As we previously reported, Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son has been arrested on sexual assault and sodomy charges.
Kroy “KJ” Jr., the 15-year-old son of the estranged couple, was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Monday and charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual assault, according to court records obtained by Us Weekly.
He is currently being held at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center.
Many details about the alleged incident remain unclear, but KJ stands accused of assaulting a female victim at a gym in Alpharetta, Georgia.
On Friday afternoon, Kim issued a statement in which she maintained her son’s innocence.
“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling,” she tells TMZ, adding:
“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.”
Kim says her son “voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed.”
She claims that the alleged victim made “similar allegations involving two other people, which raises serious concerns that deserve to be carefully examined.”
She adds that false allegations can have “devastating consequences,” adding that “every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence.”
The arrest comes as the Bravo star Zolciak and Biermann, a former NFL player, continue to navigate their contentious divorce and custody battle.
The former couple married in 2011, the same year KJ was born.
They went on to welcome son Kash and twins Kaia and Kane, while Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s two older daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship.
After more than a decade of marriage, Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce in 2023. Their split has been anything but amicable, with both reality stars making accusations about one another during the ongoing legal proceedings.
Biermann previously sought sole custody of the couple’s minor children and accused Zolciak of neglect, claiming she was “unfit and unstable” to parent them.
Zolciak vehemently denied those allegations at the time.

An autopsy reportedly found no signs of trauma, and authorities have said there is currently no evidence of foul play. Toxicology results are still pending, meaning an official cause of death has not yet been determined.
Panettiere’s relationship with Brian had been notoriously turbulent.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s teenage son is facing serious legal trouble.

Everyone knew that Brian Hickerson was bad news.
As we process the tragic death of Hayden Panettiere, we’re learning more about her life. Including her secret reconciliation with her abusive boyfriend.
Her neighbors feared Hickerson so much that he HOA put up warning signs urging anyone to call 911 if they saw him on the property.
Neither that nor the no-contact order were enough to keep this terrible man out of her life.

TMZ reports that there were warning posters featuring Hickerson’s face around the West Hollywood condo where Hayden Panettiere previously lived.
The signs instructed residents to bar him from the building and to contact police if anyone saw him on the property.
This came after a series of complaints and years of disturbances involving Hickerson.
Panettiere purchased the condo when she moved from New York.
Hickerson, who was arrested and even pleaded no contest to punching Panettiere in the face, had a no contact order against him. Even so, he apparently lived there for the past two years.
TMZ spoke to Mia Terrazas, who lived just one door down from Panettiere’s condominium home.
According to her, the HOA posted public warnings about Hickerson in August of 2025.
Terrazas reported feeling frightened of Hickerson and believed that he was dangerous.
(His criminal history and his text messages show that her fears were warranted.)
She also shared that the HOA took down the warnings after only about a week — for some reason no longer believing that Hickerson was dangerous.
What happened?
The narrative about the HOA and the warning sign about Brian Hickerson seems to suggest a sad, familiar story.
Hypothetically, an HOA would put up a sign like that if a person were either a threat to the property as a whole (such as an arsonist) or to one of the property’s residents (such as a girlfriend whom he saw as a target for physical violence).
In the case of Hickerson, his criminal record does not show a propensity for arson. The same cannot be said about domestic violence.
One might assume that he and Panettiere split and he either made threats or took violent action as a result.
Unfortunately, tragically, the HOA might have only taken down the posters if Panettiere had tragically reconciled with him. This is unconfirmed, but it is what many are assuming.
Abusers tend to be very manipulative. The physical violence that they inflict upon their partners is only one of the tools that they use in order to gain a sense of control.
Hickerson was not the first man accused of using Panettiere as a punching bag. He was, however, the last.
The public dislike of him — borne only of an understanding of who he is and what sort of person he has chosen to be — was such that Panettiere was advised to conceal their reconciliation while selling her memoir.
Had Panettiere’s life been free of awful men, there is a chance that she could have lived.
However, there were signs of an alleged overdose. Some speculate that Panettiere relapsed into multiple bad habits — with Hickerson being one of them, and not the cause of the other.

If you’ve been paying attention to politics at all this week, then you’ve probably encountered the strange saga of Natalie Harp.
In case you somehow haven’t heard, Harp is an aide to Donald Trump, and the relationship between boss and employee is currently the subject of widespread scrutiny.
Now, letters that Hart wrote to Trump have leaked to the press — and saying that these two have had some unconventional workplace interactions would be putting it very mildly.
One of the letters concerns some snafus that took place during Trump’s recent trip to Scotland.
The trouble began when Harp called Trump’s cell phone after she “panicked” at the airport. The situation got worse when she breached etiquette on the golf course.
“I panicked, and should have just called Secret Service instead of you. I also am sorry if I was an embarrassment walking the course in Scotland,” Harp wrote (via The Daily Beast), adding:
“The first day I was told there were no carts, and people walked, which is why I walked. The second day, I was specifically asked by, I forget who his name was, but one of the main people who worked there, if I could continue walking, and tell any other girls who would head out there to do the same to spare the Course any more Carts.
“If there is anything else I have done to cause you trouble, please forgive me. I know that some people have said I haven’t been texting them back, and there have been some International cell issues (John was having technical issues on the Plane too, so asked me to help him out).”
Harp really leaned into the apology in the second half of the letter, at one point referring to the president as her “Guardian and Protector in this Life.”
(Harp reportedly writes much of Trump’s social media content, which may explain all of the odd capitalization choices in those posts.)
“I want things to always be right between us. I also know I’ve been distracted all week (forgetting to eat throughout the days, and even forgetting to sleep, and only catching a couple hours at a time),” she wrote in the letter.
She went on to explain how frightened she was at the prospect of losing Trump’s “good opinion.”
“That is the fear you see, because I never want to bring you anything but joy. I’m sorry I lost my focus. You are all that matters to me. I don’t want to ever let you down,” she wrote, adding:
“Thank you for being my Guardian and Protector in this Life—That’s what I wanted to use this card for, when you saw me at the Cash Register, and once again did what you didn’t have to do, and gifted me with Mementos of this Trip of a Lifetime, a Coming of Age.
“I will return a better person. I have to sign off now, as the cars are leaving. See you soon.”
Trump and his staff are reportedly furious about the speculation surrounding Harp, with Senator Jon Ossoff describing the White House reaction as a total “meltdown.”
Natalie has been nicknamed the Human Printer because she follows Trump around with a portable printer and hands him favorable press articles to read.
So you can bet that she printed up her letters and personally handed them to the president. But whether or not he actually read them is a different story.
The Big Boss isn’t exactly famous for his attention span.
