NOTN- Juneau Police Department is asking the public for help locating two juveniles reported missing Monday.
Fifteen-year-old Leotis R. Phillips and 16-year-old Zoey L. Clark were reported missing from separate Juneau residences Monday morning. Police believe the two may be together.
Below is JPD’s release to the public.
On August 31, 2026, at approximately 5:52 a.m., 16-year-old Leotis R. Phillips was reported missing from his residence on Kanata Street. At approximately 8:49 a.m., 16-year-old Zoey L. Clark was reported missing from her residence on Teal Street.
Leotis and Zoey are believed to be together and may be in possession of a firearm.
Leotis is described as an Alaska Native male, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing between 140 and 160 pounds. He has long black hair, which he usually wears in a ponytail, and brown eyes. Leotis typically wears a purple bandana around his neck, a black hooded sweatshirt, and brown pants.
Zoey is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds.

Because the juveniles may have access to a firearm, members of the public should not approach them or attempt to contact them. Anyone who sees Leotis or Zoey should call 911 immediately and provide their location and direction of travel. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to contact JPD at 907-586-0600.
