Lainey Wilson is officially a married woman after tying the knot with former NFL quarterback Devlin ‘Duck’ Hodges in what sounds like a wedding straight out of a country song (one of the happy ones).
The couple said “I do” on May 10 in Tennessee, surrounded by family, friends, and one very picturesque waterfall.
Wilson and Hodges exchanged vows at the Ruskin Cave in Dickson, Tennessee, a venue the couple reportedly stumbled upon while driving backroads together.
“Duck and I were driving backroads in Tennessee and saw a billboard for The Ruskin Cave,” Wilson explained of how they found the venue (via Extra).
“Duck said, ‘You wanna get married there?’ I said, ‘Done deal.’” She added that after seeing the property in person, the pair “fell in love with the natural beauty of the cave and the simplicity of the property.”
The setting could not have been more fitting.
The ceremony took place beside a cobblestone ledge at the foot of a waterfall, complete with birds chirping and “a spring breeze.”
Lainey arrived in a white horse-drawn carriage and walked down the aisle with her father to meet Duck at the altar.
“You could hear the water trickling down and birds singing, and we had a nice spring breeze,” Wilson shared.
Lainey wore a custom Oscar de la Renta gown decorated with tiny Japanese cherry blossoms — a symbolic nod to the theme of “living in the moment” — while Hodges opted for a bespoke suit with Western-inspired touches.
And the reception reportedly leaned hard into Lainey’s Louisiana roots.
“We wanted it to be special and beautiful, but really welcoming and comfortable for our guests,” Wilson said, adding:
“We tried not to take ourselves too seriously. Being from Louisiana, I wanted to bring in a little bit of Cajun flair, so naturally we hired a 12-piece jazz band called Rebirth and had a Cajun meal from the chefs at my bar, Bell Bottoms Up.”
By all accounts, the celebration turned into one heck of a party.
“Our family and friends know how to have a good time, and the dance floor was packed all night,” Wilson said.
“To close out a perfect evening, Duck and I followed the band through a sendoff line of sparklers and cheering loved ones, climbed into an old white Ford truck and drove off!”
Wilson and Hodges have been together since 2021 after reportedly being set up on a blind date.
The pair got engaged in February 2025 and have largely kept their romance refreshingly low-key, even as Wilson’s career exploded.
There have been rumors that Lainey is already pregnant with her first child, but there’s been no official announcement from the newlyweds.

Baby Sprouse is officially on the way.
Yes, Dylan Sprouse and wife Barbara Palvin are expecting their first child together!
The longtime couple is preparing to become parents, with TMZ reporting that the baby is due sometime around August or September.
The couple appeared to quietly confirm the happy news while attending the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, where Palvin debuted what appeared to be a baby bump on the red carpet.
The model wore a light blue gown and posed alongside Sprouse, who looked every bit the proud husband during the outing.
For fans who have followed their relationship, the update likely comes as no surprise.
Sprouse and Palvin first started dating in 2018 after initially connecting the year before. Their romance steadily grew away from the usual celebrity circus, with the pair establishing themselves as one of Hollywood’s more low-key couples.
They got engaged in 2022 before tying the knot in Palvin’s native Hungary in 2023.
The baby news also arrives just weeks after a frightening incident at the couple’s Los Angeles home.
Back in April, a trespasser allegedly entered the property they share, prompting a police response after Palvin reportedly called authorities.
Multiple outlets reported that Sprouse confronted the alleged intruder before officers arrived. Thankfully, neither Sprouse nor Palvin was harmed.
Rather than letting the scary ordeal overwhelm them, the couple later revealed they were coping with humor.

Sprouse echoed that approach, adding: “We’re laughing about things the moment they happen. You got to have levity in life.”

We’ve seen numerous celebrity splits in the first half of 2026, but perhaps none is more surprising than this one:
Jason Biggs and Jenny Mollen announced today that they’ve decided to separate after 18 years of marriage.
The couple shared the news with People via a joint statement.
“They are very much connected,” the rep said of Biggs and Mollen. “I have no doubt that they will remain on excellent terms.”
The couple met in 2007 on the set of the movie My Best Friend’s Girl. They were engaged in January 2008 and eloped in a private ceremony the following April.
During their time together, Jason and Jenny welcomed two children together, and their marriage weathered numerous storms.
Biggs got sober in 2017, and he’s often credited Mollen with helping him stay on a healthier path.
Jenny and Jason’s social media pages corroborate the claim that they still get along and are separating on amicable terms.
The rep says that Jenny and Jason celebrated his 47th birthday together on May 12.
And a previous birthday tribute to Jason remains one of Jenny’s most popular Instagram posts,
“We were married and yet I still knew practically nothing about you. Like for example, the fact that you hate surprises. Luckily, we made it past that hurdle,” she wrote in a throwback post last year.

Biggs, of course, is best known for his work in the American Pie films, as well as his appearances on TV comedies like Orange Is the New Black.

According to some patrons at a tavern that she visited, Britney had a high chaos dinner. But is it true?

On Wednesday, May 13, Britney reportedly enjoyed a night out with friends at Blue Dog Tavern in Sherman Oaks, as Los Angeles neighborhood.
This news comes by way of TMZ.
Britney reportedly sat in a corner with a man and a woman, neither of whom were identified.
Allegedly, the singer spoke in raised voices with her dining companions, goofing around. At one point, there was even barking — which we can now explain.
Witnesses told the tabloid that the scene was chaotic and “kind of sad,” even if they also complimented Britney’s appearance.
According to one restaurant patron, Britney walked past the table while carrying a knife.
This is a normal thing to do in a restaurant — especially a “laid back neighborhood tavern” as the place brands itself, where needing an extra utensil might involve getting up and fetching (or returning) it yourself.
For some reason, a witness claimed that they worried that Britney — a grown woman in her 40s — might accidentally stab someone.
One sometimes wonders if constant news stories full of hand-wringing “concern” about her juggling prop knives or whatever have planted unfounded beliefs into people’s minds.
The witness described one actual bad thing from the dinner. Britney reportedly lit a cigarette inside and near the door, as if this were the Purge, but staff had her put it out.
What makes this more than a ‘woman eats dinner with friends’ story?
According to the report, the table was messy after the fact, and Britney did not eat much.
A witness even claimed that Britney and the man were “feeding each other,” with her allegedly telling the man: “I love you.”
That could be anything from a new love interest to a platonic friend.
In fact, people often feel most at peace and playful with a friend rather than with someone they’ve just started dating.
Interestingly, TMZ shared that many diners did not realize that it was Britney until after she left. One of the things about celebrities is that recognition is heavily contextual. If you don’t expect to see one of the most famous women on the planet two booths over, you likely won’t.

A representative for Britney followed up, speaking to TMZ about her dinner with friends.
“This is completely blown out of proportion. Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard,” the rep explained. “She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.”
The statement continued: “At no point did she put anyone in danger with a knife. She was cutting her hamburger in half.”
Understandably, the rep lamented: “This constant attack on everything that she does and this is exactly what happened 20 years ago when the media tried to depict Britney as a bad person. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop now.”
Britney’s representative is correct. While we’d love to hear about her cleaning up her table and not smoking indoors (or at all, obviously), one has to imagine that every time that she has an even less eventful dinner out, there are no headlines … which reinforces the idea that she’s some sort of loose cannon or whatever.

What should have been the happiest day of her life ended in unimaginable tragedy.
A Brazilian bride was allegedly murdered by her new husband just hours after the couple said “I do,” according to multiple reports.
Nájylla Duenas Nascimento, 34, was shot and killed on Saturday, May 9, after a violent argument broke out between her and her husband during their wedding celebration.
According to Brazilian outlets, Nascimento and her new husband, Daniel Barbosa Marinho, became involved in a heated confrontation that quickly escalated into physical violence.
Marinho, 55, has worked as a member of Brazil’s Municipal Guard since 1998, according to People.
Despite emergency responders rushing to the scene, Nascimento — a mother of three children from a previous relationship — was tragically pronounced dead during what had begun as her own wedding reception.
In a devastating detail, witnesses told local outlets that family members at the residence managed to safely remove all of the children from the home before the situation turned deadly.
Authorities allege the violence escalated when Marinho used his service weapon to shoot his wife before fleeing the scene.
According to reports, the initial gunshots were not fatal. However, investigators allege that Marinho later returned and fired at Nascimento again.
Shortly after her death, the suspect allegedly contacted the Municipal Guard himself to report the crime. He was later detained on and taken to the Second Women’s Defense Department, where he was placed in pretrial detention.
As officials investigated the scene, authorities reportedly recovered casings, projectiles, ammunition, and the weapon allegedly used in the shooting.
In a statement following the incident, the Municipal Guard of Campinas said it “deeply regrets the incident” and emphasized its commitment to combating violence in all forms.
“The corporation is fully cooperating with the Civil Police investigations and remains available to the authorities to provide all necessary clarifications,” a spokesperson said.

His career is booming? That’s new information to many.
“Get an inside look at how Nick Cannon navigates his wild, blended families with humor, vulnerability, and his genuine dedication to being a present father,” the blurb claimed.
“From million-dollar meetings to midnight diaper runs,” the teaser threatens.
The press release wants people to “think Kardashian-level glam meets relatable, messy modern parenting.”
According to the premise: “This is fatherhood, fame, and family.”
Cannon’s estimated net worth is in the tens of millions. That’s a lot, but arguably doesn’t amount to Kardashian glam. Unless the blurb is referring to Rob.

Wednesday was Netflix’s.
Cannon’s new gig is likely to turn heads and earn scorn.
It isn’t just that he’s a Trump supporter with a history of antisemitic scandals. It’s also that people are really tired of Cannon making bad choices that impact his family and acting like it’s cute.
The rest of us so often forget Cannon’s litany of children, to the point where some struggle to believe that he doesn’t mess up his own children’s names from time to time.
He has 15-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, with ex-wife Mariah Carey. Cannon recently admitted to a sexist double-standard when it comes to them dating. (To be fair, he wouldn’t want his daughter dating a guy like him, right?)
With Abby De La Rosa, Cannon has twins Zion and Zillion, plus another child named Beautiful Zeppelin.
With Brittany Bell, he has Golden Saigon, Rise Messiah, and Powerful Queen. With Bre Tiesi, he has Legendary Love.
With LaNisha Cole, he has Onyx Ice. With Alyssa Scott, he shares Halo — but they were also parents to Zen, who died at 5 months old in 2021.
Whatever critics may say about Cannon himself, we wish his children the best. With life, with their upcoming reality TV fame, and in many cases, with their name change filings as adults.

A Tennessee man named Dalton Eatherly — better known online as Chud the Builder — has been arrested and charged with attempted murder.
The controversial influencer was taken into police custody on Wednesday after he allegedly shot a man outside a courthouse.
Police were called to the scene after receiving a call indicating that two men had exchanged gunfire.
Eatherly allegedly livestreamed the entire incident, claiming that he was jumped outside of the courthouse.
According to TMZ, he was in court for a civil suit pertaining to unpaid debts.
He told police that he accidentally shot himself during the altercation.
Eatherly has built a following by posting unabashedly racist content on social media.
“I had to defend myself by shooting him,” Eatherly said during the livestream, according to CNN.
He alleged that the victim was part of a group of men who were “laughing” and “pointing at me.”
“I have PTSD,” the victim allegedly remarked to Eatherly.
“He said, ‘You start saying all that chimp out s–t to me and ‘imma hit you,’ and he hit me, he started whaling on me,” Eatherly said.
CNN notes that Eatherly has made several racist videos in which he referred to Black people as chimps.
“It’s unfortunate that incidents like this are happening in our community,” Montgomery County Sheriff John Fuson said in a statement.
“This kind of violence won’t be tolerated, and our office will work to make sure those responsible are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”
The incident took place just days after Eatherly was arrested and charged with theft of services for allegedly skipping out on a nearly $400 tab in a Nashville restaurant.
He continued streaming throughout that entire incident, as well.
