Jeffrey Epstein Prison Guard to Testify Before Congress About Suspicious Payments

Reading Time: 3 minutes

The release of the Jeffrey Epstein files left many observers feeling that there’s still a good deal that we don’t know about the sex trafficker’s crimes — and his death.

And while we might never have the full story, we can at least anticipate that more details will be revealed on March 26, when Tova Noel testifies before Congress.

Noel is the corrections officer who was guarding Epstein’s cell on the night of his suicide.

This photograph taken in Le-Perreux-sur-Marne, outside Paris on February 9, 2026 shows undated pictures provided by the US Department of Justice on January 30, 2026 as part of the Jeffrey Epstein files.

She was fired after he was found dead, and now, seven years later, she’ll finally give testimony under oath.

Epstein had previously attempted suicide, and Noel and her partner that night, Michael Thomas, were supposed to check on him every 30 minutes.

Somehow, despite being under such close watch, Epstein was found hanging in his cell.

Many consider the death suspicious, and the House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed Noel as part of its ongoing effort to get to the bottom of the matter.

Both guards have admitted to not making all of the required checks that night and to falsifying records indicating otherwise.

But many believe there’s more to the story than simple incompetence.

As TMZ reports, investigators have discovered documents indicating that “payments of various amounts pumped into Noel’s accounts over 16 months prior to Epstein’s death.”

Also of note is the fact that Noel googled two names in the hours after Epstein’s death — Epstein’s and that of another inmate, a man who had been convicted on wire fraud charges.

Noel previously spoke about Epstein’s death during a 2021 interview with the Department of Justice, during which she admitted that she was probably the last person to see him alive.

“Does it surprise you to hear that, you know, internet searches would show that that’s what you were doing from 5:42 to 5:52 a.m. on August 10, 2019?” Noel was asked on that occasion (via NBC News).

“Yeah,” she responded, because “it wouldn’t be accurate.”

Noel insisted that she had not actively searched Epstein’s name, claiming instead that a webpage containing news about the late financier refreshed automatically when she turned on her computer.

“Due to public reporting, documents released by the Department of Justice, and documents obtained by the Committee, the Committee believes you have information that will assist in its investigation,” reads a letter from Rep. James Comer, R-Kentucky that was delivered to Noel this week.

We will have further updates about this developing story as new information becomes available.

Kyrsten Sinema: Yes, I Banged My Married Bodyguard But Never In North Carolina!

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Former Arizona senator Kyrsten Sinema is finally addressing the rumor that she had an affair with her bodyguard.

And just like the adulterous congressman Tony Gonzales before her, she’s admitting that it really happened.

But she insists that she shouldn’t be sued over her sexcapades — and she might win on a technicality. Here’s what happened:

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) arrives for a closed-door briefing by intelligence officials about the Discord leaks at the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center on April 19, 2023 in Washington, DC.

In case you missed it, Heather Ammel, the ex-wife of Matthew Ammel, has filed a suit against Synema, accusing her of ruining her marriage.

(North Carolina’s “homewrecker law” allows third parties who slept with married people to be sued in connection with alienation of affection allegations.)

Now, Sinema has filed a motion to dismiss, in which she admits that she did, in fact, have a sexual relationship with Ammel (per TMZ).

She acknowledges that she and Ammel became “romantic and intimate” in late May 2024 — five months before he separated from his wife.

She says their first encounter took place on May 27 in Sonoma, California, and they proceeded to bang in several other locations, including New York City, Washington, D.C., Aspen, and Phoenix.

Yes, the relationship wasn’t exactly confined to one ZIP code.

And if you’re wondering why Sinema is suddenly offering what amounts to a travel itinerary of romantic rendezvous, there’s a legal reason for that.

Heather Ammel filed her lawsuit in North Carolina, one of very few states that still allows “alienation of affection” suits — meaning a spouse can sue someone they believe interfered in their marriage.

But Sinema says the case should be thrown out because none of the alleged hookups actually took place in North Carolina.

Ammel also claims Sinema sent romantic messages to her husband while he was in North Carolina, including a photo of the senator wrapped in nothing but a towel.

Sinema disputes that allegation and says even if such a message existed, she had no idea he was in the state at the time.

So yes, Sinema is acknowledging the relationship.

But she’s also making it clear that admitting the affair doesn’t mean she’s accepting legal responsibility for the breakup of a marriage, especially in a state where she claims the alleged relationship never actually happened.

In other words: the former senator isn’t denying the scandal.

She’s just arguing it happened in the wrong jurisdiction. The judge has yet to rule this loophole.

In other Kyrsten news, the former Democrat has taken another step toward the right by joining conservative media outlet the Washington Reporter. To paraphrase the meme: Pure Synema!

Victoria Gotti Begs Court for Leniency for Her Son, Carmine Agnello, Because He’s …

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Carmine Agnello is facing years behind bars.

But not if his mother has any say in the matter.

Victoria Gotti is urging the court to grant her son probation for his 7-figure fraud scheme.

He pleaded guilty. And, she says, he is also her kidney donor for her upcoming transplant.

A plea for leniency

This week, The New York Daily News obtained and reported on a letter that Victoria Gotti submited to federal court.

Writing to US District Court Judge Nusrat Choudhury, she begged the justice system to spare her eldest son, Carmine Agnello, from a prison sentence.

Carmine plans to donate one of his kidneys to her, she argues.

As such, she’d like for him to remain out of prison for his healthcare needs — and, in turn, for hers.

Carmine is 39. Unless the court follows Victoria’s plea, it is expected that he will spend time in prison.

“Your Honor, you want to know what kind of a young man Carmine is?” Victoria wrote.

“On my life, my upcoming transplant, THAT is the kind of young man my son is,” she praised.

Victoria announced: “He is giving me the GIFT OF LIFE.”

That is an inspiring thing for her son to do.

Ultimately, it will be up to the court to determine if this should mean an alteration to his prison sentence.

$1.1 million is a lot of fraud

Long Island federal court is preparing to sentence Carmine, the eldest of her three sons.

(He should not be confused with Carmine “The Bull” Agnello, who was his father and who also went to prison.)

In 2024, he pleaded guilty to fraud charges.

Carmine admitted to misusing COVID-19 relief loans in total of about $1.1 million.

A substantial portion of the money in those loans went to cryptocurrency.

Prosecutors hope that the court will sentence Carmine to 33 to 41 months behind bars.

They are also seeking restitution to the tune of $1.25 million.

Currently, Carmine is out on bond. But with sentencing swiftly approaching, that could soon change.

Her attorney echoed her sentiments. His suggestion to the court is that Carmine receive probation.

Additionally, her lawyer wrote: “Undergoing this transplant means that custody in the [Bureau of Prisons] is a huge risk.”

Kidney donation is noble, but might not be a sentencing factor

Federal prosecutors aren’t exactly in agreement.

“Being a kidney donor does not… constitute extraordinary family circumstances,” one US attorney wrote.

The prosecutorial argument is that the Bureau of Prisons is capable of handling things like Carmine’s transportation and medical needs for a kidney donation.

It is, of course, an inspiring thing for a son to give his mother a life-saving organ donation.

But doing good things cannot always cancel out doing bad things. Being a good son and a good citizen are not synonymous.
