person, present-tense declarations that end with the identical word ‘rock,’forming a parallel lyrical structure.”

In “Pain and Pleasure,” Rawyal sings, “Pain and pleasure when I rock, ah, ah,” while Uzi’s version chants, “I just wanna rock, ah, ah, ah, ah.” McBrearty concluded these moments form “the hook, or the heart, of the respective works.”

Rief Rawyal says he released “Pain and Pleasure” on August 15, 2022, and later saw his version suppressed on Meta platforms after Uzi’s record dropped that October.

He claims that his uploads were repeatedly muted or removed from Instagram and Facebook as “Just Wanna Rock” gained popularity across TikTok, Fortnite, and in the trailer for the Blue Beetle movie.

The lawsuit claims Uzi and Atlantic Records had direct access to Rief Rawyal’s material. The rapper says he’d been in contact with Lanre Gaba, now president of Hip-Hop, R&B and Global Music at Atlantic Records, since 2012.

He provided the label executive with original songs, including music files and demos, during that period.

He argues that this established a “clear institutional pathway” for his unreleased material to circulate internally, potentially leading to Uzi or his producers obtaining and recreating elements of his beat and hook structure.

The suit names Lil Uzi Vert, Atlantic Records, Generation Now, Roc Nation, and Warner Music Group as defendants. Rief Rawyal argues that the companies used his creation to secure lucrative licensing deals with TikTok, Meta, and artificial intelligence firms.

He’s demanding more than $110 million in damages, citing lost streaming revenue, sync and licensing deals, and reputational harm. The filing also seeks retroactive publishing credit, an ownership share and an injunction to stop further use of the song.

Rief Rawyal, a former Jive Records artist and U.S. Marine veteran, says Pain and Pleasure was meant to mark his comeback after years away from music.

He insists that Atlantic had access to his work and that its subsequent reappearance in a global hit robbed him of the recognition and commercial opportunities he was poised to regain.

The lawsuit is the latest legal action the rapper is facing. He is currently being sued by a Jane Doe assistant who claims the rapper harassed her at work and created a toxic environment.

He is also being sued for beating a man on a Manhattan street, smashing the guy’s phone to pieces and then throwing hundred-dollar bills at him to humiliate him.

SIGNS: Government Shutdown Sparks Viral TikTok Theory About Secret Psyop

Being laid off during this crisis isn’t easy, and the government hasn’t really backed up all those employees who lost their jobs. I’m pretty sure some of y’all in Houston have noticed what’s happening at the airport…whole sections are empty! The TSA workers didn’t show up and now flights are being delayed or canceled. The government pays these people weekly, so it’s strange to see so many of them gone. It makes me wonder if any of this makes sense. But wait…people are still paying taxes, SNAP benefits are being cut…and yet things keep getting worse. We need to come together, because at this point, none of the divisions really matter.

What do you all think about this?

There’s a viral video circulating across platforms like TikTok claiming the government might never open back up. The idea is that officials are testing how people will react to the absence of government — basically, seeing if we’ll accept living without it. It’s an interesting thought, because you wouldn’t expect that from a democratic society, but maybe that’s exactly what we’ve become. It’s starting to feel less like a democracy and more like an oligarchy.

There’s also this long-standing idea that Donald Trump won’t leave office after the next three years, that somehow, some way, he’ll find a way to stay in power. People have floated a few theories: one is that he’ll just refuse to go; another is that a new war could be “created,” forcing him to remain in charge; and a third theory says the government will simply cease to function, leaving no system in place to remove him. All of these are crazy and remind me of movies I once loved.

Anyway, the person in that TikTok video says this whole thing is a psyop — short for psychological operation. It’s defined as “an activity or activities that use information and other psychological methods to influence the emotions, motives, reasoning, and behavior of a target audience.”

And honestly, given how things are going — not even one year in — it doesn’t sound so crazy. It actually sounds spot on. Everything described in Project 2025 seems to be unfolding quickly. Why would we think it’d be any different now? They’re even trying to block people from getting their SNAP benefits, appealing rulings just to stop folks from receiving basic food assistance they’ve relied on for years.

I’ve never personally needed those benefits, but I also wouldn’t support policies that deprive children or the elderly of food. What’s frightening is that so many people are fine with it. The majority of those being denied help aren’t Black, and they’re not adults — they’re children.

So yeah, it’s wild out here. I don’t know if this is all connected, but I can’t ignore how much of it lines up. Let me know what you think — I’m really interested to hear other perspectives on this.

I would post the original vid, but I said it better here.

Click here to tell me your thoughts on the whole thing?

Trump Offers $2,000 Checks To Americans While Snubbing The Rich

President Donald Trump proposed a bold economic move on Sunday by suggesting $2,000 cash payments to most Americans, funded through tariffs, while deliberately excluding high-income earners from the payout.

The former president revealed the plan on his Truth Social platform, calling it a “dividend” funded by revenue from tariffs imposed on foreign imports.

“A dividend of at least $2000 a person (not including high income people!) will be paid to everyone,” he wrote.

The announcement comes as Trump continues to push for expanded tariffs as part of his broader “America First” trade strategy. The payments, according to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, could be implemented through existing tax cut legislation rather than a new program.

That route would enable the administration to bypass certain legislative hurdles and utilize existing legal frameworks to distribute the funds. The idea of turning trade penalties into direct cash for citizens isn’t entirely new.

Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley previously introduced legislation supporting similar tariff-funded dividends aimed at helping working-class Americans.

Trump’s proposal echoes that sentiment, positioning the tariffs as a tool to redistribute wealth from foreign trade to domestic households.

But economists remain skeptical. Critics argue that tariffs often act as hidden taxes on consumers, rather than on foreign governments.

While President Trump claims that other countries foot the bill, most economic experts agree that importers and, eventually, shoppers absorb the cost.

Still, the idea has stirred interest across political and economic circles.

Supporters praise the direct approach, while opponents question whether tariff revenue alone could sustain such a large-scale payout.

To meet the $2,000-per-person threshold nationwide, the government would need to generate hundreds of billions in tariff income or find additional funding sources.

Salt-N-Pepa’s DJ Spinderella Shatters Glass Ceiling At Rock Hall Ceremony

Deidra Roper etched her name in music history Saturday night (November 8) as Salt-N-Pepa became the first female rap group inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, simultaneously making DJ Spinderella the institution’s first female DJ honoree.

The Los Angeles ceremony, held at the Peacock Theater, marked a monumental achievement for the Queens-bred trio, who revolutionized Hip-Hop during the late 1980s and 1990s. Roper, who joined the group at just 16 years old, reflected on her four-decade career during the induction speech.

“I’ve been DJing for 40 years, and I’m the first female DJ in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,” Spinderella declared from the podium, acknowledging the historic significance of her recognition.

View this post on Instagram

The induction ceremony celebrated Salt-N-Pepa’s groundbreaking contributions to music, including their platinum-selling albums and Grammy Award-winning track “None of Your Business.” The group, consisting of Cheryl James (Salt) and Sandra Denton (Pepa) alongside Spinderella, broke numerous barriers throughout their career.

Salt-N-Pepa’s influence extended beyond music charts, as they became cultural ambassadors who challenged gender norms in Hip-Hop. Their hits like “Push It,” “Shoop” and “Whatta Man” dominated radio waves while addressing topics ranging from safe sex to female empowerment.

The trio’s journey began in the mid-1980s when James and Denton met while working at Sears. Their collaboration with producer Hurby Azor led to their breakthrough, and Roper’s addition as DJ Spinderella completed the legendary lineup that would reshape Hip-Hop’s landscape.

During the ceremony, the group also addressed ongoing legal battles regarding ownership of their master recordings, using their platform to advocate for artist rights. The induction represents not only personal triumph but also recognition of female pioneers who paved the way for future generations in Hip-Hop.

Spinderella’s historic achievement as the first female DJ in the Rock Hall underscores the institution’s evolving recognition of Hip-Hop’s diverse contributors. Her four-decade career spans from the genre’s formative years to its current global dominance.

The 2025 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class also included Outkast, Cyndi Lauper and The White Stripes, but Salt-N-Pepa’s induction carries special significance for female representation in Hip-Hop history.

Maseo Calls De La Soul’s First Album in Nine Years “The Epitome Of Joy & Pain”

De La Soul revealed their forthcoming album, Cabin in the Sky, will arrive November 21 through Mass Appeal Records, representing their first full-length project since 2016’s …And the Anonymous Nobody.

The announcement carries profound emotional weight as this marks the group’s inaugural release following the devastating loss of founding member Trugoy (Dave Jude Jolicoeur), who passed away in February 2023. The surviving duo of Posdnuos (Kelvin Mercer) and Maseo (Vincent Mason) channeled their grief and celebration into what promises to be their most meaningful work yet.

Accompanying the album announcement, the Native Tongues pioneers dropped their lead single, “The Package,” a soulful offering produced by legendary beatsmith Pete Rock. The track serves as both a sonic preview and emotional statement, showcasing how the remaining members have evolved their signature sound while honoring their departed brother’s legacy.

Cabin in the Sky represents more than just new music for the pioneering collective, who helped define alternative Hip-Hop in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Cabin in the Sky stands as a testament to resilience, brotherhood, and the enduring power of creative expression in the face of unimaginable loss.

The album’s title itself suggests themes of spirituality and transcendence, potentially reflecting the group’s journey through mourning toward healing. After establishing themselves as innovators with classics like 3 Feet High and Rising and De La Soul is Dead, this new chapter finds them navigating uncharted territory as a duo rather than their iconic trio formation.

“I’m glad it came together in such a way where we dealt with our loss,” Maseo told SPIN in a recent interview. “I’m glad Pos was able to pour all of that into the concept of this album and give all of us some closure while making sure Dave’s presence will always be felt as we continue on to do this thing called De La Soul.

“Regardless of what we decide to do, he’s always right there. My overall opinion of the album is it’s the epitome of joy and pain. Everybody on any level can identify with loss, especially when we get around to the song with Pos talking about his mother along with Killer Mike.”

Masika Kalysha Lays Husband Jamar Champ To Rest In Emotional Houston Service

Masika Kalysha bid farewell to her estranged husband, Jamar Champ, during an emotional celebration of life service held at The Community of Faith Church King’s Dome in Houston on November 8, 2025.

The Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star organized the memorial service just over a week after Champ’s tragic death in a wrong-way car crash on October 28, 2025.

“Today is the 2nd worse day of my life. I can’t believe I’m laying my husband to rest today. I haven’t taken a single breath since you took your last. How am I supposed to do this without you? You took my heart with you. This changed me. I will never look at life the same,” Masika Kalysha said.

The 38-year-old former college football player was killed when his vehicle collided with another car traveling in the wrong direction on a Houston freeway.

Despite their separation throughout 2023 and pending divorce proceedings, Kalysha took charge of the funeral arrangements for the father of her youngest child.

Champ’s memorial also included a separate celebration at his alma mater, Booker T. Washington High School in Houston, where guests participated in a balloon release ceremony.

The dual services reflected the impact he had on both his family and his community.

The reality television personality had previously shared her devastation over Champ’s unexpected passing, describing herself as being “in shambles” following the news.

Their relationship had been complicated, with Kalysha filing for annulment in January 2024, though the legal proceedings remained unfinished at the time of his death.

The couple shared one child together, adding another layer of tragedy to the sudden loss.

MLB Pitchers Betray Fans With Rigged Betting Scheme

Emmanuel Clase finds himself at the center of a federal investigation that has sent shockwaves through Major League Baseball.

The Cleveland Guardians closer, along with teammate Luis Ortiz, was indicted by federal prosecutors in Brooklyn on charges of accepting bribes to manipulate pitches during games. The Feds say that both pitchers were part of an elaborate, underhanded scheme that started in May 2023. They took payments from gamblers to throw specific types of pitches at predetermined moments.

According to court documents, the conspiracy enabled bettors to place wagers with advance knowledge of which pitches would be thrown, thereby giving them an unfair advantage in prop betting markets. Federal authorities arrested Ortiz in Boston on Sunday morning, while Clase remains out of custody despite being named in the same indictment.

Both players face potential sentences of up to 65 years in prison if convicted on all charges, including conspiracy to commit wire fraud and accepting bribes in connection with sporting events. The MLB scandal represents just one piece of a broader crisis engulfing professional sports betting.

In October, the NBA was rocked by its own gambling controversy when Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups were arrested by federal agents.

Rozier stands accused of conspiring with associates to manipulate his statistical performance in games, allowing gamblers to win bets based on his rebounds, assists and other metrics.

The indictment alleges that in three separate games, Rozier intentionally removed himself from contests or altered his play to benefit the betting scheme. Billups faces charges related to his involvement in illegal poker operations with alleged ties to organized crime families.

The former NBA Finals MVP was arrested at his Portland residence and has been placed on indefinite leave by the Trail Blazers organization.

Former NBA player Damon Jones was also arrested in connection with the basketball gambling ring, which federal prosecutors describe as having connections to traditional organized crime syndicates operating in multiple states.

The timing of these scandals has created a perfect storm for professional sports leagues, which have embraced legalized sports betting as a revenue source in recent years. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred addressed the crisis during a recent press conference, acknowledging the challenges facing the sport.

“We didn’t ask to have legalized sports betting,” Manfred told reporters. “It kind of came, and that’s the environment in which we operate.”

Both the NBA and MLB have implemented strict policies prohibiting players, coaches and team personnel from betting on games involving their respective sports. The leagues also maintain extensive monitoring systems designed to detect unusual betting patterns that might indicate manipulation.

The Cleveland Guardians organization released a statement expressing disappointment over the allegations against their players while promising to cooperate with federal investigators.

The team has placed both Clase and Ortiz on administrative leave pending the outcome of legal proceedings.
