Back in October, Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter, Chelsea O’Donnell, was sentenced to jail time following a probation violation in Wisconsin.
At the time, the nature of her violation was unclear.
Now, it seems that Chelsea has been accused of sexually assaulting a man.
News of Chelsea’s alleged misconduct comes courtesy of a report written by the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections and obtained by TMZ.
According to the report, Chelsea, 28, was driving a car when she reached into the backseat and groped the thigh and genitals of a male passenger.
The situation allegedly escalated when the man made it clear that he was not interested in Chelsea sexually.
After the victim “turned her down,” the report claims, Chelsea became upset and “began to drive erratically and not pay attention to the road.”
Fortunately, no one was injured.
Unfortunately, the incident resulted in yet another brush with the law for Rosie’s troubled daughter.
The corrections department report also noted that Chelsea “showed minimal advancement” in her court-ordered addiction treatment program.
Rosie has spoken openly about Chelsea’s struggles with substance abuse and mental illness over the years.
“My child Chelsea Celle – before addiction took over her life – I loved her then I love her now as she faces a scary future – prayers welcomed- #addiction awareness #love #family,” Rosie captioned a photo of a young Chelsea when she was arrested last year.
Rosie adopted Chelsea as a baby in 1997, but mother and daughter have been estranged for most of Chelsea’s adult years.
In January of 2025, Chelsea filed to change her last name in retaliation for being cut out of Rosie’s $80 million will.
Chelsea announced that she intended to use the name Neuens, which is the maiden name of her birth mother, Deanna Micoley.
The length of Chelsea’s sentence is unknown, and it’s not clear if she’s still behind bars or if she’s been released.

Tim Gunn has opened up about something very personal.
And rather surprising, too, we must say.
On a recent episode of Chelsea Handler’s Dear Chelsea podcast, the former Project Runway host told listeners he’s been celibate for over 40 years.
He then delved into the reason why.
“I loved this person deeply and would have done anything for him,” Gunn said, describing a nine-year relationship that concluded in VERY deep pain. “And I still remember the night that it all ended.”
The 72-year old went on to recall that he and his ex were in bed watching television when his ex informed him, “I have no patience for you any longer. I want you to leave.”
Quite abrupt. And so very hurtful.
“I had my own apartment, but I had been living with him for years,” Gunn said. “And I left. I drove to my apartment … and I had to pull off because I was hyperventilating. I was beside myself with self-flagellation and self-pity. And it was awful.”
Gunn didn’t drop any names, but did emphasize that he and this ex worked together at the time.
“One of the things that he told me that night was that he had been sleeping with just about everything that walked by,” the TV personality continued. “And I had been loyal and faithful to him.”
The ex-Making the Cut host noted that his ex was the only person he had ever been with… and that learning about his former partner’s multiple instances of infidelity left him angry and fearful for his own health.
“The self-pity then turned to completely unbridled anger because I thought he may have given me a death sentence,” Gunn explained.
“And I was tested every six months for ten years for HIV and thankfully I had a clean slate. But whenever I was even tempted to engage in something that could become serious with someone, all this would come back like Niagara Falls, and it would just take the desire away.”
Wow, huh?
Gunn says it was an “adjustment” to be on his own, but he now embraces the lifestyle.
He also notes that the break-up prompted him to move to New York City, which is a major reason why he then launched such a successful career.
“I wanted to kill him,” Gunn said on the podcast of his ex.
“And I wanted him to hurt as badly as I had been hurt. He seemed to be impervious to it, though. So it was just great to get away. And also moving to New York, I had this huge learning curve about this entirely new environment and different social interactions and a completely different academic environment in which I was teaching, so that was wonderful.”
Nowadays, meanwhile?
“It took a while,” he said of moving on. “And, you know, I occasionally relive in it my head, but it doesn’t hurt any longer.”

We have tragic news to report out of Hollywood today.
Katherine Short, the daughter of beloved comic actor Martin Short, has passed away.
She was just 42 years old.
According to a report from TMZ, Katherine died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Law enforcement sources tell the outlet that the fire department arrived at Katherine’s Hollywood Hills home Monday, shortly after 6:40 pm on Monday to find that she had passed away.
Katherine was the daughter of Martin and his late wife, Nancy Dolman, who passed away in 2010 of ovarian cancer, after 30 years of marriage.
“It is with profound grief that we confirm the passing of Katherine Hartley Short,” reps for Martin said in a statement issued Tuesday afternoon.
“The Short family is devastated by this loss, and asks for privacy at this time. Katherine was beloved by all and will be remembered for the light and joy she brought into the world.”
A graduate of NYU with a master’s from USC, Katherine dedicated her life to social work, primarily with an organization called Bring Change To Mind.
Along with her colleagues, she worked to break down stigmas associated with mental health issues.
The eldest of Martin’s three children, Katherine mostly steered clear of the spotlight, but she joined her father at occasional events and award shows over the years.
Martin is scheduled to perform with longtime collaborator Steve Martin in Minneapolis on Saturday, but it’s not clear at this time if the show will take place as scheduled.
This is the second tragedy for Martin in as many months, as his close friend and colleague Catherine O’Hara passed away unexpectedly in January.
Our thoughts are with the Short family as they begin to try and process this terrible tragedy.

Life is full of surprises.
Alaskan Bush People alum Rain Brown is pregnant.
She is the youngest of the reality TV family’s children. It was her mother, Ami, who broke the news.
This comes at a complicated time for Rain, following her arrest last year and ongoing allegations of drug use.
Guess who’s pregnant?
On Sunday, February 22, family matriarch Ami Brown took to her Instagram page to make the announcement.
“My baby girl, Rain, is having a baby!!!” she began her caption.
Ami, who is a mother of seven, also listed a dramatic milestone for anyone who isn’t keeping track.
“Grandbaby Number Eleven, Coming Soon!” she wrote with apparent excitement.
Accompanying her caption, Ami shared what appears to be Rain’s sonogram.
As you can see, the sonogram reads “BABY’S FIRST PIC.”
Some may point to the name — “Brown, Merry” — on the image, wondering whether this is someone else’s fetal photo.
It is with a heavy heart that we remind you that her full legal human name is Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop Brown.
Her name, “Rain” (or “Rainy”), stems from “Raindrop.”
Alaskan Bush People viewers may recall that, nicknames aside, the Brown children began with names like Matthew and Joshua before eventually swerving into more esoteric naming conventions.
Fans are having mixed reactions
This is, as we mentioned earlier, a complex time for Rain.
We don’t just mean because she is only 23 years old (she will turn 24 in November), which makes her young to be married to husband Josiah Lorton and extremely young to become a mom.
Just last April, the couple was arrested and both spouses were charged with first-degree burglary and first-degree malicious mischief. Rain also received a trespassing charge.
Both Rain and Josiah pleaded not guilty.
Their next hearing is set for March 9.
This legal issue — about which fans still have many questions — is only one of the issues at hand.
Recently, Noah Brown claimed that his youngest sister and mother might be in poor health, even calling for a welfare check on them both. The welfare check was unsuccessful.
He has even accused Rain of “not allowing” their mother, Ami, to take her medication. (Amy is not only a grandmother-many-times-over but also a cancer survivor.)
Noah has accused Rain, Josiah, and even Ami of using meth.
Rain has hit back at Noah’s claims, and may have alluded to her sexual abuse allegations against him as a way of explaining why he supposedly wishes to discredit her.
Were troubles like these inevitable? Probably, yeah
We don’t know what’s behind literally any of this. Not the criminal charges, not the allegations of drug use and unstable behavior, not the family beef.
Rain is pregnant at a young age and in less than ideal circumstances. Given the way that our society works, there’s likely nothing that we can do about any of this.
We should also note that Ami ran off with Billy when she was a (young) teenager, when he was already a grown man. Some of the Browns, including the late patriarch, had criminal histories long before their reality TV debut.
It seems likely that raising a bunch of children off of the grid, then feigning off-the-grid lifestyles while in reality living hybrid lifestyles with reality TV money, then an abrupt end to the reality TV gig as the family falls apart could have long-term adverse effects upon a family.
Rain also grew up on TV — even acting as her family’s de facto spokesperson on social media when she was only 14. Really, none of this has ever been okay, and the current struggles are sadly no surprise.
