By submitting your music to our stations in Juneau, Ketchikan, and Sitka, you agree to the following terms:

1. Promotional Use Only

• This is a non-paid opportunity to showcase local, original music from Southeast Alaska. Submission does not guarantee airplay.

2. Original Content Only

• Only original music will be considered. No cover songs.
• If your song was co-written, co-produced, or features other artists, you must have their permission to submit.
• All samples must be royalty-free or properly licensed. Unlicensed tracks, including YouTube instrumentals, will not be accepted.
• Lyrics must meet broadcast standards. If your song contains profanity, you must submit a clean, well-edited version (no distracting bleeps or cuts).

3. Broadcasting Terms

• Submitted songs may air on our stations in Juneau, Ketchikan, and Sitka.

4. Ownership & Compliance

• You retain all rights and ownership of your music.
• Submissions must not include hate speech, discriminatory language, or illegal content.
• All material must comply with FCC broadcast standards.

5. Playlist & Promotion

By submitting, you grant permission for your music to be promoted on-air.

Songs may be added to the Southeast Sounds AK playlist on Spotify or Apple Music.
