This is not the kind of year that Kristi Noem envisioned for herself.
First, she gets fired from her role as Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, and now there are reports that her husband enjoys wearing women’s clothing along with giant fake breasts.
Yes, according to the Daily Mail, Byron Noem is a member of the so-called “bimbofication” fetish scene.
Sources tell the outlet that Noem carried on in-depth conversations with other members of the community, remarking at one point that he wanted “huge, huge ridiculous boobs.”
The Mail claims to have received “hundreds” of incriminating messages sent by three women from an online bimbofication forum.
Some of those messages reportedly contained images of Byron in his “bimbo” garb.
It’s the kind of story that one would expect Kristi to immediately deny.
Instead, her reps issued a vague statement in which she requested “privacy and prayers.”
“Ms. Noem is devastated. The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time,” Kristi’s team tells The New York Post.
News of Byron’s “double life” comes on the heels of reports that Kristi engaged in an affair with another top Trump aide, Corey Lewandowski.
That situation was just one of many hot topics that Noem was interrogated about when she testified before Congress earlier this year.
She was also questioned about the ICE shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, as well as claims that she spent hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars for TV commercials that seemed to serve no purpose other than making her look cool.
Needless to say, the former governor is probably wishing she had just stayed in South Dakota.
After all, before she joined the Trump administration, Kristi’s biggest scandal was her decision to shoot her 14-month-old puppy.
Now, she may wind up having to answer questions about the big-breasted bimbofication of Byron.
The Noems have been married since 1992, and they’ve welcomed three children, daughters Kassidy, 31, and Kennedy, 29, and a son, Booker, 23.

Even though Joseph Duggar was arrested near his home in Tontitown, Arkansas earlier this month, the most serious charges against him came out of Bay County, Florida.
Now, the disgraced former reality star has been extradited to Panama City Beach, where he will finally be arraigned.
The transfer appears to have taken place early this morning, and Joseph was booked into the Bay County Jail at 7:32 am.
The new state and facility also meant a new mugshot for Joseph.
As in the first one, he seems oddly at peace with his situation. Which is surprising, as the lewd and lascivious conduct charges alone carry a maximum sentence of 25 years.
Joseph is also facing child endangerment and false imprisonment charges in Arkansas.
His wife, Kendra Duggar, was also arrested on those charges, but she was allowed to make bail.
In a recording of a phone call between the spouses, Kendra informed her imprisoned husband that she had retained a lawyer, but she added that Joseph would be on his own in terms of retaining legal counsel.
“I’ve been talking to Travis,” Kendra told Joseph March 20, according to a transcript published by People.
“I’ve got him as my attorney right now.
Joseph remarked that he “didn’t know who exactly we settled with, but that’s good,” leading Kendra to clarify that the attorney’s service was retained for her own case, not his.
“Well, it’s not for you, it’s only for me,” she said, adding that family and friends had told her that she “needed somebody for the case that we’ve got going with the kids and stuff.”
Elsewhere on the same call, Joseph remarked that he had been “spending a lot of time reading the Bible” during his time in jail.
“I’m in the cell 23 hours of the day. It’s like an 8-by-10 area,” he explained, adding:
“I’ve been able to read a lot actually and resting some, but I’m not sleeping great through the night.”
Joseph told Kendra that it was “good to hear your voice,” to which she responded, “It’s good to hear from you.”
Needless to say, she was sympathetic, but not exactly overflowing with compassion for her disgraced husband.
“Right now, they are focused on loving their family and helping Kendra and her children during this difficult time,” a spokesperson for the Duggars told Us Weekly March 30.
“They are praying for the victim. They ask for privacy and appreciate the kind words and prayers offered by so many.”

Maren Wade is a Las Vegas performer.
Taylor Swift is a world-traveled singer, perhaps the most successful musician on the planet.
But did The Life of a Showgirl infringe upon Wade’s existing trademark?
Swift has a reputation for being litigious about her trademarks. Now, the tables are turned.
‘The Life of a Showgirl’ sounds a whole lot like something else (by coincidence)
On Monday, March 30, singer and columnist Maren Wade filed a lawsuit against Swift.
She alleges that her newspaper column-turned show, Confessions of a Showgirl, has too many similarities to The Life of a Showgirl.
And Confessions came first.
NBC News reports that the complaint was filed in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
“Both share the same structure, the same dominant phrase, and the same overall commercial impression,” the filing accuses.
“Both are used in overlapping markets and are directed at the same consumers,” the filing then claims.
“Maren spent more than a decade building CONFESSIONS OF A SHOWGIRL,” her legal team argues.
“She registered it,” the filing affirms. “She earned it.”
“When Taylor Swift’s team applied to register THE LIFE OF A SHOWGIRL, the Trademark Office refused,” the filing then asserts.
Allegedly, this is due to the Trademark Office “finding Swift’s mark confusingly similar” to Wade’s.
‘Confessions of a Showgirl’ has been around for a dozen years
In 2014, Wade launched her weekly column about life in the entertainment industry.
Since then, her Las Vegas Weekly column has taken on new forms: a podcast and a life cabaret show.

She trademarked her Confessions of a Showgirl branding in 2015.
According to the lawsuit, the Patent and Trademark Office cautioned Swift’s team that The Life of a Showgirl might be confused with an existing trademark. Seemingly, the warning went unheeded.
Swift is one of the planet’s biggest stars in any medium.
As such, Wade’s team argues, her “overwhelming commercial presence” is more than up to the task of diluting or overshadowing Wade’s preexisting brand.
To be blunt, someone seeing Wade’s trademark might simply assume that it is a spoof on Swift’s album and song.
“We have great respect for Swift’s talent and success, but trademark law exists to ensure that creators at all levels can protect what they’ve built,” the filing reads. “That’s what this case is about.”
The lawsuit seeks to have Swift stop using The Life of a Showgirl as a brand on products and services … and to turn over all profits from that branding over to Wade.
It feels like this will either be over quickly or drag on forever
Wade is asking for a jury trial. She is also seeking further monetary compensation.
Not being legal scholars or trademark experts, we honestly cannot say what the end result of this lawsuit is.
It is possible that Wade would accept a settlement that is less than the certainly many millions that Swift has raked in under the The Life of a Showgirl brand.
Just the same, it is also possible that this could be a grueling legal battle that lasts for years.
One thing that we do know is that Wade appears to be a Swiftie. She’s posted about her fondness for Swift for years. So she’s not coming at this as a hater.

Short of a legal, recorded confession or rock-solid witnesses, most prosecutions hinge upon physical evidence.
In the case of Charlie Kirk’s death on September 10, 2025, the bullet that killed him would presumably be a key piece of evidence.
As we all know, Tyler Robinson was arrested. Authorities have been conspicuously quiet while presumably building their case.
Now, legal documents say that the ballistics between Robinson’s gun don’t match the bullet that he allegedly fired.
It’s not ‘smoking gun’ evidence if the ballistics evidence isn’t a match
TMZ obtained legal filings in which Tyler Robinson’s defense team points out a ballistics discrepancy.
Prosecutors say that a specific weapon is linked to Robinson and to Kirk’s death.
Robinson is currently facing multiple charges, including aggravated murder and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury.
The ATF was, according to Robinson’s attorney, “unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson.”
Defense counsel continued: “Although the State has not indicated an intent to produce this report at the preliminary hearing, the defense may very well decide to offer the testimony of the ATF firearm analyst as exculpatory evidence.”
Meanwhile, Robinson’s attorney says that there are multiple categories of forensic evidence that appear to still be incomplete.
They are awaiting discovery, including full case files and testing protocols.
The defense has a legal right to review state’s evidence in order to prepare their case.
Conspicuous gaps in the state’s evidence or flawed analysis could be holes for the defense to argue their case.
Obviously, if Robinson’s gun doesn’t match the ballistics on the bullet that killed Kirk, that’s a pretty glaring hole in the prosecution’s case.
There’s also an all-too-common discovery issue
Meanwhile, Robinson’s attorney makes it clear that the prosecution isn’t refusing discovery overall.
Instead, they appear to be utilizing a common tactic: malicious compliance.
TMZ reports: “Prosecutors have already handed over around 20,000 files.”
According to the defense: “The haul includes about 61,500 pages, 31 hours of audio, and more than 700 hours of video across 5,000+ clips.”
The tabloid adds: “Bottom line, the defense says it’ll take at least 60 days just to get through the first pass.”
As we mentioned, this is a very common tactic.
High-powered defense attorneys will do this. Prosecutor’s offices will do this. In lawsuit, whichever side has more money will do this.
A team of dozens of attorneys will rack up billable hours churning out documents related to a case.
“Discovery” then resembles piles upon piles of boxes full of documents and filings, which the opposing team has to sort through. They can — and sometimes do — miss something, meaning that their case is sabotaged.
Not turning over exculpatory evidence is a Brady violation, as Alec Baldwin’s former prosecutor seemingly forgot. Turning over excessive evidence is a seemingly legal tactic, however underhanded.
Maybe it would be for the best if we can all watch the trial unfold
Attorneys for Robinson have been asking that the upcoming trial be televised.
“Keeping court proceedings as public as possible helps to quell and contradict the tide of misinformation,” they argued.
In contrast, they shared, secrecy only serves to fuel conspiracy theories.
Certainly, the case against Robinson has seemed eerily quiet following his arrest late last summer.
In a trial this serious — he potentially faces the death penalty if convicted — we all hope that true justice prevails.

We have new information about the events leading up to Tiger Woods’ latest DUI arrest.
As you’ve likely heard by now, the golf legend flipped his SUV while driving in Florida last week.
Woods passed a breathalyzer test, but was taken into custody after showing signs of impairment. Now, police say they found two prescription painkiller pills in his pocket.
As far as we know, Tiger has not been charged with possession, so it’s safe to assume he had a prescription for the pills, which TMZ has identified as hydrocodone tablets.
But the presence of the pills may have factored into the decision to take Woods into custody.
The 50-year-old has been battling injuries for years as he attempts to return to the PGA Tour.
Unfortunately, his comeback has been marred by scandals and controversies, several of them having to do with his erratic driving.
Both fans and fellow golfers have publicly urged Tiger to set aside the game he loves — at least for the time being — so that he can focus on getting sober and healthy.
Meanwhile, Tiger’s former wife, Elin Nordegren, is said to be deeply concerned about his latest brush with the law and the impact that it might have on the exes’ two teenage children.
“The kids are close with Tiger, so, of course, Elin cares too,” a source close to the situation tells People magazine, adding:
“She wants him to be well. Both kids are great and love spending time with their dad. Elin’s concerned that he had another car crash and got arrested.”
Woods’ current girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, is also said to be deeply concerned about his latest brush with the law.
Woods had recently competed in a Golf League tournament after completing another round of back surgeries.
One of his teammates in that contest, Kevin Kisner, recently spoke out about Tiger’s latest arrest:
“Very disturbing. He was really working hard on his game, trying to practice and get back in shape,” Kisner tells Fried Egg Golf (via Fox News).
“He signed up for the U.S. Senior Open yesterday. He was trying to do anything he could to come back and try and help our TGL team, get ready, hopefully try and play the Masters,” he continued, adding:
“Just a really unfortunate incident, I guess, Brad (Faxon), the only positive is that nobody was injured in the incident, and we can all move forward and hopefully help him get better.”
