President Trump was hit with rape allegations in the latest Epstein files dump, but the US government quickly called the claims “untrue and sensationalist.”
The Department of Justice said the rape accusations against Trump were “unfounded and false” after documents released included claims from a limousine driver.
The driver told the FBI he heard Trump talking about “abusing some girl” during a 1995 phone call where Trump mentioned the name “Jeffrey.”
The driver also claimed his ex-partner told him she was raped by both Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. But the FBI added a note to the testimony that appears to question the source’s reliability.
This marks another headache for Trump over the Epstein files. The DOJ warned the claims were submitted “right before the 2020 election” – just a week before voters went to the polls.
The rape allegation came buried in over 30,000 pages of documents released Monday night. Trump’s team has fought the release of these files, arguing they would unfairly damage reputations with unverified claims.
But the rape claims weren’t the only explosive revelations in the files. Several controversial moments emerged that paint a disturbing picture of Epstein’s network.
Investigators found a fake Austrian passport in Epstein’s Manhattan safe with his photo, but another man’s identity. The passport belonged to a real Austrian man living in the US, suggesting that Epstein used stolen identities for travel in the 1980s.
Documents also revealed Trump flew on Epstein’s private jet “many more times than previously reported,” including flights between 1993 and 1996. One flight included Trump with a 20-year-old woman, though no improper conduct was alleged.
In another twist, Mark Epstein told the FBI he believed Trump “authorized” his brother’s murder in prison. He claimed Jeffrey was killed “because he was about to name names,” though he provided no evidence.
As for Trump, he spent Monday golfing in Florida while the documents made headlines worldwide. He has repeatedly denied knowing about Epstein’s crimes.

Donald Trump Jr. posted a photo giving props to 50 Cent as MAGA figures continue pulling cues from Hip-Hop culture to project power and cultural relevance.
The Instagram post showed Veteranwithasign holding a sign that read, “50 Cent Makes Me Realize I’m Not Hating To My Full Potential.” The caption beneath the image read, “I really need to step up my game!!!”
The post comes amid a broader pattern of MAGA figures increasingly aligning themselves with Hip-Hop artists, language and symbolism. One of the clearest examples came last week, when Nicki Minaj appeared at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest in Phoenix.
50 Cent reposted the image to his 38 million followers with the caption: “Yes let make 2026 great. I’m in the gym now getting ready now ! LOL”
Nicki Minaj took the stage alongside Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and praised Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance during a live conversation.
Last week, Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett bizarrely joked that he could “out-twerk” Nicki Minaj while celebrating her appearance in conservative spaces.
JD Vance has also leaned into Hip-Hop discourse.
The vice president publicly ranked Nicki Minaj above Cardi B in a social media post, after Nicki Minaj popped up with Mike Waltz at a UN conference on Christian persecution in Nigeria.
Trump Jr.’s reference to 50 Cent fits squarely within his family’s business-minded framework, since the rap star remains one of Hip-Hop’s most visible examples of converting fame into sustained business control.
In 2025, 50 Cent continued expanding G-Unit Film and Television in Shreveport, Louisiana. Local officials approved a roughly $50 million entertainment district tied to his studio operation, positioning the rapper as an anchor investor in the city’s media economy.
He also hit paydirt with his documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning, about his rivals’ spectacular downfall.
Fif has also remained active in premium spirits ventures. This year, he released a limited Lalique crystal edition of Branson Cognac aimed at high-end collectors, reinforcing his image as a mogul rather than a recording artist.
Donald Trump Jr.’s own business interests reflect a similar emphasis on influence and infrastructure. He is involved in Trump-aligned investment ventures and high-end networking projects aimed at building parallel conservative institutions in finance and media.
Donald Trump Jr. is also a partner at 1789 Capital, a Trump-aligned venture fund focused on conservative-backed investments in media, finance and culture.
The group also helped launch Executive Branch, an ultra-exclusive Washington private club with reported membership fees climbing to $500,000. Donald Trump Jr. better tread lightly because 50 Cent’s buddy Eminem is not a fan of President Trump.
Eminem famously bashed the former president in a cypher for the 2017 BET Hip-Hop Awards.
“Trump, when it comes to giving a s###, you’re stingy as I am/Except when it comes to having the balls to go against me, you hide ’em/’Cause you don’t got the f###### nuts like an empty asylum/Racism’s the only thing he’s fantastic for/’Cause that’s how he gets his f###### rocks off and he’s orange/Yeah, sick tan/That’s why he wants us to disband.”

Blueface is about to get back to boxing. The Los Angeles bruiser is gearing up for yet another sanctioned trip into “The Ring.”
AllHipHop has obtained exclusive information confirming that Blueface is set to square off with another celebrity in this match. I want you to take a guess in the comments. I can say this fight is set for the spring of 2026 so get ready to get your tickets. The money has already been paid. In boxing terms, that means this is no longer a conversation – this one is officially on.
Blueface has been steadily carving out a lane as one of Hip-Hop’s fighter. He has already logged multiple appearances in the ring and has proven that he’s not just playing around. Granted, he’s not trying to fight Anthony Joshua, but he’s fighting on his level. Outside of sanctioned bouts, his reputation for scrapping has followed him for years.
The fight is being managed by Wack 100, and AllHipHop has obtained exclusive video confirmation cosigning the bout. That is forthcoming. When Wack 100 puts his stamp on something like this, it usually means the contracts are real and the logistics are already moving behind the scenes. There THAT go.
Spring in Los Angeles is shaping up to be loud, chaotic and very on brand for Blueface. Stay tuned for more.

Rosie O’Donnell went after Nicki Minaj on Instagram, calling out her family’s criminal past and questioning her American heritage.
The 63-year-old comedian reposted a brutal takedown of the rapper on social media, targeting Minaj’s recent support for Trump and her appearance at conservative events.
O’Donnell’s Instagram post highlighted Minaj’s real name, Onika Tanya Maraj and her birthplace in Trinidad and Tobago. “Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago = not American,” read the post O’Donnell shared.
It also brought up Minaj’s brother Jelani Maraj, who was convicted of sexually assaulting a child. Her brother was found guilty in 2017 and sentenced to 25 years in prison in 2020 for repeatedly assaulting his victim.
O’Donnell also called Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, a “convicted criminal.” Petty was convicted of sexually assaulting a young woman when they were both 16.
The attack comes after Minaj made a surprise appearance at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest event in Arizona on December 22. She joined CEO Erika Kirk on stage and praised Trump and JD Vance, calling them “role models” for young men.
Nicki Minaj also spoke at the United Nations in November, where she thanked Trump for his stance on protecting Christians in Nigeria. The rapper has been increasingly vocal about her conservative views and support for Trump’s policies.
O’Donnell has been feuding with Trump for nearly 20 years, dating back to 2006 when she criticized him on The View. The feud reignited in 2025 when Trump threatened to revoke O’Donnell’s citizenship.
She responded by moving to Ireland and applying for Irish citizenship. Fans flooded O’Donnell’s comment section with reactions to her post about Minaj.
“Glad she [Nicki Minaj] did this, though. I’ve been questioning her mental stability for a while now; this confirms everything I suspected,” one user wrote. Another said, “Nicki can’t compete with Megan & cardi so she’s trying to stay relevant.”
Nicki Minaj has not responded to O’Donnell’s Instagram attack. The rapper posted an American flag emoji on Twitter on December 23 but made no direct reference to the controversy.

Jonathan Hay fired back at Dave Chappelle after the comedian defended Sean “Diddy” Combs in his Netflix special The Unstoppable. Hay accused Chappelle of turning documented assault into comedy material while defending his alleged attacker.
“His latest Netflix special, The Unstoppable, left me deeply unsettled with its repeated expressions of support for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs,” Hay said in a statement to Deadline.
Chappelle defended Diddy in the December 19 Netflix special by comparing his Mann Act conviction to boxer Jack Johnson’s racially motivated persecution.
The comedian said Combs “saved my life” when an attacker stormed his Hollywood Bowl performance in 2022.
Chappelle told his audience that he visited Diddy’s home after the incident at the Hollywood Bowl. He joked about missing his “big chance” when Diddy asked what he was “into.”
“You know me, I was like, ‘I don’t know… books, video games.’ I didn’t know that was my big chance to f*ck Cassie,” Chappelle said during the special.
Hay filed sexual battery claims against Diddy in 2020 and 2021. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department opened an investigation into the allegations last month.
He claimed that in 2021, Diddy forced him to perform oral sex while Notorious B.I.G.’s son, CJ Wallace, was present. Hay claimed Diddy had an orgasm on a shirt Biggie once owned, tossed it on Hay and said, “Rest in peace BIG.”
Diddy’s legal team denied all accusations, calling them “false and defamatory.” Hay called Chappelle “my favorite comedian of all time,” but said the jokes reopened wounds for survivors.
“Chappelle attempts to downplay the horrific situation involving Cassie Ventura, turning her documented physical assault into fodder for jokes, while casually admitting he once ‘missed his chance’ to have sex with her,” Hay said.
“As someone who has personally endured sexual assault at the hands of Combs, these moments aren’t abstract punchlines, they’re relentless triggers that reopen wounds for survivors like me,” Hay said.
CJ Wallace, son of The Notorious B.I.G., filed a defamation lawsuit against Hay after being accused of participating in the alleged assaults.
Wallace’s attorney called Hay’s claims “absurd and baseless.”
Diddy was convicted of transportation to engage in prostitution charges in July. He’s serving four years in a New Jersey facility and won’t be free until mid-2028.
The Unstoppable currently holds the number one spot on Netflix’s TV shows.

Drake made bold claims about his writing abilities during a recent livestream with BenDaDonnn, while also teasing his upcoming Iceman album. The Toronto rapper’s confidence stems from his continued breaking of Billboard records and achieving new sales milestones in 2025.
Drake called himself “one of the most profound writers of our time” during his third livestream appearance with popular streamer BenDaDonnn on December 22.
The rapper made the declaration while discussing his artistic process and legacy in Hip-Hop.
The timing of Drake’s bold statement aligns with his continued chart dominance in 2025. His album Views recently hit a significant milestone, spending 500 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200 chart since its 2016 release.
This makes Views Drake’s third full-length project to reach that impressive benchmark. Drake’s Billboard supremacy extends far beyond album longevity.
He currently holds the record for the most Hot 100 chart entries, with 359, surpassing every artist who came before him.
The Canadian superstar also broke The Beatles’ long-standing record for most top 5 hits on the Hot 100, now sitting at the top of that list with over 30 top 5 entries.
In terms of number one hits, Drake has accumulated 13 Hot 100 chart-toppers and 14 Billboard 200 number ones, for a total of 27 across both charts.
This places him as the leading solo male artist in that category, though Taylor Swift recently surpassed him among all solo artists.
The livestream with BenDaDonnn wasn’t just about Drake’s writing claims. Fans eagerly pressed the rapper about his long-awaited Iceman album, with BenDaDonnn himself trying to extract a release date from the OVO boss.
When asked, “When the f### is you dropping Iceman?” Drake laughed off the question, calling BenDaDonnn a “clip farmer.”
However, Drake did provide some hope for fans waiting on new music. He teased that he’s heading out on “one last recording trip” to wrap up the Iceman project.

Mike Tyson and Ric Flair’s weed business has gone up in smoke.
The boxing legend and wrestling icon filed a $50 million lawsuit against their former business partners. They claim the executives treated their cannabis company, Carma, like a personal ATM.
Tyson and Flair teamed up with Carma to sell “Tyson 2.0” and “Ric Flair Drip” cannabis products. But things went bad fast.
The lawsuit says Chad Bronstein, Adam Wilks, Nicole Cosby and James Case ripped them off. The 76-page court filing accuses the four of fraud, wire fraud and money laundering.
“Bronstein and Wilks treated CARMA as their own personal piggy bank,” the lawsuit says. They spent over $1 million on private jets, yacht costs and home renovations.
Bronstein used company funds for his yacht and home repairs. Wilks paid his mortgage with Carma cash. They also blew money on expensive meals and travel.
The lawsuit claims Wilks had a secret deal with vape maker DomPen. He got kickback payments for letting them use Carma’s stuff without permission.
Bronstein and Cosby’s lawyer, Jonathan Cyrluk, fired back hard.
“The complaint is fiction dressed up as a lawsuit,” Cyrluk said. “Before filing, the plaintiffs tried to intimidate my clients with settlement demands that read more like a shakedown.”
Tyson and Flair want a jury trial. They’re asking for over $50 million in damages and legal fees.
Mike Tyson has been at the forefront of marijuana reforms. Earlier this month, Trump directed the Justice Department to move marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III under the federal Controlled Substances Act
“I’m trying to have it rescheduled from a level I to III, you know, for medical researchers, open-space banking act, and plus there’s over 500,000 people who are legally in the cannabis business that’s employed. They can’t get open loans, they can’t get any accounts and we’re trying to stop that. People are going to consume anyway, so why not consume safely, right? During Prohibition, people drank and a lot of people died and got sick and so they made it safe and then they made it legal and we’re actually doing the same thing with cannabis.”
