Is this confirmation … or a debunking?
Shortly after Law Roach announced that Zendaya and Tom Holland secretly married, Zendaya’s mom weighed in.
But different people have different reads on what she’s saying.
Is this disapproval? Is this confirmation? Or, as some wonder, is she in on a joke?
What does THIS mean?
On March 1, celebrity stylist Law Roach spoke from the red carpet of the Actor Awards.
There, he teased that Zendaya and Tom Holland’s wedding had “already happened.”
It was a cheek response following rampant speculation about the extremely attractive, beloved couple’s status.
(Zendaya has been seen wearing a gold band on her finger, which can signify marriage.)
This is where the presumed mother of the bride, Chlaire Stoermer, weighed in.

Claire simply shared a short clip of Law’s red carpet commentary to her Instagram Story.
Her only addition was to write: “The laugh. …”
And, of course, to add her own laughing emoji.
Some believe that this is to indicate that she’s laughing alongside Law with excitement.
Others, however, believe that she’s suggesting that Law’s statement is less than factual — that this is trolling.
This is a very quiet couple
Tom and Zendaya first met on the set of the first of the MCU-adjacent Spider-Man films.
Homecoming released in 2016.
Even so, they have remained exceptionally quiet about their romance.
Where some co-stars drum up fake romance speculation in order to promote a film (very successfully, we might add), they have gone another route.
Quiet about dating — only confirming the romance in 2021. Quiet about their engagement. And now … ?

It seems likely that Claire would would to respect her daughter (and possible son-in-law) and their wishes.
Maybe Law dished on their wedding because the couple no longer cares who knows.
Or maybe it was an accidental slip.
(And, again, it may have been an instance of trolling that took off like wildfire.)
Regardless, Claire wouldn’t necessarily want to add certainty to an ambiguous situation unless her daughter wants people to know.
Why so secretive?
Throughout history, some in the entertainment industry have been secretive about romance because their relationship was illegal or scandalous. Even today, some actors remain semi-closeted.
On the flip side, others have kept flings a secret because they happened during preexisting relationships. This is often called “cheating,” and is generally frowned upon in most cultures.
Tom and Zendaya aren’t in that situation. But they’ve watched other people’s romances melt away under the spotlight — and aren’t going to repeat those mistakes.
They’ve correctly pointed out that they don’t “owe” anyone answers about their personal lives. And they’re right!
The one downside to keeping quiet is that it allows others to make up their own narratives about you. But, if you can live with that, it can be very freeing to simply decline personal questions.
Whatever’s going on with them, we’re happy for them. And not only because they’re one of the hottest couples on the planet.

We have tragic news to report from the world of sports today.
Chase Pistone — a second-generation NASCAR star — has passed away.
He was just 42 years old.
News of Pistone’s death comes courtesy of his older brother Nick, who shared the news on Facebook:
“Well, my young brother and best friend is gone,” Nick wrote, adding:
“I’m broken-hearted and don’t know if I’ll ever get over this. I miss you Chase already and I hope you are in a better place.
“I love you and I miss you so much already!!!!!!!” Nick concluded.
Chase’s cause of death is unknown at this time.
However, Nick and Chase’s other brother, Tom, both asked Legends Nation to “post the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, which is 988 on a phone or text.”
We will have further updates on that aspect of this story as new information becomes available.
After starting out in short track competitions, Chase worked his way up to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and the ARCA Menards Series.
Though he struggled to compete at the cup level, Pistone gained a reputation as a tenacious competitor who was well-liked by his fellow racers.
He went on to forge a successful second career as a team owner and mentor to younger drivers.
In the wake of Pistone’s death, many have praised him for teaching so many others and nurturing their careers.
“Chase was not only a wheelman in Legends and Late Models, but his Chase Pistone Inc. Legends team was a force to be reckoned with every time they showed up at a track, and they usually walked away with the winner’s trophy,” Legends Nation wrote.

Grief hits us all hard, and in different ways.
In the seven-plus months since Ozzy Osbourne died, Kelly Osbourne’s weight loss has alarmed fans.
She has rebuffed all concern about her body transformation, classifying worried fans as “haters” along with actual trolls.
What’s really going on with her?
She knows how different she looks
TMZ spoke to sources close to Kelly about how her inner circle is reacting to her emaciated appearance.
Her loved ones believe that her alarming weight loss is linked to Ozzy’s passing.
(Kelly has essentially said as much in her many, many clapbacks against what she perceives as “hate” from fans.)
These friends are reportedly concerned, as anyone would be as they watch a loved one wither away before their eyes.
However, they “know she’s working on it,” TMZ reports.
Additionally, these friends are reportedly “giving her grace” over her alarming weight loss.
Sometimes, people have dramatic body transformations and either already have skewed perceptions of themselves or simply change too rapidly to process it.
However, those close to Kelly say that she is aware of how she looks.
Apparently, the tragedy of losing her father has distracted her from all other ends, including her appearance.
Even simply eating enough to be healthy is said to be “hard” amidst her grief.
Her responses to worried fans only amplify the discussion
This of course comes on the heels of Kelly and Sharon taking the stage to accept a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award in Ozzy’s honor.
It was, of course, an emotionally charged occasion for the late rocker’s wife and daughter. The audience felt his loss keenly, also.
However, despite the significance of the occasion, Kelly’s alarmingly gaunt appearance was a distraction.
It was a distraction for the audience and for viewers at home.
And Kelly taking to her Instagram Story to lash out at people who expressed concern didn’t exactly make the story go away.
It is very clear that, to Kelly, every remark about her appearance feels like an attack.
She likens people worrying about her to “kicking” her while she is “down.”
Is this a fair characterization? Of some comments, certainly. But not of all.
But given her current state of mind, it’s unclear how rationally she is able to perceive the world.
Which leads us to the very difficult topic of what can fans do about this?
What can fans say to help her?
We know that this is difficult to hear, but … it is probably safest if random fans, whom Kelly does not know, stop trying to “talk to” her about her weight loss.
This isn’t just a normal PSA about how people should stop screaming into the void under a celebrity’s post. Though, in the same vein as how people should stop listening to TikToks out loud in waiting rooms, people absolutely need to stop that.
Kelly sees every comment as an attack. Most people, when backed into a corner, will double down.
We don’t know the best way to talk her into regaining her health.
All that we know is that, for now, we can start by not making it worse. Let her real-life loved ones worry about guiding her back to being herself.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have been testifying before the House Oversight Committee this week regarding their ties to the late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
And Monday’s session got heated when Hillary locked horns with Republican congresswoman Nancy Mace.
The trouble began when Mace began to question Clinton about her ties to Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, a known Epstein associate.
Clinton stated that she first met Lutnick after 9/11, when 650 of his Cantor Fitzgerald employees were killed in the attacks.
(Lutnick was late for work that day for the first time in five years, having decided to drive his son to school. That decision has prompted roughly 1 billion conspiracy theories, but we won’t get into those now.)
Clinton was a New York senator at the time, and she worked to secure over $20 billion in federal aid for rescue and recovery efforts.
So it makes sense that she spoke with Lutnick in the wake of the attacks.
Even so, Mace lost her cool during this segment of the deposition and began raising her voice and interrupting the former first lady.
“You asked the question, I’m gonna answer your question!” Clinton shouted back.
“Now you’re gonna yell at me,” Mace responded.
“This was what I spent my time doing!” said Clinton while pointing at Mace.
“I was taking care of the people who lost 3,000 lives at [the] World Trade Center!” she said while pounding the table in front of her.
Clinton and Mace continued to shout over one another, with Mace badgering Clinton about emails between her and Epstein — emails that don’t seem to exist.
“If you have an email with me asking Jeffrey Epstein for money…” Clinton said.
Mace admitted that she had no such emails and attempted to yield her time.
“No, I’m gonna finish answering the question, which I have a right to do,” Clinton said, adding:
“We worked together to rebuild downtown Manhattan; that is how I know Howard Lutnick.”
Mace is currently under investigation by the House Ethics Committee, so a story like this might be a welcome distraction for her.
Elsewhere in the deposition, Clinton clashed with Rep. Lauren Boebert, when the Colorado congresswoman brought up the bizarre “Pizzagate” conspiracy theory/
“I don’t follow the crazy conspiracy stories that are online,” Clinton shot back, adding:
“I really, I mean, I expected a lot of interesting questions today, but Pizzagate was not on my list.”
Sadly, extremely online conspiracy weirdos now hold positions of power in our country — and that seems unlikely to change.
